Of all days to work with a skeleton crew Friday mornings shouldnt be one of them. Some people have to ride 20 miles out to work on their bike and cant afford to wait 45 minutes to cash their payroll check.

Please, please do not get a Payday loan from this establishment. I got a loan here and they put their payment through to my bank 2 days before my pay date and caused me to get insufficient fund fees. I called and spoke to management and they would not do anything about it. All they said was that it was an electronic error. But no help regarding the fees. A letter to my bank or something, but nope. So please do not get a loan here, I never will again.

Appreciate that they are there in times of need but when you are never late on a payment and they are calling texting and emailing you 2 days before your loan is due and call you again after they already talked to you once that day asking again if you were going to be in when your loan is due tomorrow!!! And then they tell you oh if we call you before yr loan is due and you dont answer or return our call we will call your references. Wth i can see doing this if youre past due but this is ridiculous to start calling someone like this 2 days before youre due because sometimes i cannot answer when i am having medical procedures done and am sedated. This is harassment. And i know not every store does this because i have had a loan with another store and they never called me once.

If I could give it a lower rating than a one-star I would this is theres a negative star the people here are very rude not helpful at all customer service does not exist in this location Ive been to plenty of these places all have friendly faces and smiles on their face here they act like theyre doing you a favor do not go to this location driving a little bit further and find somewhere else to go.
