Their recruitment staff needs some serious customer service training, as well as training in organizational and management skills. So far, I have not witnessed any redeemable qualities in their services, and they have not helped those I know in looking for and attaining work. There is very little communication, and they still expect you to wait around for their call. There needs to be an overhaul with their staffing employees.

This place is horrible wow can belive this is an agency you call them for work and they get mad because you call them and they the one that they need us to work for them ....there people calling for for every day see what they have but they get mad because you call them amd see what available and another this is they get mad of someone because you go in person trying to talk to someone and they told me that dont show up here what kind of agency is this wow I highly recommend to go somewhere else never have I seen this type of behavior in an agency they tell us that there hiring but they get mad because we calling or go in person to go look for work

Can’t get a hold of anyone get the run around and transferred Calls to different locations out of area. No return calls poor service there are other agency’s that attend to their employees a lot better. I suggest you use other services.

I worked there for 3 days ina row and I was off for two days I got a call that said my assignment ended cause of my background. I understood and thanked him it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t gotten paid from them for my 3 days of work that I was complemented on each time/each day by my supervisor saying good work I’ve tried to contact them numerous times and no one is responding I don’t see the deal I worked so it’s only what’s right this pandemic is hitting pockets hard..

Soledad has been a great help in finding the right individual for the job. Shes very professional, and not only works in the office but checks up on her recruits on site to ensure her team is working in a safe, enjoyable workplace for her recruits. Select staffing used to be amazing now I don’t know. I showed up for a job interview at k&n. I got a confirm email I was supposed to start on Monday 5/14. I was thrilled just to get a email the next day saying assignment has been canceled!!!!!!!!! We will put you on our open availability list. Which I was already on for 7 months. I gave up several job offers for this position. That was a hit to the gut especially when your a single mom.

Rude recruiters, not happy with my experience. They gave me a job I showed up and it was a different assignment from the one we had spoken about. They ask for you to call when I call they never get back to me or help me with any of my questions. There are better agencys to go to

This place gives you one opportunity . If you do not take the first job they offer you they will not offer you anything else for weeks to come. First and second shift are most desirable because I can still be involved in my kids life. The lady in the office wanted me to take the first opportunity she gave me and was very upset with me when I told her the schedule would not work. When I accept the contract its one that I plan to keep. I trained on three different forklift models and have a lot of Warehouse knowledge and makes no sense that you guys have not found any work for me. You have a message center that is filled to capacity. How can potential job Seekers leave a message how can people tell you that they will be late for work etc. The office in la on Sepulveda was so much better . You should ask them for resistance

This is a really bad San Bernardino Branch Agency select staffing! they don’t care for nobody the recruiter ladies are lazy and never want to give you work they lack on calling you back. Yullie is her name she is lazy and fat has no standards what so ever they just like to get their 8 hrs without getting nobody a job. Also when you try to speak to their management they lie and say they aren’t available they have each others back to not get fired or in trouble really bad place to apply and find a job waste of your time! It’s been 2 months since I been trying even the supervisor from the warehouse has been sending the recruiter ladies emails I’m suppose to work at, and they don’t care what so ever they just do what they want! If I can give no stars I would this place will have you really disappointed!

I went here looking for work because I’d heard great things about them. I go in and they find me a job right away. They told me the wrong job description and position when I get there I tell the people that I went to about it and they told me that my paperwork said something completely different. I call select they said they fixed it i go in the next day and I’m terminated they used some excuses that made no sense for my termination. I wouldn’t recommend people here. Look somewhere else.

Got a job quick, and the process was very easy and convenient. Exactly the type of hiring process low-wage jobs should have, but they have the absolute worst pay-roll employees. Literally every single week somebody will not receive their check. Yet all employees are extremely expendable besides the incompetent payroll.

I need to speak to the main manager of this company!!! Ive been working for them for a whole month after them taking a whole month to give me a job!!! They mess with my checks literally every week Ive been working. Its always either not there or late!!! The first week I understand but its been a month it should be on my card every Friday!!! Worst agency ever Monique is really horrible at her job shes always concern about wanting to go to her lunch break and one of the girls was twerking thinking that me and 3 other guys were not going to see her, she laughed away what an agency this really is. My experience with this staffing was AWFUL I applied online, and since nobody called me to schedule an interview appointment, I called.........so the receptionist told me that no one called me because unfortunately I didnt meet the requirements to work for the staffing.........say whhhaaaaattt??? Ive been working in Accounting for more than 10 years, I have probably more experience than her in the Clerical/Administration area, I just cant believe it, I have never faced something like this before, is this a new thing?? Horrible experience I was sent on an assignment for a day then they,call and say the assignment has ended....more than,a month goes by and I get a call to start a job the next day the lady says get a pen and paper to get the address. She then puts me on hold after about 5 mins the call disconnected. So I call back the exact number I was called from and no one at the office has any idea who I am and no info on assignment...I dont understand how this is possible Ive been in the office and its small everyone in there talks to each other from across the room

Like any other employer you as an employee need to uderstand the dispostion of management whrn they are asked why the company is not keeping the pace they were last month because share holders and stock holders are wondering its managements jobe to seek out the problems on the floor whats new or whats happing diferently that would effect production cause if you are in a warehouse every postion is critcal without man power pushing the product then the store wouldent recive it and nothing would be sold and the CEO of that warehouse would be out of a job its imporant that every postion, job or tempory employment oppertuity is taken seriously in all aspects

I worked here and i worked 40 hours and my check was pretty much 0 when i seen it i didnt go back. On top of that they want you to get to the job early if you get there on the late or early they will tell you there full come back tomorrow. i worked corona staying in san Bernardino working at a warehouse way out there got there at 9 i never did my 8 full hours always went home 4 hours in to the shift or the most i did was 6 and the drive way out there for them. Naw Im good.

This place has the worst staff ! First off they mess up on your checks ! And there checks dont even go thru some stores to cash it . The lady in front office is rude . Never found someone that disrespectful. They didnt even drug test me ??? So we get jobs without people getting drug test ??? So I wont have to ever deal with them I went direct deposit and guess what! My money did not come thru . I waited 24 hours and still nothing . I cant stand select staffing . They are not organized. And they will abuse and use you for one day and assignment is done as long as they are getting paid. They abuse the system. 4 years ago there was another person running this agency that was amazing her name was Isela . They were very organized and proper and were always on track. This company became greedy and doing everything wrong to save money .

They dont pay you on time!!!!! My wife hasnt got payed for a whole week.

Horrible. I applied went for the drug test and background check was told to call in a week or so to follow up. When I did the woman said no dont call us well contact you when the background check is done. Been over a month and no one has contacted me. I have worked thru many agencies and this was the slowest process and worst customer service.

Its been alright so far but why does the San Bernardino Select Staffing agency say it opens at 8 but doesnt really open until 9 or 10 ? they need to update the opening hours or actually open at 8.
