I had an appointment so there wasnt much of a delay. The staff was friendly and efficient. The phlebotomist was skilled and gentle.

Before coming make sure you make an appointment before coming instead of walk ins. I came here 2 times both times the lines were long of people waiting probably an 1 hour or more of wait time, I left the 2 times I came and rather made an appointment online its easier and better than walk ins and the third time I came there was also a long line of people waiting I already had my appointment I checked in and waited a few minutes till they called me for my bloodwork staff were nice but the office is small they should have a bigger place... Oh and the parking lot outside its always full and hard to find a parking closer to the building..

Ive gone to different LabCorp locations. I really like the San Bernardino location on Highland. They are very friendly. I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen. At the other locations, it doesnt even matter that i have an appointment. It could be a while for i get seen.What i really liked at my appointment today was, Ms.Gay, shes great in doing her job. I didnt even feel a thing, when she took my sample of blood!!!

Please dont go to labcorp located on 399 E Higland on San Bernardino, California this place is a hoax long lines to check in and long wait periods, the parking area is crazy you dont find anything because is a hospital building they have to do something, most of your clients are Handicapped people and they have to walk or rolling a wheelchair to the 5th floor from a quarter o mile parking space find it.

After visiting 2 other labcorp locations, this one by far is the best. At the other 2 locations the check-in process is confusing as there is a line and there are not signs to indicate whether the line is for checking in or waiting to be called.Here at this location I made an appointment for 10:30am and was in line to be greeted by Ana. Ana was very helpful and she had great the line all checked in no time. She was patient with customers and answered all questions kindly.After checking in I was in the testing room even before my appointment time. Megan assisted with the drug screening and explained the process to be understood without confusion. She made the process quick and easy which is great if you are ready to go for a drug screening.All in all this was a great experience and this facility was very clean which is good during the pandemic. I highly recommend going on the LabCorp website to make an appointment for this facility!

Man oh man! They scheduled a bunch of people and they dont have enough space for all of us. They still get the job done but if I were you dont go to this side of town to do some lab test.

Had an appointment today came with two minors. And it says closed or go to another location. What the ::: y give appointment then. Now i have to wait to make iehp tide after 5 days again because apparently they cant transfer us. We have to go back home !

Really rude stafff members, the black lady that works here talks to you with no respect, I was waiting inside and got hit by the door by an old white lady that works here and didn’t even apologize to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place is not conducive to being healthy. Waiting room filled hallway filled. If fire department came they would clear the hall. Had an appointment but still took over an hour to be called. I would say someone needs training. If it wasnt for the only place in area that did the test I would have walked out parking is bad. They have a captive audience so why treat them like humans.

One of your employees with one of your company makes SUV was running stop signs and driving very recklessly almost causing an accident this morning when I try to get the plates he speed off and when an hide in a dead end. I hope you have cameras and GPS on your fleet. This person was in the rialto area.

Understaffed and employees treat you like a child very rude. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came. I’d avoid this place at all cost I’d rather drive to a different location. Hallway is filthy and crowded.

I visited this location on February 16th, 2019. As of 3/2/19, they will NO LONGER be open on Saturday. From now until then, they will take APPOINTMENTS ONLY SATURDAY. Please keep in mind, their DRUG SCREEN HOURS ARE DIFFERENT. They only take drug screenings Mon-Fri 12pm to 2pm. This location is fine service wise, but please keep in mind that the hours have changed drastically.

The employees are very unprofessional. If you DON’T want to care for patients and provide the best care possible then you should NOT be working in the healthcare industry.

The location is really small. I’m sure it’s a fire hazard to have that many people just standing and huddling together to try to make room for people walking in and out. Staff seemed nice, but I didn’t stay and went to Redlands location instead. Hopefully they can expand the location or should really consider relocating.

Abandon all hope ye who enter here. It is unfortunate that you can’t give negative stars. I have been here two hours and still haven’t been seen for a simple drug test. People are literally sleeping in the hallway because the waiting list is so long and the waiting room is so overcrowded. If you are on your way here, turn around and RUN as far away from this horrible place as you can. Save yourself. Who knows how many diseases I have picked up in this waiting room.

0 stars about 7 month ago this location made me cry for 45 mins poking me and squeezing my blood. The ones that works here is terrible and it took me another 5 months before I was able to not be afraid of my blood being drawn. I will NEVER come to this location. They are totally not fit for someone who is afraid of needles after I told them again and again worse ever my doctor was mad because he had to wait 5 months for my blood work. I show him the bruise that was on my arm, it was there for almost 2 months. WOW they dont know how to draw blood.

Understaffed. Undersized. Cant blame the employees, but whoever is responsible for location lease and staffing seriously needs to take into account the work flow. Today, some clients were being told they had a 3 hour wait. A 3 hour wait for fasting blood draws on diabetics might have serious consequences!

Always busy not enough seating the waiting room is not big enough for the amount of people who come here every day. Ive been coming to this place for many years, it has not changed even though they moved to a different room. But they are sometimes nice sometimes are very rude it just depends on the person and how their day is going theres a lot of kids crying a lot of baby strollers disabled people really cant get inside because there are no laces are open spaces for wheelchairs youll be able to have their own space same as walkers, very tight inside there they always tell people if you have family or friends with you we ask that you leave them outside due to the fact of the limited seating so we see a lot of people sitting on the floor in front of the door with their kids sometimes its older people it just depends the best thing to do is dont bring anybody with you unless you need somebody to be with you its better just to go by yourself and give somebody else thats really needs it because theyre there to get blood work. Always a reminder always remember to fill out your lab work but your address your phone number and have your insurance card if you have all this stuff ready and they call you it will be so much faster and it will help them get to you faster I have learned my lesson on this it took me awhile but I finally caught on I really hope that this helps somebody because some people dont know thank you for allowing me to leave a comment God bless

Very upset with this company. ! Upon arrival the receptionist informs me that the drug testing hours ended at 2:00pm. I showed her my paper that clearly states that hours were 1-3 pm. She stated sorry i was misinformed of this. It says right on my donor pass hours 1-3 !! And all the drug testing people were gone and all their stuff was locked up. I had taken time off work and driven very far to take this test and for that to happen. Its ridiculous.PLEASE GET ORGANIZED OVER THERE AND GET THOSE HOURS FIXED. VERY ANGRY JEFF VALDEZ

Place is beyond slow line down the hall. Be prepared to stand for over 30 min, while one Egotistic female checks you in and appointments. Mind you there other receptionist there, they need to shut this LabCorp down. I recently moved here but I will be going back west to get lab work

This location need to pick a larger office space here at ST. Bs its is staff fairly lightly but hey what can you do, hopefully they can streamline this process here with additional staff to handle testing but the dought is real. The flow is heavy with patients definitely due to the hospital sending all of the patients here for convenience. If you have the option and ability you should ask you doctor you are seeing to send you to another location as to avoid the wait. Ill give high stars due to the fact its not the Doctirs fault.

Depends on the day, some days super busy and some days out within 30 minutes . Today I made an appt. Online . Checked in. And was out within the same hour . Good service

Rated 4 stars only because their hours on the website are incorrect and I went thinking I was early when really I was late and was not able to take a drug screen. I went the next day with correct hours and the front office lady was professional, helpful in answering my question, back office also very professional and courteous and I was out in about 20 minutes.

In n out the about 20 minutes, for sure make appointment ahead, it gets packed all day.. without appointment u looking at about a hour 1.30 wait

Man if i can give negative stars i would this place is a joke the wait times are crazy long they tale longer than going to THE ER. How is that possible. Maybe if the staff would not talk and laugh amongst themself so much ppl can goi in & out and move on with their day.

I have to do random drug urine screens and waited over an hour on a full tank. im keeling over from the wait and having severe abdominal pains.when it comes to my turn i have to wait because she has to call to find out what panel drug test to do. it shouldnt matter until after they get my urine to find out what test to do! now im here waiting until i have to go again and im only allowed 3 glasses of water wa aiting until i have to go again

Hi I took my kids to this place to get blood drawn and it was filled with people not distancing and by the time I went in, I asked the tech if he wipes down after each patient and he said he does every 3 people, and he said it was wiped down before my kids, then after he left the room I asked the person next to use if that was true and he lied

I reluctantly went to emergency room 3/29. I was admitted. The experience was amazing. Everyone was very kind. Service was A+!

Very rude they never smile. If you ask a question they look at you like somthing is wrong with you. I would rather go to a different lab Corp. I can hear staff arguing. Lab Corp need to do something. I understand that San Bernardino is ghetto but they dont have to be ghetto they can be nice and polite and even more professional. But the staff in the back that took my blood was very nice.

This place is standing room only, I KNOW I was rebreathing someone elses TB. It is a nonfunctioning lab without thought for their clients or professionalism by a pack of halfwits also known as the 3 or 4 stooges.They aim the FAX over the trash so they dont have to work since ALL Dr. orders are lost. Just send people home with their full bladders. We do NOT have to put up with this. Refuse to be sent to Labcorp. There are in excess of 50 labs in the Inland Empire...and they have fresh air with chairs to sit in. Negative 10 stars for wasting my time.

This place charged me duplicate bills and my husband paid total 3 of duplicate bills and didnt know it. When I found out, I called them they said only received one.

I havent even went to the facility yet I been trying to call many many times and they do not answer their phones. I can only imagine how it is in the actual facility.
