Very Disappointing!!! Please read past reviews as they are all similar.I came to their office a month before my hearing to get help filing back my paperwork, PAID same day of consult. They stated paperwork would be done within 5-7 business days. Two weeks later, no call from Victoria since she is the one that took my case. I called almost 2 weeks later to give them time and Victoria had stated my paperwork was under review and they were going to call back when done. That time came and no call from them. I called again and person in charge went out of town (memorial weekend happened to be). Following week I called again and their front desk stated she was in an emergency leave and that someone else was taking over my case. Now I was down to less than a week for my hearing and yet my forms were NOT DONE! Cynthia there so called manager which she is VERY unprofessional answered the phone to take over and only made things worse. She is VERY RUDE and cuts you off as you are trying to explain the situation and at that point frustration because I followed up the whole time before my hearing date and yet no paperwork done. The whole experience was STRESSFUL and very disappointing. I over heard them on the phone just making up another excuse for another client. Bonnie can be very calming but the moment you go against her say, then it starts becoming an issue. She stated she emailed me to review my documents and I received NOTHING and after that you can tell they were not happy attending me. Never again will I be getting service here and to top it off, the judge never read my paperwork.

I had been trying to divorce my husband for 10 years now. The court and some other attorneys had told me I had a very tough case because my husband was not in the country and hes not able to come to the US. I got in contact with lawyers, paralegals, and they all said the same thing, that it was going to be a hard case. The court gave me a packet to fill out but it was to overwhelming to handle on my own. I saw Sentrex’s office across the street. When I came in I was welcomed by the friendly owners and I gave them my packet. They were very nice. I told them what forms I wanted done and they put all my information into the forms I selected. It was done the next day. I will use them again.

Please do not go here! save your money, or search for a better place to process your papperwork . I was promissed a emergency hearing within a week.I paid 450$ I didnt get my case until 3 months later. They refused to give me a refund. Constant lying. I showed up 3 different times and my paper work was lost each time. I ended up finding out they were filing the other partys paper work also, which is illegal. And they filed my paper work as if the other party filed it and i was just replying to the case. And they did not serve the other party so my court case was then moved another month. And to top it off they had a lady named kie serve me and do my paper work, which is illegal !They acted so unprofessional and ghetto . They started to lie when i would show up to ask about my case, and would say i cant talk to nobody without a appointment lie!, lie because they couldnt find my paperwork.i was a client i will not reveal my identity for safety reasons.Making excuses will not change the fact that sentrex treat clients like this and do illegal work.

Bonnie was amazing to work with. I was very skeptical initially, because I found her online through Thumbtack, but I’m so very happy that I took that chance. Even with it being close to the holidays (Christmas and New Year), she contacted me to discuss my needs, and was able to complete all of the necessary paperwork (filed and served) within 2 weeks. I met one of Tamras marketers outside of the courthouse last week they took me back to their office. I was so upset because I had been served with papers from my ex wife seeking full custody of my 2 kids which have been with me for 3 years. I used them in my custody case in April of 2018 and they wrote my response for me, filed it for me, and served it for me. All I had to do was show up to court. And I won!! I recommend them to anyone who is going through a custody case and has any doubts.UPDATE: they were supposed to file my child custody paperwork for schooling and taxes but after about 6 months. They finally gave me the paperwork to just go do it myself. Between trying to nickel and dime their employees to shady serves they that serve. I would strongly recommend looking into other companys before giving this company any of your money.

Service is too freaking slow. Bonnie doesnt answer the phone. The deal is kind of informal stuff. Everything is through email or text. They do charge a lot, not like they do advertise, im not satisfied at all. Dont do business with them. Too tricky. You Will be sorry. You Will ended it up paying someone else to start all over.

I began using Tamras services February 2018 I paid for documents to be prepared and filed as well as hiring her recommended limited scope attorney. I paid in cash for the first transactions and never received a receipt or an emailed receipt as Tamra said she would. The attorney showed up to my court appearance unprepared but I did see results once we spoke to the judge. I was told I need to file an order and findings which I paid for the services again as well as for the attorney to appear at my following court date the services were paid for on 3/5/18 I had to go down to the courthouse myself to get a copy of the minute orders and help do my own paperwork that had a 10day window the paperwork wasnt filed until mid to late June. I arrived to my court appearance where the recommended and paid almost 4months in advance didnt arrive. Its been a month of receiving the runaround and both Tamra and Barbara pointing fingers and blaming each other. According to Barbara she was never paid by Tamra to appear in court on my behalf. According to Tamra this isnt the first time Barbara failed to appear in court on behalf of a client. I do not recommend there services to anyone for any reason no matter how desperate you may be!!!!I have given Tamra almost a month now to issue a refund to which she has responded I dont have toThe only good thing that has come out of my experience with this office is the help of there assistant Liz who went above and beyond helping me with my paperwork that needed to be filed and as well as many other dissatisfied clients whose paperwork was never done.

When I needed my court documents prepared, I realized they are a little more complicated then I thought. I went looking for assistance and found an expensive lawyer and knew that was not an option. After looking further I found these ladies. They are a dream come true. They charged me a fraction of what the lawyer was going to charge and were so nice and kind.

Stay away from this place. Lack of communication with customers, can’t even take the time to keep you updated with filing papers with court and turn around to filed takes more than 2 weeks. Tell will not stand with their original quote and will try to charge you more to complete your filling. Worse place can’t even return calls or messages and they will come up they are sick for not getting back

I went to the courthouse and the clerks said nothing was ever dropped off and i paid her almost $1000 for the service!!
