If the prospect is applying for a job that pays more than $75,000 annually, the employer is entitled to evaluate the applicant’s records from the point the applicant turned eighteen.My experience with TechForce was roughly 2 years ago plus I was not aware about the laws then.For folks who are ever discriminated against:A charge must be filed with EEOC within 180 days from the date of the alleged violation, in order to protect the charging partys rights. This 180-day filing deadline may be extended to 300 days if the charge also is covered by a state or local anti-discrimination law.

I have applied for a position that Techforce was offering and went thru the whole interview with Selina and I was informed that I was a perfect candidate for a position that was available around the second week of November. I was also informed that I would be scheduled an interview for such position. Now it December 3rd today and I was emailed from the president of Techforce assuring that I will be hearing from them after the Thanksgiving holidays and well as of today I have not even heard anything else from them. This agency has made it hopeless for anyone searching for employment with their recruiters. Don’t waste your time here they have promised and can’t deliver. Aerotek is the place to go if you are seeking employment opportunity.

A few years back I was scheduled to go to work for a company through Techforce. There was some confusion about what shift I would be working. Long story short, they tried to strong arm me into a 3rd shift so I pulled out and said no thanks. Since then Ive tried to apply for other assignments and its ALWAYS the same excuse...Your background isnt clear. Oh, but it was clear when you needed me on that graveyard shift, right? Dont waste your time with these guys if youre looking for work. Go somewhere that actually have people with respect and integrity like Aerotek and Randstad.
