This staffing is professional/curtesy in helping me to understanding what I needing on insurance policy

The people in the backThe actual case workersAre amazing.The receptionists are always the wrose.Cutting me off, making me fight to get in the back to speak to someone about my case, etc.Theyre just terrible and more specifically *ts always the chubby girl with the dead eyes and short light hair and wrinkles.Annoys me every damn time and treats me like trash.

Nancy is an awesome person..people get mad when other do their JOB..this is what yall should be getting!

Nancy is the worst help there ever. I called ahead of time to get a new lone star card and they said yes. When I get there Nancy said she couldnt do it, and never gave me a direct answer on why.
