This shop is the closest you can get to Miracle Maxs wizard hut.We were from out of town and was able to fit us in for a rush job. He even let us come back into the shop and watch the repair. He and his crew were funny, professional, and completely transparent.Plus the guys hilarious. Would rate 10 stars if I could.
Tracy and his crew were super fast, knowledge and friendly. We’re on tour through Texas and our sub blew out and Mr. E had us up and running 45 minutes later and gave us a great deal on the repair. On to the next show thanks to Mr. E!
Didnt pick up multiple calls
So awesome! Way faster then anywhere else in town. Other spots require 75 deposit while mr es was way less. They even repaired cosmetic damages with out me asking and no additional charge!
Very impressed with the credentials of Mr. Es. This location is certified and trained to service more brands of electronics than any other location in town. Rates are reasonable and the communication is excellent.
Just had my Marshall amp worked on here. Its been driven hard for 2 years and definitely needed some upkeep. Very happy with the work done at this shop. Will be using again in the future for sure!
Great place to do business with
Good service, great customer support and good price. 😷👍
Overall, I have had a great experience with Mr. Es. I have brought in a few guitars and amps there that needed work and have been very happy with the quality of work done on them. For the price, you wont find a better place in town.
Was suggested by Fender to bring my amp here for warranty work. They werent able to recreate my problem, and with the Pandemic going on we were having a hard time getting a hold of the Fender techs. Tracy worked with me for 3 hours on the phone and got my amp covered under warranty, also made this happen overnight. Thanks Fender for sending me here, thank you Tracy and Eliazar for fixing my amp and getting it covered under warranty.
My husband is a musician, has his own band and this is his #1 shop. So, definitely recommend this place to fix every electronic! His kurzweil ( dont know how to spell it out) works perfect!
Tracy was very helpful and polite. I took my Les Paul in for some output jack work. They tested the guitar thoroughly and did great work for a very reasonable price. My guitar sounds great and I am very pleased. Will do business again!
Mr. E is the best. Great quality of work.
Quick and easy repairs! I had an electronic piano I got in Japan. Tracy was able to fix it with no issues. Great service, kept my up to date on everything! Highly recommend!
Tracy an awesome person. Was able to help me in getting my car key fob remote to function again. Very reasonable. Thank you. 👍👍👍
This place is the real deal when it comes to guitar amp repair. My Blackstar HT60 took a dive and the motherboard went out. They went out of their way to get in touch with the manufacturer to get it under warranty and get the repair paid for. They changed out my tubes and it works good as new. Customer service is important to me and they did everything in their control to make sure my experience was top notch. Would recommend 100%!
Again and again this guy has done excellent work for me and my friends. He did two solid state amps for me and one for my friend. Both amps sound better than when we took them in. I have taken my stuff to other “repair” shops. This is the only shop that has ever delivered.
Been trusting all my gear to Trace and Co., for the past 8 years and theyve taken great care of me.
Absolute rock star service. Best repair shop in Texas. Dont go anywhere else (because most repair shops outsource to these guys and charge you an extra fee)
I brought a mixer into Mr. E’s electronics on December 14 2018 due to an issue where phantom power wasn’t working. I was asked by the entrepreneur extraordinaire himself Mr. E, when I needed it by, and I told him January 14, I needed it for a show. When I called on January 14 2019 they said the mixer wasn’t ready. I then waited until Feb 14 until I called again. No answer. I called every day (12 times in total) I started to think that maybe the business had shut down, so decided to take the 45 min drive to see if it was ready. I walked in the front door and the front desk worker was sitting in front of the cash register. I had called 3 times that day so I was a little perplexed. She fed me some grade A cow manure about how their phones don’t work. I proceeded to call while standing there and the phone began to ring in front of both of us. I then asked to speak to Mr. E. She said he wasn’t in, but provided me with a number (I’m assuming her personal cell phone number) To contact her directly. I then contacted her via text for the next month. This texting rodeo began on Feb 24, I was told over and over again I would be called by the repair man, or the owner, but this never happened. On March 12 2019 I called the place several times with no answer and went to visit the establishment; and door was locked they wouldn’t open up. On March 14 I texted the front door girl and threatened to call SAPD, I had thought at this time they had sold my mixer, or were trying to keep it or something. I then received a quote on March 21 2019 of $277 more than I paid for the mixer. I asked for a discount due to the extraordinary lack of respect and 2 month delay with no information whatsoever, and I was told I would be given a 20 dollar discount. I then texted the front door girl again asking if I could come pick up the mixer as I wanted to take it to another repair shop. She said I could come pick it up next Wednesday as it was in pieces and needed to be put back together. I went to visit the shop that day minutes later, as I was in the area with my wife and lo and behold the mixer was sitting right there next to the counter not in pieces, even though they had told me minutes before that it was in pieces via text. I berated them for lying to me and treating their customers like dung beetles and spoke to Mr. E directly. He accepted no responsibility and argued with me for 15 plus minutes plus. I have literally never encountered such hostility in a retail environment. He was extremely rude and wouldn’t budge on the price. So basically he fixed my mixer without my permission without ever giving me a quote, after 3 months of no info, and only after I threatened with SAPD, and then tried to hold it hostage unless I paid the exorbitant $277, and lied about the mixer because he didn’t want me to come pick it up when it was already fixed, but he also didn’t want to tell me that he had already fixed it, because it’s such a shady way to do business. We ended up agreeing on $150 which is still too much. But he was threatening to “rebreak” the mixer if I didn’t pay. Bottom line, this shop is full of criminals. Go somewhere else, your psyche depends on it. I own a recording studio in town, and my customers will also be hearing about my experience.
Mr Es is great. I have taken him 3 keyboards already and has fixed all of them very fast. He even brought 2 of them back from the dead. I would recommend him to anyone. The guy knows what he is doing and his prices are very reasonable. (Roland Fantom x8, Roland Rd 700, and Korg m1)
Owner declined my repair, so in his presence, i had the audacity to bargain with his lone repairman to perform the work as a side job instead! The real MR. E. is that they manage to stay in business in this era of throw-away electronics.
Brought 3 woofers in to have re-coned. Good as new and very happy! Thank you!
Ok this guy knows his stuff! I have used Tracey Eversal More than once for repairs to some of my music equipment. I plan to keep on using him. I on a whim looked to see if he was still in business and i am thrilled to see he is. I have a Roland RS5 and a Roland KR3000 both need workIVe used this guy in the past for my KR 3000 all of his repairs have held... I had some nasty room mates and when i had to evict them they decided to throw a brick on my Keys.... :9
Very unprofessional when I tried to explain what was needed they cut me off of talking and didnt fix item cause they didnt listen to what I was telling them and messed up my item more that what it was. While I was there they talk bad about customers behind their back or when they hang up the phone
For over 25 years: Trustworthy, honest, extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with
Very friendly people and great service..
Very friendly people and they do a nice job!!!
Tracy at Mr. Es Electronics gave me some tips for doing the fix myself. Save me money when he could have charged just for giving me the benefit of his experience. Thanks, Mr. Es Electronics.
Very EXPENSIVE just to clean stereo from inside
Great place.
My Yamaha has been there well over a month ( still not fixed ) .. no one seems to know whats going on .. every time I call .. the blame is put on someone else .. or computers arent working, and they cant check ...they claim to be waiting on a speaker from Yamaha . I called Yamaha, they didnt know anything about it ... totally unprofessional
Awesome place Tracy
Good people
Door was locked and overcharge
