I have a pretty busy schedule, so its been challenging finding time to get my windows tinted as far as scheduling, however i had a block of time open up last min, called these guys and they were able to take me in right away! Kyler was super helpful and knowledgeable, went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. As far as the tint itself, it seems to be holding up just fine, time will tell, however they do offer lifetime warranty so i know if anything comes up I could always go back. Thanks for the help!

Friendly staff. Expert installers. I got 3m color stable 50 percent for the front and 30 percent in the back and rear. I also got the crystalline 10 percent for the windshield. Looks great, much more comfortable. They did a great job!

Was able to get my vehicle in and out on the promised scheduled time. everyone there was very friendly, was able to make suggestions on what i was asking for and nailed it. its been a little under 3 weeks, no bubbles, lifting, etc. i recommend this place to anyone looking for a great tint job. i did full back and drive/passenger windows along with full windshield. prices are very fair and the quality is unbeatable.

I decided to give daddy’s a shot after having several issues with mother’s window tint. No irony intended and no regrets either. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. Damon was amazing at walking me through my options, why they use the products they use and the entire tint process. They installed 3M window tent on my 3500 mega cab and I couldn’t happier.Pros- very knowledgeable, awesome customer service, experienced technicians, use quality products, honest, reliable and quality serviceCons- Their schedule is hard if you have a day job. only open on week days and hours are 9am-5pm. Tint service is more expensive then some other company’s I received estimates from. Won’t break Texas tint law. Working in the oil field in South Texas I did want my driver and passenger side windows to be 5% but they instructed me that they wouldn’t install that being it was against the law.Conclusion:I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone. This is an incredible company that operates with integrity and family values. Which is hard to find these days.

I had my car tinted yesterday. The service was great. They were even nice enough to give me a ride back to my job when I dropped my car off to have a tinted. I got it back that afternoon and it looks great. I could not be happier with the way it looks. Next time that I have a car needing tint I know exactly where I am going to go. All of the options where explained to me very clearly and it helped to make my decision very easy when it came to what kind tint i wanted. I will definitely be back again.

In 20011 I took my car to get windows tinted at Daddy’s. I was impressed with the quality of the tint and professionalism of the employees. After 9 years, the tint still looked as great as the day it was tinted. I now live in Houston and after buying a new vehicle, drove to San Antonio to have the windows tinted specifically at Daddy’s. They are simply the best.

I felt beyond satisfied everywhere from the quality of work, to the wonderful customer service they provided, to the unbeatable prices. Showed up without a appointment right as they opened and they had me done only a few hours later.

Daddys has installed an alarm and tint on two vehicles for me so far and both times they were completely AWESOME!!!. They are very friendly and most of all they treat you with respect. They are a competitively priced and they DO NOT use crap parts. They only use the best of the best products. I purchased the 3M color stable tint, and two Excalibur paging alarms with remote start and they all work flawlessly. Daddys products and services are completely worth the price and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Daddys customer service and quality of workmanship is awesome. The owner was very personable and informative taking time to help me understand all the differences in window films and auto alarms out there. They were very patient with my tons of questions and very appreciative of my choosing them to perform the work. Daddys did a remote start paging alarm and a complete tinting on my 2007 Ford Explorer. I couldnt have been more impressed with the entire process. A+ !! UPDATE Wow!! They even have great follow up service! I had my car done a couple of weeks ago and just got a cal from the owner double checking to see if i was completely satisfied with my experience at Daddys. Professional work .. i contacted many alarm shops in San Antonio even the ones who rated 5 stars at Bandera with positive reviews everyone was singing in price and they recommended thay can install another alarm system and carry another alarm fob for 18 ford f150!!! i called daddys and we scheduled appointment and real wow in the experience and price, they are super experienced and honest, i received the truck with impact and tilt alarm added to the factory alarm and using the factory remote perfect.. covered with lifetime warranty..to be honest i left the shop happy and they never asked me to leave a positive review but i need to say the truth about this shop.. thank you guys

I have leveraged this business twice over the last 5 years. Once to replace flaking tint from another vendor and again to add tint to our new vehicle. Both interactions were excellent, pricing was good, and the work quality was perfect. The product they use (3M) is also the best in the industry. I would not hesitate to bring our business to them again.

Helped resolve an issue from another Tint shop located on 8030 mainland Dr - Sound Master. Sound Master provided a horrible customer experience and got sold the incorrect film.

DO NOT BUY YOUR ALARM HERE! I had purchased a alarm here that after only two years malfunctioned and caused my car to not start or work it turned out to be the body control module and a few other things attached to the alarm installed the dealer said the alarm shorted out the devices in my car and when I called to ask if they could come look at the alarm THEY sold and installed they wanted to charge me 70 dollars just to do that. I had to pay a lot of money to get my car fixed due to poor installation and poor product quality Im never one to complain but this was so bad I had to warn others

Had an issue with my 4 year old 3M tint on my Touaregs moonroof. Noticed it was still covered for lifetime of ownership. Called up Daddystint, they got me in a couple days later and replaced it all within an hour with no charge to me. Excellent service.

Amazing family business wonderful customer service and workmanship

Decided to give them a try since they have some pretty good reviews. Unfortunately, I called to get an estimate and someone kept answering and hanging up.

I really hate to leave this negative review but the work just was not done to my satisfaction. They just could not get the back window of my GTI right. After taking back for the second time still not right. The owner was nice enough to take me to work. I was dropped off by a coworker same day after work. However my VW GTI was still not ready because they had to re-do the window. No problem, I wanted it done right so waited another hour. After inspecting I noticed what appeared to be dust specks under the tint. The owner said it not going to be perfect and got a bit irritated and then told me they will go away probably once the tint cures. Well 2 weeks later and keeping out in the sun as instructed multiple dust specks remain on the passenger side rear window and also the bottom left edge has peeled.Needless to say I was very disappointed and will more than likely file a dispute with my credit card company for the portion of work that was not done right. The passenger side windows are perfect. They just could not get the back window done properly.Talked to the VW of Alamo Heights dealership where I purchased my car and they said they could re-tint it for me and quoted me a very reasonable price. I should have went there in the first place.

I chose Daddys based on the excellent reviews I read. However, I am utterly disappointed with them. I had them install their most basic alarm EXCAL-500 on my brand new Xterra.The install was so bad it is unbelieveable. I had to follow the installer to a local auto shop so they could clear an airbag warning light after the install. The alarm was designed to use a horn + siren output but the installer told me he could not get the horn to work, that I could only have the siren. Finally when I got home I realized that the starter kill was not working (I could drive off while the alarm was going off.)Also, the LED on the dash was so loose it spun around and I could pull it out with my fingers. No attention to detail or pride in their work. I mentioned this to the owner and he said he could try to super glue it.The valet button was zip tied and left dangling under my dash. Installer made no attempt to hide the alarm components. A good car thief would have put that alarm to shame, could have ripped the brains out in 10 secs and disabled the whole alarm as it was clearly visible near the parking brake.End result I had them remove the alarm and they gave me a full refund which was against their policy.The owner spent 15 minutes arguing with me that his installer was the best in town, but it was the laziest install I have ever seen. Bottomline, I hear they do excellent tinting but if you need an alarm, I highly recommend you go somewhere with an installer who takes pride in his/her work, and doesnt just hook up wires.
