My experience with Boswell Elliff Ford was 5 stars all the way around. Tyler helped me place my truck order and was critical in helping me decide on which features to order. He also updated me throughout the entire process as my truck was being built and shipped. When my truck came in, Bill, one of the owners greeted me and we talked a while. Juan did a great job in helping me to decide which financing options to take while still utilizing my rebates. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Boswell Elliff Ford in San Benito!!! They always offer a very fair deal in a warm and friendly atmosphere (no pressure, no feeling like youre in a salesmans meat grinder). Their people are highly knowledgeable and so very helpful with absolutely everything. Ive purchased all of my vehicles (6 or 7) from Boswell since the mid 1990s and would never go anywhere else. They really are the very best people to work with when buying a vehicle!!!

Have purchased trucks here, buying is great. The service department needs work. The men here are great with other men, not always as friendly with women. Thats been my experience. My hubby has great service but not always me or my mother. Get tired of treated like a dumb wife who dont know her truck or car. But continue to change oil there so when I trade in I get more for my trade in bc they have the records.... just go in with not the highest customer service standards.

If I could give them 0 I would. DO NOT DO SERVICE WORK WITH THEM.They do service work by first come, first served. NOT appointments. We took our car in on a Monday early morning. Was told 2-3 days to fix. Wednesday no info. Called them. Was told there had been at least 5 other vehicles ahead of ours on Monday, that there was 2 still ahead of ours. This is for a 5 bay service center. That it would be at least another day before they could get to looking at it, let alone fix it. They were told to hang on to it for now. After our conversation, within an hour we decided to take our business elsewhere. We get to the service center, car is in front of the office, window open, keys in it and RUNNING! We proceeded to take our vehicle home. Within 15 minutes we contacted the local police department to let them know of the situation. Another 30 minutes passes, and we get a call from the service center to see if we have our vehicle. That they were just getting ready to check it out. That if we didnt have it they were (first now) going to report it as stolen. GO ELSEWHERE where they are more concerned with their customers patronage, prompt service and security of your vehicle when there.

The parts and sevice staff are phenomenal! They helped me out of a Hell of a Bind! I would Highly recommend servicing your vehicle here! Ask for Scott in service and Daniel in Parts!

Did the self check out. Machines are a pain there. 4 times had to get clerk to unstuck it. Some products not that fresh either, but store was really crowded for early in the morning. Guess people arent going to church like the used to.

Don’t let the size of the dealership fool you. These guys are some of the best to work with. They enjoy what they are doing and talking cars with you. 1. i was quoted $1152. i was charged $250 and change and was told it took some time. so was it for the calibration or because FORD HAD 4 RECALLS.3. EMPLOYEE LEFT FOOT PRINT ON THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR PANEL.4. When we called back to address all of this, was not happy with answers. for #3 said they would get back to us.so no was not happy with service.

Agreed to give me a ride home. When I pointed out I live right across the street his attitude changed. He laughed!

My 2010 Ford F150 got a tune up, oil change and air filter. The Service guy was great. I would not take my Ford truck to any other dealer in the lower Rio Grande valley. Also the gentleman who gave me a ride was so interesting. He gave me a short history of San Benito.

Great place to go. First time buying a vehicle there and I will go back for sure. Our sales associate, Eli, was very helpful and easy to work with for sure. Cefo, not sure of his title but the gentleman that did all the paperwork, was very nice too. Everybody seemed very relaxed and no high pressure that you typically get at a dealership. Made the deal and told them Id be back later to pick it up and sign the papers. Worked out great, everything was ready and about half an hour later I was done. Ive bought a lot of vehicles at a lot of dealerships and this has to be the easiest, and best, experience Ive had. Walked away feeling good about the deal and the people I got to work with. Looking forward to seeing how the service department does.

It saddens me to post a poor review. Previous service has been very positive. How ever after taking my F-250 in for a bad sensor. Three days later I finally got it back. From stripped threads to replacement parts forgotten. Additionally with an extended service warranty, I wasnt offered an option for a rental. Not a good visit.

I’ve been bringing my truck here for 7 years for maintenance and I will never take it anywhere else! I’m known by name and am made to feel like family.

A/C does not work it has a leak and everytime I took it in they said it was fix and turns out that they used stop leak and the problem is still there. The evaporate is freezing up and water is on the floor board on the passenger side.

Great service, service managers provide the best advise for taking care of your vehicle. Quick turn around on repairs. Parts and cashier department are extremely helpful and courteous.

I LOVE getting my vehicles serviced here. I have a fleet vehicle so im here at least monthly. Everyone is so friendly and there is a nice waiting area with a TV and beverages. Out of 25 visits I’ve never had an issue. I refer people here all the time. I trust them more than any other dealership or car service place. I never worry about my cars when I leave. I bring my person vehicles here too. I Highly recommend.

I ordered a 2019 Ford Ranger pickup truck from Boswell elliff and its going to take about three months to get it but they have agreed to honor any rebates that were in effect when I ordered it and also with me still using my car they have agreed to honor the trade-in amount. Worse experience ever seen and most disrespect ever from service department.Drove a 2014 ford focus into shop after spending 500 dollars on factory recall.Now sensor errors and now in shop wont start.Paid for tow truck from dealership to bring me my on e drivable car and no delivery and s service manager that yhinks its funny.

Awesome experience there. Spoke to Daniel Stillman, when we arrived. We got there before closing time. He waited and answered all my questions. I called him several times more during the week with more questions. I Finally showed up to finalize everything and was happy with my purchase. Nothing like the horror when I bought my Nissan. Service was weak. Replacement battery of a FORD battery I paid $164.00 for. $20 labor . Was advised since it was not purchased at this dealership the labor I paid six months ago was not valid. I popped my trunk and exchanged the battery but was unaware of a cover on the negative post. I removed the plastic and the battery worked while their mechanic watched me. I hope I don’t have to go back during bad weather. I have a Navigator that I will not be bringing here.

I was given one price when I checked in, but was not informed about any additional charges. I was shocked when I got th2 bill...it was double what I expected to pay. Petty dealings for such a big organization. Ill never go back, will look for a more honest, upfront provider.

I purchased a Ram 1500 from the this dealership and I couldn’t be happier. I got a pretty good buy to say the least and I like that the salesman don’t fight for you or seem like they are plotting anything. I am guitly of window Truck shopping knowing I wasn’t going to buy anything since the truck I used to own was payed off. I was treated with respect and was impressed by the simplicity of it all. The salesman wasn’t demanding or very forceful with his interest and intentions of selling me the vehicle. I forget the mans name but he was very helpful and he talked at our pace. He even stayed later to finish the paperwork the finish up our purchase. In the end I got a good payment and the trucks worth in gold since I had never had a 4dr truck. In all I got the best service I’ve seen in years and that says a lot. I have this enjoyment of going to dealerships aswell as used car lots and seeing my family and or friends purchase vehicles. So yeah I recommend looking into getting a vehicle here if you have he chance.

Took in ‘13 Edge for service, 1st free oil change and to take a look at an issue I was having with front doors. Initial complaint was not documented on the RO, and then there was an issue about internal payment to take care of the vehicle. While that’s to be expected, what threw me through a loop was that their Multi Point Inspection was fibbed. My battery was not good. Rear tires were not at the tread listed. And while technically this was a free service, it’s something that as a customer you rely on. Service Manager eventually got it taken care of. My doors got fixed. But upon picking up my vehicle, the MPI is still fibbed. They didn’t bother to check that I had already replaced the battery and it should now read good. They did manage to get the tire tread depth. But for such a menial and quick task, it makes me think their service may be untrustworthy, rushed, or flat out didn’t care because I wasn’t actually putting money in at this point in time. Ultimately, I’m really disappointed.

Recently we took our truck to get fixed worst experience ever our truck was there for 31Days. They used after market parts and still our truck wasnt fixed right. Bobby the body shop manager lied to our face the whole time. We notified our insurance company about the mess they did with our truck and we were told that after a guy nicked name smiley stop working the experience with their body shop is terrible so never again will we use this dealer for no reason not even to buy a car
