I was having trouble with every bails bonds wanting more than I could offer, such as a large amount of money plus collateral because the bail was so high. I went back and forth for a while with a few other employees and began to get extremely stressed until one day the branch manager named Javier called to check on me and the status of the bail. In frustration, I told him my concerns and he listened and told me to come in with what I had and they would run it past the insurance. I did and with a few hours, trust and patience, the bail was granted. Javier was very patient, professional, very hands-on when it came to helping me.
