We love Just Stringz. Nancy is the BEST at the La Cantera location - make sure to ask for her. She always does a great job and we wouldnt go anywhere else!

The moment I walked in, and told the lady I wanted to get my eyebrows done she rolled her eyes and told me to sit down to wait my turn. She was very rude and unprofessional, the worst part is that my eyebrows were left very uneven. I do not recommend anyone goes here because the work done was horrible, and a business should have an inviting athmospere; they are not doing you a favor, you are the customer and it should be a pleasant experience.

This was my first time trying out this place due to the many positive reviews. However, the experience was horrible. My eyebrows ended up uneven and patchy. I had to ask her to go back and try to give them some shape and they still ended up looking horrible. Will not be returning.

I’ve been here many times and they do a decent job on my brows. Though they’re not particularly nice I kept going out of convenience and it wasn’t ever a total dealbreaker. But today I walked up as she was doing someone’s brows and i saw the sign on the door said “please wait outside” so i did but she kept giving me the hand signal across her neck. (I had a mask on too so it wasn’t that) I thought she meant to wait outside but kept doing it so i propped the door a tiny bit to ask what she was saying and she said “we are closed.” It was about 10 minutes to 6 and the store closes at 9. If the hours are different due to COVID, it doesn’t say that anywhere online or on the windows, it just says “wait outside” all over the place. Anyway to be told to just leave while someone else was being served really offended me and I won’t be coming back anymore. They obviously weren’t closed she just didn’t want to do my brows. I am unsure if it is because i am a guy but I have often felt unwelcome anyway so this just sealed the deal. 2 stars because again they have never done a bad job on my brows.

Nancy has always done an amazing job with my eyebrows and I get so many compliments on them! They helped me fix my horribly shaped and thin eyebrows when I first came and guided me through the growth and helped me shape it to what would be most flattering for my face. Never had a complaint in the couple years I’ve been coming. Very clean place, great quick service (I always just do walk in’s), and reasonable price!

Terrible job on my brows. Patchy, lots of stray hairs. Brows different shapes. Just absolutely awful. Older woman did the job. I had to tell her to go back in twice to clean up lines... it looks like she didn’t even do anything. Will not return.

This place is Great! I get all the hair on my face removed. I tried other facilities but I still have a lot hair left. The customer service is amazing here. I travel 30mins to their facility. If s worth it!

This is the best place I know to have my eyebrows and facial hair removal done. I have had the best experience at Just Strings. I have my personal favorite, but all the ladies are great! I also feel that the pricing is fair and points will get you discounts on services!

I did not see it on directory was standing there for 5 min looking while holding a sleeping toddler. But thanks for response anyways. Still should have someone answer phones. Unprofessional. Mine as well not have a phone.Couldnt find the place and no one answered the phone. Only reason 2 stars. But enough of an experience to not come back. The staff is always very friendly, fast, and helpful! Nancy did my eyebrows today and it was easy and painless! They have a reward system which is really great if you come here a lot because after so many times you get your eyebrows done for free! This is the only place I trust with my eyebrows and I’ll always be a repeat customer.

Hope was AMAZING. I got my mom a microblading session for Mother’s Day and her new brows are PERFECT. Hope made sure I knew all aspects of what the appointment entailed before we arrived and helped me surprise my mom with beautiful new brows! She was very detailed with her measurements and made my moms appointment very relaxing for her! I am truly in awe.

This was a horrible first experience. They might do great as far as eyebrows go but their lash skills are not up to par. My lashes started coming off in clumps after 2 days... she put the lashes too high up on my eyelid... they arent close to my lash line, to look natural. I am NOT happy 😡

There are some bad reviews about this place and I just wanted to let people know my experience. I go to the La Cantera location and they are always fast, curteous, and professional. They do a good job and my brows always looks great. I’ve also gone in before with my 6 month old and they were amazing. They let me hold her while they worked, they kept her entertained, and dotted on her. As a mom this was huge and is probably why they have a life long customer in me. In addition, threading in general is just a great alternative to waxing if you have sensitive skin. Highly recommend, my experiences have always been great!

Wonderful location and the staff is the absolute best. Nancy is the best, I have been going to her for 4/5 years now and I am never disappointed. She does such a great job on my eyebrows and now my 13 year old daughters eyebrows look amazing !

Ladies! I feel so obligated to tell you guys how amazing my service was today! Today I had my very first microblading appointment with Hope and I have to say I was thurougly impressed. Hope was so kind and patient with me throughout the whole service. She explained each step and made sure that I was comfortable the whole way through. She was so focused on sculpting my brows to perfection and truly took her time with me. Also the service was virtually painless! She applied 1 round of numbing cream that practically did the job. I felt a little tenderness and she immediately stopped to apply more cream to ensure that I felt no pain during the service. She made me feel so comfortable and the finished results were beautiful. As someone who works in the beauty industry, I recognize great work when I see it and I had to make sure that Hope gets the recognition she deserves. Hope was my microblading technician and was very compassionate and gentle. She explained everything thoroughly and nothing was a surprise. She had also threaded my eyebrows which really helped the eyebrows finishing touch. I would return to her for any future follow up appointments.

I’ve been going to this place for years and love their work on my brows. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they do not honor my coupons occasionally. This is the second time I’ve been denied my 10% discount before it expired. No explanation. They also didn’t honor a gift card I had when they switch to their new rewards system. Customer service and rewards system is not consistent and needs to change before I look elsewhere.

I’ve been going here for about a a year and a half and I have never had a bad experience. The ladies there are always super sweet and always do an amazing job on my eyebrows. If you need a good place that’s relatively cheap and offers great service this is the place to go.
