My emails and phone calls were promptly returned. They verified the drop off and pick up times beforehand. The day of the party, they arrived early with a very polite and professional staff member. The bouncy house was clean, beautiful, and working perfectly. They picked it up when they said they would. Everything was so smooth. This was my first time to ever rent a bouncy house, and I had read some disheartening reviews about other local companies, but I had read good reviews about Air Castles. Sure enough, they followed through. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE.I needed a castle for my sons 4th birthday. I got the basic castle and needed it for a few hours (I told them 1-6) on a Sunday. They got to our house at 9 am, set it up, and came back the next day to get it. The workers were polite, respectful, and quiet.I am so impressed with this business and I cannot say enough good things about them. HIGHLY recommend.
