I’m never late on my payments and this guy is making hard for me to make my payment on timeI’ve been calling since yesterday 09.17.2021 called three time same results called this morning 08.18.2021 same results .

I was looking to purchase a laptop & PS4 & I decided to contact Premier on West Ave. Ive never written a review for anything before but the people at this location are so amazing I had to since its very much deserved. I met with Frank, Jackie, and Monica, all with amazing customer service. The thing that stood out the most to me was their approachable personalities. They were all very easy to talk to & had my husband and I laughing the entire time. I can honestly say when I left I felt like I knew them forever. I will definitely be doing more business with this location & sending out referrals.

My experience with this rental store was 100% positive! My husband had had heart surgery and needed a recliner chair to sleep comfortably. Everyone in the store, from the manager to the sales representative to the truck delivery man, was helpful and caring and professional. The store even sent out two recliners for my husband to test so he could decide for himself. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this particular store on West Avenue to anyone. All good!

This 5 stars is only for FRANK & ERIC (I forgot the other guys name). They were very professional and polite. Amazing customer service!!!I was not satisfy with Monica’s rude attitude!!!! Not just to me but to her delivery guys because I heard how she talks to them. Anyways, she’s not worth my time so I’m not going to go on with her and her bad customer service.Like I mentioned, the 5 stars alone is for the delivery guys!!!!!

I wanted to become a customer for this store a few days ago the furniture is nice and prices looked reasonable. When I was looking around I was approched by a worker who said her name was Jennifer she asked if i needed help and I told her not at the moment but that was only because it looked like she had hickeys on her face and neckand i thought to myself that she wasnt presantable and why was she allowed to be at work looking like that so I decided to take my buisness else where.In regards to your response I understand about hiring young people but it is not an excuse because the person should of had more common sense than to be at work with hickeys on her neck. I am sure this is not her first time at work with the marks on her neck. In any job it is the employees job to look presentable for work, which hygene and apprearance is the most important. She could of at the very least try and cover it up and look presentable.I am sure I will go back in the future when im in need of something else.
