Have used this location on several occasions for shipping packages. Art and his son JP are always friendly and help me mail out my items quickly and at a good rate. Will definitely keep coming back. Great customer service with a family run business!!!

Reserved a U-Haul truck for after-hours pick up. I received an email with instructions to show up at 7:30 am and use the drop box, but arrived to find out that they scheduled it as a normal business hours pick-up. Luckily customer service was able to find me a truck at another location and get me on the road. I don’t really care whether it was an honest mistake, or intentional laziness on behalf of the person who closed up shop last night. Bottom line is that you all had one job and didn’t do it.

If you call to get a quote for there services they will start harassing you! I called to get a free quote because my husband and I are moving. I told the man at the beginning I didn’t have a specific date it’s just something we’re looking into so we can save up. The guy was already trying to get me to put a down payment and saying I need to pick a date. (Super pushy) I told him nicely that I needed to talk to my husband because he’s out on storm work before we pick a date to move and I would reach out to him. He called me 6 times the next day, and by the sixth call I answered annoyed at the moment. He told me I’m irresponsible and need to figure out a date to put a down payment. I felt extremely uncomfortable so I hung up, every day since I’ve gotten 5+ calls. I literally had to block them.

JP and Art saved my life!!! I was in need of needing a banner made and I walked in on a Monday and it was ready by Thursday. Not only was JP and Art top notch with customer service they both put up with my daily calls and emails as I was in a panic over this banner. I highly recommend them for any of your shipping, mailing, banner, stickers....well just about anything! Great company!! God Bless them as I hope they continue to grow and manifest in blessings! JT

This was my first visit (for a package pickup)to SafeShip and a very pleasant one. The young man at the counter this morning Fri July 2 was very courteous & even cracked a joke. The layout of business was well organized and very clean. I will be happy to return again & continue doing business with SafeShip.

Great service, easy and very helpful. I needed to ship something outside the U.S. I price hunted and all the competitors quoted me a ridiculous price. Here, I only paid less than half. My shipment arrived perfect and in a timely manner. Best prices!!

Actually it doesn’t even deserve one star to be honest. Package I mailed out I paid extra to be expedited. Package was mailed on 12/12. When my family called to inquire about it, was incorrectly told we chose the cheapest option for shipment. Package arrived today 12/21 and was in horrid condition and contents were unusable. Will not be doing business with them again.

Art is great—cares about his customer, is very professional and courteous and always works to keep prices low for you. We visit him nearly every week to ship items for my small business and he’s always greeting me and my daughter with a smile and a friendly hello. My two year old now knows who Mr. Art is and gets so excited when we make a trip to his store! Can’t say enough great things about him and his place of business. He can help you with whatever you need!

Manager Art was extremely rude! Will never use this business again.

Shipped a sewing machine from here. Was poorly wrapped and sent fedex. Was told it comes with $100 insurance. It arrived damaged. FedEx denied the claim and safe ship blamed me. Safe ship should have packed the item properly. I’m out $160. Hope this helps somebody.

Closed 10 min early, forcing me to use the terrible U-Haul app.The rental was NOT clean. I found loose pills in the door compartment, something like a soda exploded in it, making a sticky mess, and it was untouched. Dust on the seats. Poor performance by this company. Especially in the time of COVID.

Great place to ship FedEx packages from. The cost to ship from here was actually less then the cost on the FedEx website. Great service as well

I wandered into this place while my car tire was getting repaired. I was the only customer and the gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. He expeditiously processed the package and found the lowest rate shipper automatically. My wife went in several weeks later to ship Mothers Day packages. When he saw her getting out and starting to unload our children, he ran out to help her. He told her in the future, she could call ahead and he would just meet her at the curb. Also, we now have an address book for our previous shipping addresses. In the future we can drop off a package with a Post It note of the recipient, and he will do all the addressing for us. Overall, 2 excellent experiences.

Great friendly service. Art will go out of his way to help you with your shipping needs. He will figure out the least expensive best option whether your shipping something mailing something packing something you just cant beat his store and service. I would highly recommend using this store for your shipping and mailing needs plus we should all encourage small business owners in our community.

This guy is very helpful. Many times Ive had to wait in line at the post office but Ive never had to with Safe Ship. I ship lots of eBay items and at time have run out of shipping supplies. Yes there is a fee but Im a power seller and have never had a problem when Ive shipped items using them. They are a certified USPS Postal center which is good for me considering all my stuff is mailed USPS. No fee for USPS stuff....I LIKE. Lets keep in mind that these guys are in business to make money so they do charge for extras. Just like you pay a higher price for products at the local convenience store.....well you also pay for the convenience at ANY shipping company. So far so good at of 10-30-15

I have been going to gas station USPS and theres nothing wrong except the long lines & price. The woman wont tell you what is your cheapest route she charges all the way.But Art at SHIP SAFE is awesome!!! He helped me to go a cheaper route on the 7 boxes I was sending and its that knowledge that helps people want to keep mailing out!Place was clean and organized as well. And, the guy is consistently multi-tasking at every level! They do everything here. Try it! Youll be doing business often at this location!

Recently send a package to Monterrey Mexico the person who attends Culebra office told me it take a couple weeks to arrive, now is FOUR weeks and my package is in Brazil!!!I dont know what kind if service is this but Im so sure is the worst postal service you can use, lost that documents definitely disappointed of this business never use again !

I called to see if they sold prepaid 9x12 envelopes. The guy said they could take an envelope and put some stamps on it. I said that wouldnt do because I am sending this envelope to someone else to mail some things to me and dont know the weight. He them replied no one had such an envelope. I told him yes, the US post office sells them for $5.60. He then counters with we can make that.Hes a hard sell but cant deliver.

I love sending my mail, boxes etc from this place. They are extremely customer orentent and beats the post office anytime. So grab your mailing stuff and head on over to this place.
