I scheduled an appointment with them to get my mini split diagnosed and was told that they were fully booked and could not make it today. I didn’t mind that at all so then I decided to return the call to reschedule for another day and was told that I couldn’t reschedule because there wouldn’t be enough time to do the job ..... most awkward customer service experience ever.. talk about not wanting any business at. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend AC Repair Solutions. The A/C unit had stopped working last evening so I waited until this morning to call for service. They returned my call and even though they were booked for the day he promised to come by in the evening as soon as they were free. My technician came by to check the unit upstairs and the outside unit. I was expecting a huge repair quote as this has been my past experience in dealing with two major companies. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when I was told the door that covers the air conditioning system was loose causing the unit to turn off. They offered to duct tape it to keep it closed until I can order a new one. They also found an issue with the way the unit was installed outside. That requires re-installation, however he thoroughly explained the process and I feel comfortable going forward with the project. I am definitely switching A/C companies. Do not hesitate at all to call them if you need any servicing on your unit.

Changed out our old with a New Balanced Energy Efficient AC system.AC Repair Solutions San Bernardino was very neat and did a great job of replacing all our attic ducts! They took the time to route them in such a way that left maximum floor storage space in a rather tight attic area! The outside work was also extra neat and professional looking! Thank you!

Heaters stopped working for three units in the building and luckily I found AC Repair Solutions San Bernardino. They were what all the reviews said about them. They completed all the work and were very good at communicating what is needed to be done. On top of that my tech was a super nice guy. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I do not recommend this company at all they missed 2 appointments n keep changing the time they would come out. They did not even give me a courtesy call to say they would be running late. I had to call n find out n they reschedule on me stating they had emergency to tend to n they get calls from elderly n I responded n asked if my service call was considered non emergency due to having lil ones with no AC in the house as small as 3 years old. He really had nothing to say but I will have some one out there Monday morning as early at 9 am come Monday morning 9 am no show I called again n they stated that someone will be out around noon. So this is my experience I had with them

Great Company! Tech was polite, Office staff prompts and prepared. Got my AC back to speed same day. Called at 9 am had a tech here at 2 Pm (as promised) and AC cooling the house by 3:30. Flawless. This is how any service should be....PAINLESS.You get what you pay for.

They answered my call right away and set up an appointment that day. The problem was fixed and it didnt cost a fortune.
