The most worthless post office in the United States. Cant even train anybody to answer a telephone. They have two phone lines that I know off and cant answer either one.

Very unprofessional people working there the people that delivers leaving packages all over several times they have lost my correspondence and when he approaches you just because you forgot to move your truck away from the mailbox he is very rude they really need to hire nice people

They refuse to deliver any of my packages and send them back which cost me more money!! They refuse to help me they see my address and sends it back says can’t deliver and I spoke with who used to live here and they never had a issue!!!

So today I got my mail at 9:58 and this is what I got my mail was ripped the letter and we have to trust you with are mail and this is what I got. Some people have important papers work they mail and this is what we get ripped.

Failure to deliver packages and have to pick them up myself. pointless waist of time

Really bad experience with this post office, they never answer phones. They have some lazy carriers on Saturday and they have mark my packages attempted when they didnt even try to deliver it. What a joke of supervision!

Over the past two years, Ive not received at least five packages. The postman assigned to my residence often delivers to the wrong place. Not only that, but Ive had a $1000 dollar dress delivered to my door, which actually belonged to a neighbor. The neighbor wasnt pleased.Update: (05/14/2018) Once again, the post office did not deliver my package to my mailbox, and I still havent tracked it down. Im out another $25.00. That makes six delivery mistakes by this post office.Update: (07/2018) This time, I entered the main post office to mail a book, and one of the employees treated me with an almost belligerent manner. He seemed to want to go toe-to-toe with me, just as I approached the counter. When I gave him my book to mail, he charged $8.00 (the maximum rate), for what shouldve been a charge for media mail $2.99. When I looked at the tally on the credit card machine, I asked him why he was charging so much. He smirked and said, You never said anything, so what am I supposed to do? He acted like I was an idiot. This office really needs to clean house and hire some new employees. There are lots of good people in the San Benito area that would love to have a post office job.

Are mailman not allowed to get off to leave shipment at door? Ive had packets of shirts stuffed in our mailbox. The other day I ordered some sugar frosting sheets and it clearly said on the outside box Do Not Bend or Fold. Well guess what...it was a little hard to get out of mailbox because it was forcefully stuffed in mailbox. When I opened packet, sure enough some of the sugar sheets were crumbled and messed up. Ugh...this gets me upset! Now this passed wk, Ive been tracking down a package I needed by Saturday. I waited and waited on Saturday and nothing. I kept tracking it down and still said it was on way to deliver. Our mail got delivered to mailbox at 1:41pm and I rechecked tracking on website and gave me a note stating thr was no secure place to leave package, and this was at 5:31pm that supposably Mail was delivered. Nope our mail was delivered at 1:41 but no package. Very very upset with this postal service!!!!

Someone is stealing my packages at River Ranch Resort. No one will answer the phone at this PO.

Very rude I was there a few days ago getting a envelope and stamps and this young working there either had a bad day or its simply part of personality I say why work at a place where you gotta deal with people if you seem to hate the world and its creatures? Lol

My mailman Mr. Ganue is the best. The people at the front seat and the postmasteriss are a pleasure.

Its difficult to get thru on the phone. I keep reaching a recording saying the phone is busy and to try again later, but it never even rings!

Everyone is a pleasure except for one young man, who is extremely rude and will embarrass a customer in front of all the other customers. Id much rather drive to the post office in the next town.
