Great bank as long as you dont have any after hours issues like a stolen card and the auto system is pointless

Sorry my expirience with them is bad dey take to long in line! I mean its always like dat. Dey realy take forever for service dam!😳😳😳🙄

Used to have great customer service and very helpful staff. Recently has been on a steady decline with rude, snotty, and disrespectful tellers that make negative comments making comments under their breathe and rolling their eyes at customers. Can’t explain new policies or what is going on and do not know their products. Do not trust your money with them!! Would give negative stars if I could!

I have been a customer for years. Im a single parent, weekend and after hours of banking work great for me. My money is always available and Ive only had to make two disputes for stolen checks, they honored that. It took a few weeks to get the money, but I didnt have to do calls and reports, they did all. I started 15 years ago and Im still with them, Ive relocated but have found this location, besides, you can deposit or withdraw at any Wal-Mart with your debit card at no fee.

Never able to withdrawal over 500. Poorly run operations. A good bank should always be prepare. Customer care only good when manager is on duty. Stay away!!!

Wood forest is my bank and Im happy with their service.

I was there today at 10 am not knowing they open at 11am on Sunday. Instead of refusing me service they gave me the change I needed even thoug they were not supoosed to. Caring for customer they are the best Roberto helped me with my transaction. Great customer service.

This bank san benito tx needs more professional people ..becareful with them taking your money out of your accounts with not a notice and when you call and complain ....they come out with there stupid answers they never say to you when you open the account with them there liars and stealers!!! Im not trusting them at all!!!!!

Came to use notary public services fearing that services would be reserved for bank members only or that notary would not be present. But to our surprise, notary was present at opening hour, 9am, and it was available to anyone.One young man and woman tended us in a friendly quick manner.I did think the fee was overpriced but service was conveniently located in Walmart so I guess its worth it.6$ for 1st page and 1$ each page after.
