Extremely disappointed. I brought them a new vehicle to get Llumar CTX tint installed on all windows. When I got the car back I immediately noticed a bunch of tool marks (scratches) on the passenger window film. When I asked the tech he tried convincing me it was only haze and that it would go away in a few days. Only after I asked a second time before leaving did he agree to re do the passenger window and it was not cut properly as youll see in the photos. Aside from the poor install, my car was left full of soap and water spots inside and out, as well as leftover tint trimmings. I will no longer bring my vehicles here. I cant help but feel like I was being hustled and convinced that there was nothing wrong with the passenger door glass. And the second time they did it was no better. If Im paying you $300 of my hard earned money, I expect the install to be done right and my car not be returned filthy and with trash left inside.

Had to get my eyebrow tint removed to pass inspection… Super fast, affordable, and professional.

Just had our 3rd vehicle tinted! Amazing job every time. They use the best quality tint and never had as much as a bubble on any of the vehicles. The 1st one was a few years ago and still looks great! Great customer service!!

Decent prices compared to other places around town. Fast install and job well done. Would have been nice if they’d have wiped their handprints off the windows when done... it really freaked me out the next morning when all the condensation on the windows had built up and hand prints were everywhere, like a horror movie. The tint comes with a manufacturer warranty so it’ll be valid even when I move to another state. They have a small military discount, better than nothing I guess. I would suggest a bigger military discount and utilize word of mouth for business from military members. If I tell my friend who tells their friend, etc etc... a 20-25% discount will still keep you out of the red based on the numbers. Just saying.

Called around to a few shops. This place had the best prices. They got me in right away. Troy tinted the windows while we waited, very nice guy. The place of business was absolutely clean. Its been 10 days since the windows were tinted and they look fabulous. Very happy with the price, quality, and customer service.

Was referred here by a friend. The primary person there is amazing! It is an art to do this well and he was so good I brought my other car in for him to do. Great service!!!

I dont post reviews, either negative or positive, but after the experience I had with Sun-Masters, I feel the need to voice my frustration. Let me preface this review by stating that I just moved to San Antonio and chose this business based on reviews and not recommendations. The only reason Im giving Sun-Masters any stars is because of how cordial James, the receptionist, was. My vehicle was tinted 3 different times by their third party technicians. Their technicians scratched the film on more than one window each time they installed their highest-rated, scratch resistant ceramic film. The third time they attempted to re-tint the windows, not only did they leave visible scratches on the driver side and rear window films, but they also left a deep scratch on the outer glass of the cargo door. At this point, I refuse to even contact Sun-Masters, as I do not trust their processes, personnel, or ability to remedy the situation. Ive had several vehicles tinted in the past and have worked closely with tinters as a professional in the automotive industry, and this is the FIRST time Ive ever had issues like this. I highly recommend tinting your vehicle at a business with in-house technicians that have an eye for detail, perform a CLEAN install, and take pride in their work.

Had a meeting with Gene on Thursday, was set up and had tinting installed on Monday. Dee did an excellent job installing the tinting, he was friendly, courteous, and made sure he put all items (furniture) back when he as done. Highly recommend Sun Masters.

I’ve been to a couple different tint shops with different cars and I have to say Sunmasters is the best I’ve been to. No stupid tint shop sticker under the tint, very minimal dust (let’s face it, any aftermarket tint will have some dust, it’s nearly impossible) and the best part, the warranty. I can finally get in my car and not feel like I’m in an oven. And the best part, I can pick my nose in traffic and not feel self-conscious.
