Employees from Tint Avenue went above and beyond for their customers. It was the first time I had gone to this place, and desperately needed to get my tints redone for my car. Juan was very professional, welcoming, and was very helpful in deciding what tints to get. I was expecting to not get my services done anytime soon, since I was a walk in and figured I had to have an appointment. And no, I got scheduled for my appointment the following day and was done within a few hours. I was blown away on how efficient, flexible, and understanding they were. This review is for SA wraps that does business out of tint avenue at this location. I did not have a good experience, from the time it took to get the vehicle in and the quality of work. My roof was damaged by them when they were cutting the material. The stripe was not straight and parts of the material were separated from the car. All he did was apologize for the damage, but will not do anything to attempt and make it right. Im not saying dont give them your business, but please weigh all options. I have attached a few pics so you can judge.

Recently took my Model 3 to get tinted and chrome deleted at Tint Ave at the RIM. Spoke with Christian over the phone to schedule and he was very familiar with the car and even made suggestions on how to do it. Upon dropping my car off I was extremely nervous but he did a thorough walk around with me pointing out everything on the car. Throughout the process he gave updates and sent photos. After it was done he walked through everything they did and gave detailed care instructions. Christian is very meticulous and you can see his attention to detail in the finished work. He takes care of your car like its his. He was not done until I was 100% satisfied with the work.Tint Ave is extremely competitive pricewise and offer extremely professional service. I plan to take my car back for more work in the near future, and will be taking our other vehicles here from here on out. Cannot recommend enough!

I had my 2016 Sting Ray Z51 windows tinted here, and wow let me tell you! Christian was super nice and extremely professional. He did the work in no time at all. He went through all of my options for the tint film and didnt try to up charge me anything. I felt very comfortable knowing that Christian was going to take care of my car for me. When I arrived to pick my car up, it was ready to go. The tint looked amazing and Christian gave me all the necessary precautions to follow while the film cured. Initially I was happy with my experience with Tint Avenue. That experience was erased with each consecutive visit to fix minor issues with my tint. Christian was quick at getting the tint done but I noticed some imperfections that werent bubbles and werent contamination. Both things that either go away or are out of the control of the tint shop since a small amount of contamination is usually typical and I completely understand and accept this.The issue started when I wanted a little bit darker of a tint and he talked me into adding a layer over it to save time for him and money for me. I agreed and he ended up putting it on and I was initially happy with the appearance of it but I noticed a melt mark on my side trim on my door which I knew immediately was from the heat gun. I did some research and knew that heat shrinking is part of the process of getting the tint to fit properly on the window which is done on the outside of the window and then flipped to attach to the inside of the window after everything is cut and shrunk. I also noticed several trash bubbles and small raised plastic bumps. Things that arent normal and dont go a away with time. I scheduled with him to come in on a Saturday. I came in for the Third time and talked with a younger guy about the issues. I had put arrows showing where my areas of concern were on the vehicle and the Employee said to me that the issue was with the inside tint layer and thats why I was seeing it and that they would have to take off the whole tint. The employee then said that he would talk with Christian to fix the issue and Christian whom is always busy came from the back and was very short with me and said What is it my friend?, What happened? Im very busy. I took him to the car and explained and he said Oh, my friend, Ill just give you the money back for the second layer. I told him that I liked how it looked and didnt want my money back, I wanted it fixed. Four hours later he did strip down all the tint and replaced with the shade I wanted with full ceramic (hopefully). I asked him that since he had took off second layer that I should be due a refund. Especially because he melted my side molding panel! He ended up replacing the side melted panel and looked fine to his credit. I looked at his most recent tint job on my car and noticed a couple scratches on the inside tint like it was previously used or was scrap. I also noticed more raised bumps on the driver side window & globs of glue on the inside window trim from removing previous tint... the window I look out the most! Im done going back to Tint Avenue every Saturday dealing with rushed mistakes... mistakes that shouldnt have been made to begin with if it was done right! I dont care how many Lambos and Bentlys this Place works on, if they can give the customer the time of day to correct an issue to the satisfaction of the customer in a friendly way then they dont deserve anybodys business. Maybe if I pulled up in a mercedes or high end vehicle Christian mightve had a different tone with me and not acted like I was imposing to fix his mistakes.I realise that there is no such thing as a perfect tint job but I also do expect near perfection expecially when I spent $800 total on the whole project as well as money on Uber rides to and from my house 4 times!Suggestions to the Owner :1. Dont accept walk-ins if youre already inundated with tint projects for that day. Quality is compromised.2. Have a more professional tone even when customer calls out yourmistakes.

Got my BMW 5 series windows done here, came out looking amazing! The tints improved the over all look of my car and cooled down the inside in this Texas heat, next is my windshield and my truck! Very nice customer service and my car was sanitized after they finished.

They did a great job on my SUV. They dont just to the work and thats it. When I picked up my car they went over the dos and donts. They gave me suggestions on products to use and made sure I knew how to properly maintain my new tint and the ceramic coating. If you want the best the use the best.
