First time buyer here! So where do I begin? I highly recommend you read your receipt and read their return policy and ask questions before signing and buying your jewelry at Daniels Jewelers. The salespeople and manager really misinform you. Here is my experience...1. They NEVER told me my purchase was a Final Sale. Since it was an item that was not in store but was in stock online, it was considered a Special Order. Hmm... So I was not able to return within the 10 days, BUT yet they were willing to do an exchange. How is that? πŸ€”2. They added a $500 protection plan to my balance without asking, they assumed I wanted it and was added. It is OPTIONAL so you can decline it if they are kind enough to ask you if you want it. In my case, they did not, and I believe it is not worth it cause it does not cover theft or loss, just breaks and cleaning for 3 years.3. Since it was ordered, it was expected to arrive 3 to 5 days BUT they failed to notify me when it got to the store but yet it was sent to the jeweler right away to get sized. I was very upset cause when you order something, especially online, you want to see what youre getting before getting anything altered. But then again, I believe they do this so you wont be able to return. πŸ˜‰4. Jewelry is way OVERPRICED! They NEVER mention weight of jewelry whatsoever unless you ask. They say they dont sell by the weight, but everyone in the world knows gold jewelry is only worth by what it weighs like come on here... I paid for my gram of gold about 3 times of what is actually worth.5. They do not give you a precise description of what youre buying. My receipt only said SPECIAL ORDER KT GOLD. OKK... AND WHICH JEWELRY STORE DOES NOT HAVE A SCALE?! πŸ§πŸ€” I asked for my item to be weighed and measured to make sure what I bought was what I was getting, but the salesperson said they didnt have a scale in the store. So I had to take my jewelry based on whats on the order form when it was ordered. Wow!SOOO FUTURE BUYERS, BEWARE!!! πŸ˜³πŸ˜‰

My husband bought me a necklace for our anniversary back in june and it broke 2 days later so i took it in got it fixed then didnt wear untilthis weekend because i was afraid it would break again so i took it out of the box and put it on saturday again to celebrate my birthday this weekend and again 2 days later it broke!!So disappointed in the quality! Have never had a necklace brake 2 days later twice!!❗Edit to add i did contact via email and phone but have yet to receive a response,how is that making it right?‼️

I had an amazing experience here ! The consultant Amanda was very patient took her time showing me different items and helped me upgrade my Engagement ring ! I couldnt be more happy ! Recommended 10/10, ask for Amanda !

Terrible experience as a 1st time buyer . I went in specifically for a rope 10k chain and they only had one which was a14k darker yellow compared to 10k color i prefer which had me indecisive to take but before making the purchase It was made clear by the sales representative Luis M that if I wasnt satisfied I could always return or trade in etc ... so I purchased the14k rope chain Feb 27th that had to be resized in order for me to purchase by an inch and 1/2 which I got charged for which I also believe it should have been part of the whole purchase but ok, no problem . I always do square business . I picked up chain 3 days ago after thier jeweler resized . Decided I wasnt content with the chain bc of the dark yellow color . So prior to going I looked online to find something else so I wouldnt take the sale away from the sales rep but didnt find anything I liked at the moment so went to store and looked around a bit there and still found nothing I liked . So I asked for a full refund and needless to say all of a sudden the full cash refund wasnt honored as it states on thier receipt bc it was altered . Wow!! By thier own jeweler . Yet they were happy to trade it in which at the end they are still taking the chain back and keeping my 22 hundred . No sense whatsoever. SMH !!! My 10 days hasnt even hit and already theyre coming up with all these excuses but the same sales rep Luis M is still trying to help me because technically they cant even trade it in bc it got altered . Yet they will can see if they can accommodate me and take back but ONLY as a trade in . Luis M never bothered to mention if they altered the chain it would be un-returnable . The chain hasnt even been worn . I spent over 2 grand on a chain that 8 days later is now a final sale . The manager couldnt even fix the problem much less even tried. Theycouldnt call anyone above themselves because corporate is in Austin. They didnt give me a # to call anyone outside of thier store .Worse business dealings ever, thievery at it finest . The dirtiest jewelry store Ive ever made a transaction with . Saddest part is they lost good business .Update: April 12th 2021 No one has ever contacted me from this store about a refund whatsoever . They got my money and could careless about a happy customer. Beware .

Walked in and stood at front counter for 5 min (only 2 ppl ahead of me) and was not greeted. Made eye contact with thr lady behind the desk and she looked right through me and did not acknowledge my existence. I went to Helzberg instead, was greeted the moment I arrived, and made my purchase.

We were greeted right away by Chris. Me and my girlfriend were looking for an engagement ring and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with his approach at helping us find the right ring. We did end up finding the right ring and made the purchase. Thank you Chris we appreciate EVERYTHING!

Melinda and James were both very helpful in finding a ring for me and my fiancΓ©. They had some rings already picked out before we got there which saved a it of time, and they also found me matching earrings and a bracelet! Can’t wait to go back and see them around mother’s day. Wonderful attentiveness and professionalism at their store, highly recommend!

I was looking for a jewelry store for mothers day all week and my regular go too places are only offering curbside and online shopping, to me I dont believe in buying jewelry for a loved one on a page click buy system, there is no love or thought into it. I want to look and see if it will look good on her will she love it. No internet page does that. Today I found Daniels in north star mall and I have to say the best my salesman is named Luis and he walked with me through the store all covid-19 rules applied I had a mask there was distancing. He was courtious and very helpful and got me the most for my purchase without even blinking an eye. This place has been around since 1948 for a reason and they deserve all the success due to them. Thank you Luis for all the help today.

Me and my wife went I believe two or three weeks ago the two employees both were transfers one guy from Laredo and a lady from a near by store there and they were the best they tried to get me the right deal on a Rolex couldnt make it happen but gave us awesome deals on other jewlery we wanted and did there beat to give us the biggest discount ever thanks guys we are very happy with our jewelry!!!!A+++++++ service highly recomend
