I had a biopsy performed today. It was a wonderful experience ( as strange as that is to say). I felt absolutely no pain!! Dr Rice was amazing! I highly recommend her and the staff here. All my fears and dread were for nothing. Thank you!!

If I could share my ordeal without a rating I would. I scheduled an appointment, sent my orders, and provided insurance info at that time. I got there early and watched others come and go for 1 hour & 15 minutes. Upon inquiring I was advised another 20 min wait because the technician to perform the mammogram and ultrasound was just clocking in. About 10 minutes later I was approached and asked if I wanted to continue waiting or return in the afternoon because the machine was now malfunctioning. Unbelievable and extremely frustrating. When I approached the front desk to retrieve the medical orders the receptionist couldnt even look at me. She lowered her he as as she returned the paperwork and quietly apologized again. Horrible and should be able to charge them for wasting my time.
