Krista is incredibly knowledgeable and proficient in the Gottman method, which is hands down the best couples program available. My marriage was saved because of it, but it’s not an easy process and you have to be open and willing to do a lot of self reflection and work towards personal growth, which is hard and sometimes scary work. Krista has always treated me and my husband with kindness, empathy, and a gentle compassion which is critical when helping people manage big feelings. I recommend her to my friends frequently.

Felt like a scam. I was so hopeful signing up for Krista and this system. My partner and I had committed to a very expensive, 4 session system only to have her leave us completely stranded with our therapy. She told one of us in our individual session that she would not be able to help us until the other partner addresses their behavioral issues with their own therapist. The plan was to do individual therapy and then come back to her to continue doing couples therapy. When my partner and I met with her again, after our individual sessions, she did NOT address why she was basically firing us. She should have told my partner what she told me so that we were all on the same page and so my partner would understand what was happening. She did not do that. She also planned on giving us release forms so we could give them to our individual therapists and then she could let them know what we needed and then we could continue in our individual therapies. I was hoping she would, thinking that maybe she was going to tell our individual therapists the plan and then my partner could be addressed in that way. She did not do this step either. It left me in an uncomfortable position because, now I was in the position to tell my partner what she told me and we no longer had anything to work towards together. It made me feel like it was a scam to get money and while I dont believe thats entirely true, I know she failed us as our therapist. The bottom line is that we went to her for help and she did not do that at all.

Krista is AMAZING!!!!! We are so grateful to have found her. She has given us the tools to communicate better and learn how to understand where we each are. Our marriage is the best it has ever been.
