Iv been late almost a month and never get hasseld by them.They got great stuff.Never been stalked by them.Sometimes i cant come up with the whole payment,they always take what i can give without a single complaint...Thats how u should help the customers...
The lady that helped us was rude when we got a reference confused with friend instead of family member she said we couldnt use that person no more, which I thought was stupid, your gonna call and verify so why would it matter if I mislabeled,..
So I have rented before and paid off what I’ve bought decided to go back after a call that since I was a good customer if i wanted to lease something else .. well all was good till they delivered my dryer and wired the whip wrong and burned my plug ruined my wall . I received a call from a very rude person which has to be a collecter because she just had horrible people skills.. basically it was my fault that the plug burned and if they were to call a electrician it would be at my cost!!!! I was furious needless to say a electrician showed up and it was definitely wired wrong!!! When I spoke to the girl there she said well when the dryer was brought back to the shop it was working fine I was like someone changed the whip before it got back to their location.. I will post pictures if I can but u can clearly see the prongs still in my plug !! They could of burned my house I got no apology for making a great customer who’s never been late ever!!!Ever!!!!!!! The electrician was very helpful but still left the old wiring and wall plug which was still burned black!!

It would be 5 stars except they claim they are open til 6:30 pm and after rushing to get there to pay several times they wont take payment cause they claim their computers shut down and they are basically not able to help you. I say then change your business hours to reflect that and put a sign out to tell customers this. They are unprofessional about this practice.

Walked in to do application called prior to arriving very inattentive staff. One lady gave me application upon attempt to turn in they never took my application, just looked at me. Very poor customer service!!! I couldnt even get a fake smile and someone to take my app.All employees are Hispanic when Hispanic man walked in he was greeted and helped right away although he came in afterwards!!! I this made me upset

Horrible attitudes,I was referred their and was turned down before i even filled out an application.I was begging for help and the ypung ladies treated me as if i had stole something.I qualified over the internet but tjey wanted nothing to do with me.Oh well,being nice is a good thing to customers or future clientele.

I rented a bed room set from these people about 3 months in we were moving so while renting they offer the service of picking up the furniture and delivering it to the new address so I called 2 weeks in advance and requested this service. The day of pick up I get a call from the sales rep and she says to me that they have to reschedule me because of a scheduling conflict, I explained to the rep that I couldnt change the appt because it was our last day and everything had to be out.. Next thing I know I get a call from the manager and she says the movers are at my house waiting on me which was 3 hours before the scheduled time. So I had to leave work early by the time I get there the movers had left.. I call manager(Lilly) and she says I should of been there in other words. I told her the furniture would be outside if they didnt come get it and deliver to new address as promised...About 8pm the driver calls and says hes on his way to grab the furniture but they couldnt deliver it and I had wait until an opening or cancellation happens per their schedule, and they would keep the furniture on the truck. The manager(Lilly) never contacted me to reschedule or follow up with me about the whole situation but continues to take the payment off my debit card every week when I finally talked to Lindsay then Lilly they refused to put my money back even though the furniture is at the office in their possession not being used by me. Now Im having to get a whole new card which is inconvenient.....

--If I could give this place ZERO stars, I sure would...Twice already Ive had problems with these people... These women working there are so unprofessional and RUDE, one for example is JACKIE..This company needs employees that actually care about their customers like Lizzie. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place and i highly regret giving these people my business.. Two accounts at that. NEVER AGAIN.
