Blew a tire in a box truck and they came very quickly when contacted. Everyone else was unable to get a tire to me because of the time but they did so even though it was after 6:30pm. From arrival to conclusion the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. I’d never seen a tire replaced so quickly, especially on a 15,000 pound truck. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quick professional and skillful car work.

This is just a review on the towing. Im waiting for my AAA to come in and the owner stopped by in his tow truck to see if I had anyone coming after saying he noticed me here for awhile. I know its a good way to drum up business but it was very nice thing to do. No pressure kind of conversation and very kind!

I got my car towed by Mobile City Towing and the tow truck driver referred me to a guy that does body work on cars and his name was Raul Villalobos. As I got all the work done on my car I noticed a noise coming from my left front tire so I brought it into a Nissan dealership and they ran me through what was wrong and it happened to be that when Raul worked on my car he didn’t tighten the nuts all the way on which was causing the noise from me braking. They also told me that the guy that worked on my car put the wrong size rim onto my car.. I wouldn’t listen to this towing company if they recommend a body shop ever

Do not use this shop, they conned me out of $800!My car broke down and I called to get a tow to an auto shop. Roger answered my phone call and informed me that they would tow my car for free to their shop because they also do mechanic work on the side.After agreeing and asking them to give me a quote before any work was completed, I later received a phone call stating that my transmission had already been removed and the issue found.After speaking with their mechanic, he said it was not necessary to remove the transmission to find the problem, but Roger told me that Id already have to be charged for the work that was completed. I was not going to have the shop do any major work to the car because the car is not even worth that much.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I took my car in back in October because of a leak problem that I had. They told me that my engine was bad because of the oil and that it had water in the engine. I had it changed a long with motor mounts and couple of other things. After 2 weeks my car was stalling and then never came on and couldnt take my car over there to see what the problem was and what was causing it. Finally got the car to run temporary to get there, they said it was my altanator. Which I knew it was false cause u had checked out from auto zone. After 3 or 4 months after getting my car back from them, it turns out that I needed a new distributor put in and now its running with no problems. I took my car in for some minor work and they garage that u went to told me the I have an oil leak and my rear motor mount needed to be replaced. I contact them and told them what had happened and they said there was nothing that they could do cause my 3 months of warranty was up. The worse place to take your cars and better yet you will get ripped off by them. Very disappointed that there still shops out there that will take advantage of you just to stay in businesses

My roadside assistance sent this company to jumpstart my car over the weekend. They were incredibly prompt, professional, and knowledgable. I received a call almost immediately from the driver and then the company itself to reassure me they were on their way and discuss the fastest route given heavy traffic. Upon arrival the driver quickly assessed the situation and after fixing the problem, told me the possible causes of my car trouble, the various things I would need to have a mechanic evaluate, and where I could go in the area to have the car serviced. I would have been clueless without this information and wasted a lot more time and money. Thank you for your diligence!

Horrible experience! I went to to get my towed car 🚗 from the mobile City Wrecker, Those people are unbelievable. They had no idea what they were doing, they kept reading the all the paper work like its their first time doing the work. In addition, they will try to prolong the process and give you hard time and ask for paperwork that no other impound placed asked for. They literally asked me for the registration paper were i had my car registered in Florida. One Thing too they close at 5 so if you decided to get your car after 5pm you wont be able to and you have to pay 22$ dollars storage fees till the next day.

These people are crooks stay away from them we had our fuse box panel and they charged us 900 and then the next day it didn’t start then they replaced it worked for a couple of months and broke again I went to ask about the warranty on the part and the dude had the nerve to laugh in my face and was still laughing as I was leaving he sure as hell don’t know how to respect a female if I could give 0 stars I would but I’m sure karma will get him later laughing in my face cause the truck didn’t work never again will I go to this place 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
