Clean cars and was in and out. Would give a 4.5 stars if the person checking me in was a little more pleasant. He wasnt rude but didnt make me feel like he wasnt to happy for me coming in, but the one man who brought the car out to me was nice. Maybe he just wasnt feeling it that day. I would still go there.

The absolute worst customer service. I didn’t even make it to the point of renting a car from them because the guy who sounds like a older white guy went up on the price 2x then said he just can’t rent to me. And hung up in my face. I highly do not recommend this place!!

The people here are rude. I was excited about renting a car from here with the price they gave me over the phone. As soon as i walked in i got a bad vibe from the guy at the desk. I told him that i spoke with a lady there and the price was discussed but they didnt honor it. I provided all the paper work they requested but didnt even bother with it. They made excuses after excuses. In the end i left there with nothing but frustration. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at all id advice them to take the city bus instead.

I was very satisfied rented a 15 passenger van for my grandsons graduation the customer service was excellent which is very rare these days but its good to know nice people do exist. Prices were great the van was clean inside and out as if it was brand new. I will be renting from them again and again..

Rude and very unprofessional, the only car rental company that profiles its prospective clients by asking intrusive questions about where their going and specifics of ones plans. They will even question you knowing that they dont have vehicles to rent. And their selection stinks.

I feel like everyone else went to a different dealer… I had a terrible experience with these people and this is actually the second time… When my wife’s car gets worked on at Ford they send us to express for a rental until it’s done under warranty both times now I have had fraudulent charges on my credit card after we had returned the car… This time it’s in the amount of $75And they are charging me for an extra day even though I only had it less than two days, The guy I spoke with didn’t seem very concerned about it said he would take care of it Saturday but he didn’t called again Sunday he says he will take care of it Tuesday now but like I said he wasn’t very enthusiastic about it I would not recommend this place to Anybody and if my money is not returned Promptly I will be taking Legal action as well as filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as Fairview Ford.

My Ford dealership sent me here for my free rental while they work on my truck. They were nice and the fastest rental company I have every used in my 31 years of driving. So far so good. I got a Ford Focus to drive. I like that you get it with a full tank. It makes it easier just to top it off when I take it back, no figuring out how much gas to add. The car was clean inside and out. People that rent cars know what Im talking about. Anything that makes renting easier is appreciated. Who really wants to rent a car anyway? My wife took me there, but Ford said they will pick me up if needed. I cannot confirm that, and I did not ask.If anything bad on return I will update. And for those who ask, I dont really think any retake take cash anything more. They stopped that 5 years ago or so. So you need a credit card and a drivers license to rent. And the name of you insurance company with full coverage if you choose not to use there insurance.

The place is hidden so you got to keep your eyes open but they have a wide selection of cars ranges and sizes and years. Nicest people Ive ever met. I was sent here by Eddies Auto Care. my first time renting a car and the experience was excellent great customer service. They provided me with a van but the next day they exchanged it for a smaller car. the cars that they have and vans that they have are in excellent condition. They also give you a lift back to your house. Well rent a car from them again.

I called these guys because I had a very bad experience with Enterprise. I was quoted a price of approx. $180. for Friday til Tuesday. I was told there is a deposit of $250. and that my total will be taken out of that deposit when I return the vehicle and I will be refunded the remainder of approx. $70. I am waiting for them to pick me up at my hotel room right now. I really hope to have a good experience with them. Ive seen some negative reviews but Im hoping to change my review to a 5 star with good comments. Well see. So far Ellio seems great :)UPDATE...So far a wonderful experience. Had no problem getting in and out. Was even 15 mins early for my nail appt. Great job guys. Keep up the good work. See you in a couple days.

I rent here often. Usually a large van. They are always friendly and always meet my needs. Once I wanted a 7 passenger van for a trip and a mistake was made and they didnt have one when I went to pick it up. Mistakes happen. But they made it right by giving me a Chevy Suburban, a more luxurious and more expensive rental for the same price. Great customer service!

Terrible experience, I needed assistance to rent a car and that is something I did not receive. They were very rude. Customer service is horrible in both Riverside & San Bernardino. I cancelled my reservation after 5 minutes of talking with the workers. They need to close down this business or get better management. 0 stars in my opinion.

They charged my CC when I initially picked up a van. Then when I returned the van, they charged me again.
