Yesterday Matthew Johnson assisted me with my classical guitar.. I needed new strings put on my guitar. He explained what he was going to do and what type of strings to use. I was very pleased with his attitude and communication skills. And he had new strings on my guitar in less than two hours Matt works on a professional level and happy I went to that store..

Got a violin restrung and tuned. John did an amazing job and very quickly. Bertrands is beautiful inside. I was a little hesitant to visit because of the area, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

Very nice people, but I was a customer willing to pay for a horn, but wasnt taken seriously at all. I went to another place, got my dream horn from the wall, and bought it there for $2000 less than what this place wanted. They said they were going to call me back, when my horn was ordered and ship to them, but one month later... still no call, so I decided to go back, and they yet have ordered the horn I wanted. They offered me brands I wasnt even asking for, and insisted i buy that brand instead of what I WANTED.

Loved it.My first visit and it was excellent.Took my violin in because the pegs kept rewinding they fixed the problem.Loved the way they attend you.I give you guys five stars.

Bought two Bach Strads from them a while back, a Trumpet (LR180S72) and a Flugelhorn (183S) at an absolute bargain of a price. The one gripe I have is that they take a little while to do repairs, as they send the instruments to San Diego to do so, but other than that this is a great place for all enthusiasts.

Both beautiful and professional people everytime I go there they have something new the only downfall of bertrands music is they dont keep what they sell if you dont get there in time its a wrap and it would be nice to have the instrument repair technician on site theres only one other place I know that can give bertrands music any kind of real competition but they dont advertise on the internet so more power to you bertrands people bertrands website doesnt sin to cater to my phone service for some reason so I cant see the instruments they have therefore they only get 4 stars I will updated accordingly and since we are name dropping raelina Espinosa and I have also noticed there are no bad reviews at all thats good stuff Im claiming that place LOL
