YIKES! They offer 1 hour free consultation which, despite me calling and leaving a message saying I would prefer to ask some questions in person, the owner shot me an email with some information (220+ pages) from CBP dated 2006 telling me to start with the introduction to importing, and this email consisted of the 1 hour free consultation!I emailed her back regarding this and sent back a nasty gram about how she is so busy and works such longer hours (but can find the time to write back a nasty email).She also has horrible grammar and the two emails I received were littered with spelling errors, typos, and just bad English. Even if she had responded nicely, the subpar English would have deterred me....I was in the middle of something very urgent at the time yet made effort to respond to you promptly. If you wish to go through the importing process blindly, making hit or miss decisions and causing me to have to redo things repeatedly wasting my time, then sir I am not your broker, agent or otherwise. And honestly if that is the case, you cannot afford me We pride ourselves in doing things the correct way the first time.My intention sir, was to give you a quick insight into what would be required of you by U.S. CBP (Customs) without taking up too much time that I did not have to spare at that moment. If you cannot appreciate that, then I wish you good luck with another broker that might be of the caliber you are looking for. I am sure many surprises await you.
