Went in for tie rods and an alignment. First they say same day so we left it to go run errands. Then we had to leave it overnight for ’first thing in the morning’. I call an hour before closing and it turns out they left it for the last car of the day. Once I get there, they surprise me that they didnt have time to do the tie rods. Now I have to still do the tie rods and alignment once they get done. They made sure I go back by charging me the alignment and telling me to go back charge free using the 1 year warranty on the alignment when I have time to do the tie rods. I left my car overnight for that purpose. Waste of time and money. I wont be going back.

They’re slow, dumb and uncoordinated. Every time you call it’s some guy “who just came in.” Everything takes two hours longer than what they tell you. For the services and prices go elsewhere I know I will. Never again.

I didnt like that coverage for tire wasnt 💯 for a blow out and tire wasnt that old but manger was nice and gave me discount on single tire. Got me out quick cause we had blow out and stuck on side of road.

Great tires. But I drive to the Firestone in San Benito. They have great service. The Firestone in Harlingen treated me with disrespect very time that I went into their store. They also had me replacing my tires more often.

Took my truck in for an oil change about 10:50am, they told me about an hour and a half. I called at 12:30 since I had t received a call and they told me it hadn’t been worked on because the techs ran into another problem with another car. It seems like they don’t have enough adequate staff to work on more than one car at a time. This is the second time this happens to me at this location.

Friendly staff! Informed me of the problem but were unable to do the job, so they referred me to the dealership.

This place sucks really bad service they told me that my car would be ready in 2hours I dropped it off at 10am and it wasnt ready in 2 hours I had called them and they told me it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes so I went in 45 minutes and it still wasnt ready It was ready by 2pm

Terrible service. First, i was telling the clerk what needed to be done and halfway through the conversation a phone call came in. Clerk picked up call and i stayed quiet since he was talking to the customer. He printed out the order and i told him that more items needed to be addressed and in a rude manner told me that i needed to tell him everything that i wanted because he had to put everything in an order, i guess its my fault that he picked up the phone before we were done talking. Second, i told them to do a wheel balance only on the front end of the vehicle, they took it upon themselves to do a total wheel balance and rotation, which is not a big deal. The issue was that they scratched my wheels when they removed the lead weights that are used to balance the tire. I informed the clerk of this and he acted like it was normal. I told them that i have had the truck for 9 years and my wheels were never scratched. Clerk just stayed quiet and did not say anything. Third, one of my wheel hub caps was damaged before i took it in, according to them! I have never had issues before until now. Took it in to get a tire flat fixed and came out with wheels scratched and a damaged hubcap. Will NEVER spend another dollar in their shop again.

Great place to have your car worked on. The service people are top notch and very friendly.

Unfortunately I got a flat tire later in the day and by the time I arrived at the store it was 30 minutes to closing, and the associate Mayo was still able to ensure that the tire was replaced that evening, after another local store had advised me they could not attend to the car. I will now only use this location Mayo and the mechanic were very helpful and timely.

There are very few auto repair/tire stores that I feel confident with my car and money, but Firestone in San Benito is very different. Honesty, great work and excellent customer service. All our tire purchases and maintenance will be done here from now on. ❤️🤗

I do not recommend this place specially if youre an elderly woman as they appear to take advantage and prey on the elderly. I had my mother go and get an alignment on her vehicle today and bought 2 new tires. She recently purchased a new tire (Arizona) week before at a different shop and while they installed the 2 new tires, they were also kind enough to take her brand new tire off and bless her with an old worn Goodyear brand tire (They dont sell Goodyear). She had been there since 8 AM and had to wait a couple of more hours so that they can finish another customers vehicle. After the bad customer service experience all they did was apologize and gladly took her money. How can a place of business in small town like San Benito do this, its disgusting to know shops like this even exist.

Fantastic service and price. I strongly recommend this Firestone and worth driving the extra distance even if you are closer to another tire service center.

I have been going to this is place for years, but just recently they did me wrong. I had a trip to Tyler and after I change the oil with some life still in it because of a big road trip to California. Before event getting to California my truck said I had 0 percent life. Back from the trip I went in and asked about why did this happened and all they said was that I sould go talk to my dealer. If you trust them then great, but if you are new and looking for a place be careful. When it comes to cars it is not only about business but trust and they lost both from me.

The only place I get my oil changed technicians know you by name and treat you with respect. Great service all the time.

Made an appointment for 2pm for oil change, alignment and tire rotation. When I got there they told me they could not work on my car because they had too many cars in front of me even though I had an appointment and they did not.

Mayos customer service is horrible. He is always trying to upsell you. I brought it to his attention that lug nut was loose he told me it was just a lug nut cover. I then proceeded to unscrew the lug nut with my fingers and he was speechless. Buyer beware this place lacks honesty.
