Horrible service here there aren’t any licensed technicians everyone who works there is off the streets. I spent over $15,000 cash on my vehicle and still until this day things aren’t working on my car. Broken promise after broken promise. The owner Frankie will tell you anything to calm you down but will never follow through on his word. A bunch of puppets to the Slave master Frankie running around not accomplishing anything unless he is around then the work will be half done but full price. I don’t recommend anyone to use any of their services trust me spend your hard earned money with professionals please this isn’t one of those type shops.

They have really good costumer service. However, the tinting is absolutely trash. Im not sure if they tint outside, but the tint we did in our truck was full of dirt and bubbles. I understand that some bubbles may appear on the initial installation, but after 4 weeks, they were still there. I never rolled down windows or even cleaned them from the inside. I went a second time to get my windows fixed and more things went wrong. Car is brand new, and after the tint, pieces on the door were missing and Im sure tabs were broken. There is now loose plastics that make noice on the highway. Its really upsetting! I do not want anyone else to go through the same thing.

Amazing place to work with, brought in my girlfriends new car for some speakers and they were very professional, gave us a great deal (about $50 less then the stereo shops around for better speakers) and had everything done in no time! This is the shop Im going to from now on!!

HORRIBLE! they have no dignity, my friend took his car there and they completely did the wiring wrong which ended up getting the car cought on fire. its a brand new 2018 mustang that just got totaled. when they called the shop to tell them what had happened, they claimed it wasnt there fault and that they are way to busy to talk about this. this mans life could have ended because of your poor job. a car catching on fire after leaving your place should be the top of your priorities.

Worst place I have ever been to. They over price everything and use the lowest quality products. They lie and Johnny will just bullshit you the way through the sale. They promise one thing but at the time of delivery they will have an excuse and give you a low rated item. Dont wast your money go some place else. Be careful with the positive reviews. Wouldnt recommend any other place but rsm. Really good quality work and they make sure the customers are always happy. Iv been taking my Camaro there since day one and Im super happy with their work. They are bullshit. They lie. Take your money and say you will get showroom quality and it is no where near showroom quality!! Spent a very high amount and was very specific on what i wanted, I got NOTHING that i wanted, Its so bad i have to get my car redone and pay even more. The new custom shop that i took it to laughed at the work that was done. looked at it once and laughed, Seriously do not take your car there. They talk a good game and show no results.

This shop did a terrible installation on my friends 2018 Mustang. Bad wiring caused the car to catch fire & the car is now totaled! They tried to blame the owner for this & continuously have excuse after excuse! Don’t go here! RIP Ramona 💔

Do not I repeat do not go here for anything. Service was crap, made me wait 2 1/2 hours just to put a radio in. At 1st it was $100 even then all of a sudden went to $120 plus tax ? When i was told it was just gunna be the $100 no problem. Made me wait in this hot ass waiting room, left trash all over my car floor gave me a radio I didnt even want then tried to charge me for it, they also ripped my carpet on the driver side more then it was. Also my when the took my car in the back of thier shop I can hear them reving my car in the back of the shop so please do not go here for any car needs DO NOT!!

They suck lifted my truck and never took it off road and the custom shoock risers weld broke on both sides .besides the oem carpet kit they took out of my chevy and replaced it with cheap pepboys universal carpet wiring alarm and radio i had to do myself and rear speakers got riped from not enough clearance to the back of the panel.. BEWARE**Thanks to half a** work a brand new car is totaled due to cheap wiring job, they do cheap terriable work, avoid this place at all cost, it is not worth time or money.

They destroyed my 2018 mustang GT with their faulty wiring they connected the underglow to the weakest source and didn’t install a breaker and it caught fire, luckily I have my life because it fought fire while I was parked I can’t believe they don’t take responsibility for what they did it’s so idiotic
