The service that I received was very good.Ms. B and her staff are very friendly very quick. I have gone to liberty for many years now and will continue going for the great customer service that they provide.

Fantastic customer service and it was super fast and easy.

We have been customers of Beatrice Ybarra for the past 4 years and would not change for the world! She is extremely Patient and understanding. She takes the time explain everything to you and help you get the most of your return. She’s definitely worth the drive from Brownsville, she stays long hours just to take care of her people. I highly recommend her!

Overall experience has always been good! I’ve gone for many years now and have always gone back. This year the only thing not perfect was after I filed, it was so hard to get a hold of them. I had to go in after work in order to get answers on the status of my return. Hopefully it changes. I’ll still recommend Liberty!

This place charges way too much to do your income tax and they dont even try to help you out and give you advice on the best thing to do. They are only interested in your money .. they dont care about You.. I do not recommend this place. Even management is bad smh.. they charged Me 723$!!
