I am so thankful to the wonderful people at Brain Balance for all they have done for my son! We have seen so much improvement in his behavior since we started their program. They are always kind and professional, and are quick to answer questions or offer helpful advice if asked. I highly recommend this place and their program!

Our son Gabriel experienced functional disconnect syndrome, approximately 8 years ago Brain Balance of San Antonio evaluated him and began a very well thought out program to assist him in getting his brain to neutral ( in harmony). We worked diligently every day with his exercises as a family to help him achieve his goals! After completing his Brain Balance our son has excelled in both academics, social, and athletics through out middle school and High School. Gabriel has been accepted to attend The University of North Georgia as a “Cadet” and was awarded the Hope Scholarship and a Leadership Scholarship. Brain Balance is truly made a difference in my sons life. My son was never able to pass the Texas star test but during the pandemic of 2020 he spent the summer doing the Brain Balance program. This was the first year he was able to pass the Texas Starr test and was promoted to the 9th grade. Thank you Brain Balance I truly appreciate you.

The thorough parent assessment helped us pinpoint the categories our child had challenges with. We included our child in part of the assessment for transparency and accuracy. The on-site objective and observational feedback was likewise very beneficial in piecing together the pieces of the puzzle. The follow up sessions helped us know where to focus our time and energy and demonstrated the profound improvements in various areas thus providing motivation and confirmation we were on the right path. We have seen dramatic improvements and are excited to continue the basics we’ve learned.

I am convinced that Brain Balance has changed our childs future. He didnt have social issues, but we were definitely starting to see academic issues. Hes 10 and very intelligent, but had a really tough time doing his homework and it always included a lot of angst. My sister is a teacher and had been very impressed with Brain Balance so we took him to be tested. Their methods of testing are very advanced and computerized and not subjective in any way so it gave us great confidence in their conclusions. Within a few weeks of starting the program, I started to see changes in my son. Whereas before starting, homework time was misery where things had to be explained over and over and over and the answer practically had be pointed out to my child in his book because he was not able to find it himself, he now is able to do his homework completely independently. His classroom teacher and his music teacher saw a difference in his focus within a few weeks, and we saw a huge difference at home also. Now, when my son finishes his homework, he closes his book and says, Thanks Brain Balance!. Sounds corny, but its the truth. He is so happy that his academic work is easier!! We hesitated bringing him anywhere for testing because we both had times that we struggled in school and we thought maybe this was the same thing, but we finally decided that we would rather see if there is a problem now rather than be five years down the road and realize that we could have made his academic effort much easier. We are so happy we made that decision!! Now, his studies will be so much easier for him and I believe will open a whole new world of opportunities for him that wouldnt have been available to him if he had continued to struggle academically. My sons future is brighter because we decided to bring him to Brain Balance.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about child development and approaches each child as an individual. They dont see problems in children they see opportunities for a child to grow.

We are very happy with my son’s progress! His ability to handle his emotions has progressed so much. I loved seeing his positive changes. We will continue to incorporate his excercises so he can continue to build his confidence in himself!

I only have one child. So when the reality of the struggle my daughter would endure hit, it hit like a ton of bricks. When my daughter started school she struggled almost immediately. I did all the things I could possibly think of doing. I sought advice from any and every seasoned parent I could find. I did hours and hours of research. I tried involving her in various extracurricular activities in an effort to continually stimulate her brain and also to try to find her niche. I took my daughter to the doctor and tried medication at the doctor’s recommendation. After all my extensive efforts to help my daughter, she continued to struggle. All of her teachers saw her potential and worked with her but she had little improvement.One day, I was running errands and I heard the commercial for Brain Balance and I immediately felt a sense of hope. I felt like the issues they were describing fit my daughter perfectly. I discussed the program with my husband and he was reluctant. To be honest, I was a little reluctant myself but I felt desperate yet hopeful after hearing the radio commercial. At this point, my heart was continually breaking at the sight of my daughter’s constant feelings of incompetence. She didn’t have any confidence in herself. As a parent, you have high expectations of your child but mine were subsiding and frankly, as much as I hate to admit, my level of confidence was pretty low, too.After finally convincing my husband into taking the plunge, we met with Brain Balance and we were both convinced but then worry immediately set in. It wasn’t something we could exactly afford comfortably. My husband and I exercised our resources and enrolled our daughter into the program.It took some hard work and dedication. She got up at 5:45 a.m. every morning to do her exercises before school. She sacrificed and stuck to the diet plan. We made sure to go to all her appointments without fail. It was all worth it at the end!She is a completely different child. She has accomplished so much since the beginning of the program. She passed a standardized test, she has finally managed to get herself to the next level in piano lessons and all of her strokes are legal in her swimming meets! Her confidence level has gone through the roof and I am so happy. Her comprehension level has sky rocketed. My husband and I, as well as her teachers and instructors, have seen a tremendous improvement in her. My daughter is now ready to conquer the world!For any parent in my position, this is absolutely the best leap of faith you can ever take for your child!

My son Cooper has been attending Brain Balance for about 6 months now. Cooper is 5 years old and has severe ADHD. The past 3 years have been very difficult for our family. We rarely went anywhere because of the struggle we had to go through. Coopers ADHD caused him to be very delayed over the past few years. Since Cooper has been attending Brain Balance we have seen significant changes in him all around. Cooper is able to complete tasks without constant redirection. He is aware of his and others personal space. He can now focus on his academic work without getting frustrated and breaking crayons or pencils. Cooper can now get a simple hair cut without getting upset or mom assisting him. Cooper no longer hits others when upset, he is using his words to communicate. Cooper now understands cause and effect. Above are just a few of the changes that we have seen in Cooper. I thank God every day for sending our family in the Brain Balance direction. Everyone at the center is amazing in their own way. The way they work with the children is amazing. This program has helped our family in more ways than one and I would highly recommend for anyone struggling to enroll in the program. Thank you Brain Balance for all that yall have done for Cooper.

Great place the first couple I went there for the program it was ok, and now its enjoyable, and fun.

Im extremely greatful to Brain Balance they made a world of difference in my sons future.
