The worst customer service experience. I was expecting a delivery around noon, so I call the Austin subdivision at 12:58PM, It was a misunderstanding that I was trying to re schedule it but the girl said that will be extra charges, so I said Im not going to pay it, I will wait here and I hung out. I call again at 5:03PM she said that I cancel the delivery, when I never use the word CANCEL in the previous call. Then we call later and Vicky said that truck delivery was there at 1:30pm and that was not true, because I was there and supostIy the delivery guy call you before to arrive, well I never got that call.
