This is my first experience with electrolysis. Ive tried many hair removal methods like waxing which was very painful. With electrolysis it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Yes, you will feel a very slight pinch but nothing compared to waxing or tweezing. Monica is awesome at what she does and has angel hands. Many people may only acquire the experience, but she has the natural talent that shows her passion and care for clients. Ive been a client of Elizabeths for a little over a year now, and Im so happy with the results Ive seen!First, Elizabeth is very professional, which I appreciate. When I first started seeing Elizabeth I needed to go in every other week because thats how fast the hair would grow back, now I only need to go once a month, and the majority of the hairs in my problem areas are gone completely. COMPLETELY! Theyre not coming back...Before Elizabeth Id been seeing a different electrologist for 4 years and I hadnt seen the results I experienced with Elizabeth in less than 1 year. Needless to say I felt pissed off at my previous electrologist.But, Im very happy I found Elizabeth! She is as dedicated and serious about permanently removing my hairs as I am. Elizabeth is wonderful! Prior to electrolysis, I had laser treatments for 10 years - on and off but for the first two years I was consistent. After all that time, I was not seeing lasting or permanent results. After the very first visit with Elizabeth, there were permanent results. I was so happy to have found her, so much that I cried. I had thrown away so much money in laser treatments.Now, after seeing Elizabeth a year and three months, a good amount of hair has NOT grown back in the areas she has worked on. The hair that does grow is very fine. Im very happy!!She truly loves what she does and puts in all her effort to accommodate her clients. You truly are in good hands with her!

Monica was super nice and explained everything very clearly. Ive had laser hair removal on parts of my chin and around the lip area before, and as far as pain goes, electrolysis doesnt even compare (though everyone is different). Good stuff!

Monica was very committed to getting as much troublesome spots as she could. Only real negative is she was over exuberant in trying to remove shorter hairs and broke into my skin multiple times which was more painful than the electrolysis itself.

Wow!! Elizabeth, is definitely...without a doubt, THE best electrologist in San Antonio. Im in the industry (Master Esthetician). So, I just cant go to just anyone and allow them to put their hands on my skin. I had Cherry Anigomas that I was displeased with on my temples and other areas. Well, I built up an anxiety for nothing- Lol. Elizabeth, was precise, accurate and through in her work and knowledge. She explained and answered all of questions happily.
