Rented tables, chairs and linens for my mothers birthday. Lady/owner that I talked to was very nice and helped me last minute to get everything I needed. Everything I rented was sanitized and cleaned before I picked up. Linens were dry cleaned and pressed before I picked them up. Lady/owner was professional and courteous to me; especially since we got snowed in for a week she did not charge for any late fees and was very understanding. I will 100% use the rental service again and will tell all my family members/friends about their business. Thank you for everything !

I walked in ready to rent tables and chairs for a party and was immediately given the cold shoulder. I wasnt greeted or even acknowledged. The elderly Hispanic woman working today 5/21/21@ 12:15pm thought it was more important to gossip to a wedding planner about my appearance and my five year old son and complain about no one wanting to work and people on unemployment then to help potential customers and to actually work. Stay away from this classist establishment. They employ people that clearly dont like to work and descriminate against mothers with small children, stay on task, and treat potential customers with respect.

Rented the white resin chairs and was completely disappointed and upset with the chairs that were delivered. I did not expect brand new chairs as this is a rental company but come on.... the chairs I received were absolutely disgusting. Dirty, discolored, some of the seats had drawings on them, and they look like they’re about 20 years old and have never been cleaned. This is probably why they don’t offer any pictures on their website. I would be embarrassed to post rental equipment in the condition that they’re in. If I could post a picture, I would. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The gentleman on the phone answered all of my questions clearly and politely, and then a month later when I had forgotten all the answers he had given me, I called again and he was just as helpful and polite. The service in person was even better. I rented navy blue tablecloths for a party at a restaurant whos decor is VERY VERY rustic and casual, these tablecloths were crisp and clean and made the place look formal instantaneously. Great prices too. I highly recommend Alamo City Party Rentals.

Oak Hill Citizen Association has rented from Alamo City Party for over 10 years. They are absolute professionals. Equipment, chairs, tables, coffee makers and linens have always been in excellent condition and clean. Their customer service is the best we have encountered. Small private events or large party events are a sure success with their assistance. We have our next two events already scheduled with them.

What a great company! Easy to work with, friendly, prompt, and organized. Phew! When youre planning events its hard to work with people who dont meet the above criteria but my peeps at Alamo Party Rentals is a cut above. For me, the store is conveniently located on Hildebrand off i-10 and since my events are usually downtown this provides easy access. Imelda (I hope I spelled it right) helped me with the right suggestions about tables and linens for my Launch Party and everyone was so pleased with how elegant it all turned out! Even the venue commented on how well we did 🙌After doing research, we also found that ACPR has the best prices and you still receive quality rentals. I will say this: when I had a last minute inventory issue with chairs I wanted to call them and see if they could help (although we had already picked up our items hours before) and unfortunately they were closing at 2pm on Saturdays so we had to get really creative. But thats not their fault! Just letting all know that they do have good hours but dont count on them being open all day and night in case you forget something or have an issue.All in all, super pleased with the service here and WILL be adding them to my Events Planning Book because they are top notch! 🥂

My daughter was married on June 4, 2016 and we rented everything from Alamo. From the very first visit until the last plate was counted and put back on the truck they were just the BEST!!! Lots of good advice about what we needed. We rented an arch from them that was gorgeous when we covered it with ivy and lights.They were kind, prompt and very affordable. I cant recommend them highly enough.

We had 3 weeks to plan a wedding and EMELDA WAS THE SWEETEST AND MOST ACCOMMODATING!!! we wont go anywhere else!!! Love Alamo City party rentals!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my years planning events. Whomever is answering the phones there to provide quotes and information to prospective and current customers needs some serious customer service training. I will say we have used them in the past with no problem, but that changed as of today they have lost my business.

The owner is a thief. We rent a floor paid off the balance and we cancel we understand we lost the deposit but she did not wanna give no money back and never stated that we could not receive our money back.

I been doing business with them since 2005..and we all ways are satisfied with there service..we had wedding, graduation party..lots of events we even take pictures of the events so that they can share with other customers..Great job..Alamo City Party Rentals..

The customer service was great but the there was an issue with delivery. Took 4 hours AFTER the scheduled appointment for the equipment to arrive.

I called in to rent 1 table & 10 chairs for a birthday party 2 months ago and made the reservation. It was for a Saturday and I would not be able to return them until after closing hours. They told me to return them Monday and would not charge me for the extra days. Very polite and helpful. Loaded everything for me. Great experience. This will me my 2nd time using them as I called in for the same order again for a birthday party. I was told to just come in as they had what I needed and didnt need to make a reservation for just 1 table, however upon reading a previous reviewers mishap experience I insisted on reserving the table and chairs and they did so. I hope this experience will be just as good as the first.

This business is not ethical. When renting a 30x60 tent that would be wide open and have the same top they were out and substituted two cheaper 30x30’s. They made no mention of this to the customer. So we had extra poles everywhere and an uneven top. When contacted about the discrepancy we were told you got what you got and that is it. Is this the type of business you want to do business with?

I wouldnt recommend anyone even waste their time. We had a few big events coming up at work and I asked for a quote for table and chair rentals and its been 3 weeks and I still havent gotten a quote or anything. Obviously they dont need money that bad. I just went ahead and booked tables and chiars through another company.

They said I had already called which I never did. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service I was ready to book a dance floor and I made a comment that dance floors are expensive gentleman over the phone took the comment way to personal and I didnt say his prices are expensive but the fact that everyones prices are told me to find someone else and hung up

I am an event producer coming in town for a small event. Man who answered the phone just hung up on me when I was asking for cost to turnkey the event with delivery/install. I think this is a mom and pop shop that does pick up only rentals.
