Ive been seeing Lacena for 3 years. Shes absolutely amazing! She has helped me through so much! She is an amazing listener! She really has put things in perspective for me. Ive come so far since Ive started seeing her! You really feel like she cares for you and your well-being.

LaCena Jones is a wonderful counselor. I feel like she genuinely cares about my struggles and comes up with simple, yet effective exercises to help me overcome them. She is understanding and non-judgmental, which is so important when looking for a good counselor or therapist. I leave each session feeling like I truly learned something, whether its about myself or a tool which I can use in my day-to-day. She does an excellent job at thinking outside the box and I find myself having many aha moments throughout our sessions. I am also more aware and hopeful since starting therapy and have LaCena to thank for it. Booking a session is simple and their online portal is very user friendly.
