I had a great experience with the recruiters. They checked in often and made sure you were happy in your role. The thing I want to complain about is that I had to pay $20 to DOWNLOAD my W-2. I think thats ridiculous.
Sends blind invites on LinkedIn for phone interviews without ever reading your profile, then doesnt follow up in any way after they fail to call. Ive had several recruiters from here do this to me. Most recently, I watched one access my profile after our phone interview was supposed to start - and then not call. Quit wasting my time!
Horrible people to work with. Do not use them. They dont care about the people they are trying to hire and wont stick to what they say they will do. You have to chase them down on anything you want followed up on.I had two people who worked with me who both left Kforce as recruiters and no one bothered to tell me. Dont you think someone you placed at a job youd want to follow up on? I had to always call them.Find someone else to represent you and help you look for a job because you deserve one who will be as good as you. This Firm isnt worth it.
The most unprofessional organization I have ever come across. Received a call on Friday from Megan Green told me to expect a phone interview on Monday @9am with Mario Solanzo the Finance/Accounting recruiter. Waited by the phone until 10am no call. I called both Megan and Mario and left them a voicemail inquiring why neither of them called as agreed. Also sent Megan an email but have received no response. Its now 2 weeks and no one from KForce has bothered to call. Every since my phone conversation with Megan I have been getting a lot of annoying Robo calls. BE CAREFUL people who sign up with this company, dont give out your personal information because I believe they are selling your info to 3rd parties while posing as a recruiting agency
I had trained and worked for a company for 6 months and was released after that time due to work performance. I was never given another opportunity nor did they ever call me back to discuss what happen nor given another job lead a chance. other wise, good company very professional and polite people.

Tameka Roberts called me and said she would be sending me out an email with a list of jobs so I can see which job would fit best for me. I never received an email so I decided to call and left her 2 voicemails on two different occasions—never received a call back. Poor customer service.
I was hired but then I wasnt. I was disappointed when I didnt get any form of communication that the company decided to hold off on hiring. Very nice staff, but a call just to keep me updated would have been courteous.
Cant say enough great things about their recruiters and relationship managers. Very professional, hard working team, great communication...they match talent with quality employers fast! Would use again!
Horrible communication between agency, recruit, and client, Prejudice staff members. Payday before Christmas and they forgot to pay me. Called and spoke with Jennifer and was told Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. The client had an adjustment made to your time card after you submit it, and it will delay your pay until nextweek friday...This is pathetic, for a 20 minute correction on my time card to result in me having no paycheck for Christmas. And then rather than getting any empathy from the agency, they took the angle of Well you entered a false time card, so that delayed your pay The tone taken by the staff K Force was very unhelpful, accusing, robotic, and borderline racist. The staff has one minority employee on site, and clearly there is a need for more.Once they assign you to client (which took them over 2months to find something that fits someone with over 10 years of customer service experience) you may never hear from K force again...unless of course you leave your assignment. They do not check up on you or even ask how the assignment is going. You call and leave as many voicemails as you want and no one will respond to you for weeks. No consistency among the recruiters...in 3 moths ive had 3 recruiters and absolutely zero assistance with finding another assignment. 2 months into my assignment I advised them, Id like to find a new assignment . I was ignored and never got a response. Thankfully my resume speaks for myself and I was able to staff myself with a new job for a permanent company. Never ever go through K Force, there are many others in town that have far better communication, equal opportunity, better job offers, and more compassion for their recruits. K Force San Antonio is the worst agency staff Ive ever encountered in my life. ..by farNotice the trend of these comments for K Force from 2 years ago to now. Reviews started off good 2 years ago, and have gotten progressively worse as we reach present day. Apparently the staff has gotten far worse as the months and years go by. I guess the replaced all the good recruiters, with this current version of inadequate recruiters..The trend of these reviews dont lie. Take heed
