Dorian Luna was absolutely wonderful and encouraging. She is a blessing and should be recognized for her wonderful spirit. She was so helpful and I can’t wait to see her again.

I first applied online...I was called and was told that I would receive paperwork by E-maile; I was never told until today 11/10/20 that it may be in the Spam portion. So on Saturday 10/31/20 I expected paperwork that was to myself had never reached my email for some reason on the Companys end. After this incident I cancelled (over phone) ; still receiving calls. I called my file was available..the attempt to assist me made me uncomfortable. I accidentally called the USA payday loan & Title and was greeted and assisted immediately without the several transferring and multiple same questions asked!? Mrs Dorina Luna, manager at this store was helpful over the phone even when I went in..this made me Comfortable..even with mishaps.. Someone dropped the ball and it was alot of time wasted very disappointing but Mrs Luna stayed overtime and asked me to stay I wanted to leave?!! After 4-hours of waiting and contract signed, no Money Gram code ? Mrs Luna, went beyond and the Gentleman that assisted her. The stores employees (cashier-stayed & Security Officer) ....It did happen but not without Mrs Luna...I wish I could give her a raise..in person had the personal touch..Thank You, very much

I was so satisfied with the customer support I received from Dorina Luna, she was so professional and I had a wonderful experience because of her. She told me everything I needed and got me a much needed loan, and without the run around. I will definitely be back if I should ever need to get a loan in the future.If more people did business like her, the world would be a better place, just in that alone. The Lady I spoke with was very arrogant, she didnt even repeat her name to me. She needs to be more professional when she speaks to anyone over the phone. She cannot just be nice to those that will be her customers, or bring her profits, is it because they will bring her money? Customer service should be over all not just when is convinient.

They wouldnt give their percentage for cashing a check over the phone. I presented a check to them which they accepted but after waiting for them to do whatever they do they finally made the excuse that they couldnt cash my check because it was a private party check and if that were true then why dfidnt they tell me that when I presented the check instead of playing astound and making me wait and then using the obviously fake excuse. If they didnt accept those kinds of checks they should have stated that when I presented it instead of messing around and them deciding they didnt like the looks of me or something . it was obviously a lame attempt at getting out of doing what they are in business for. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE LIKE I DID GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCANDALOUS AND PLAY GAMES BASED ON HOW THE FEEL AT THE MOMENT!

I tried to get a loan. Called first to make sure i had everything i need to get one. I showed up to apply and i get denied right off the bat because i told the loan officer i get disability even though the person on the phone told me it was ok. In that case it did me no good to call first. I made a comment on the website suggesting nicely that maybe i shouldnt have gotten the qrong info over the phone and the person who replied back was the loan officer that was in the store and she sends me a application denial that said i had an overdrawn bank account over 150 which i knew for a fact i had around $7 in my account. Strange since i didnt even apply either. Well since they want to pull this nonsense ill complain to their higher ups.
