Joe is VERY unreliable and unprofessional had called him last Monday for a quote and is fast to reply to that and try to get your money but when it comes to getting your actual property serviced he has excuses. We scheduled for last Thursday then Friday then Monday and now he has to reschedule AGAIN. When I told him I will not be needing his services anymore he just said okay, like he didnt even care. I will strongly recommend you not do business with him take your money else where.

Joe lies constantly. He is unreliable he charged a large set up fee then never came back. After catching him in 2 lies he basically told me he has to much business to keep track of who he has told what. I offered to replay our conversation. He offered me a refund then declined to give it. And hung up on us. Very unprofessional beware he will take your money and run
