Miguel assisted us in a UHaul roadside situation and he was above and beyond helpful, friendly, and efficient! He got us back on the road quickly and informed us of what was going on every step of the way. Super friendly!

This place is usually very packed. They do a good job and the people are really nice. They could use a bigger lot. Maybe more mechanics too

If you want your car or truck fixed right the first time, take it to this place. You wont regret it and your vehicle will love you for taking it there. They have some real cool people who work there, too. The techs know their stuff, and they wont try to scam nor rip you off with your cash. They guarantee all their work, so no need to worry about your ride taking a dump once youre out the driveway.

I just walked through the back gate to get some equipment from one our unlocked company truck. So they are definitely unattended anyone could have went through it but I hear they do good sound mechanical work

This is for the horrible service in Midland, Texas.......First thing is first, I took a Freightliner to this so called mechanic shop to check the U-Joints. I called to check on the truck and they said they were okay, but they are going to take the drive line out and check even deeper. I told them no way!!!! They like to add work on top of what you ask them to do. They did this several times, you have to stay on top of it or else they will add work to your vehicle and thats more money out of your pocket.Secondly, I took my truck in for a power steering flush and they manage to break my trucks door side pocket. The manager said that when the mechanic opened the door the side pocket broke, REALLY!!! Ive been using the truck for a while and no such thing happened. They refused to pay for something they broke, so I advise you to go to a shop where they are going to be at least honest about damages to your vehicle.

We are a big part of the transportation industry. We lease our equipment to a huge transportation company and our trucks go to Laredo, TX every week. Unfortunately, one of our trucks didnt make it the other day. Due to a problem with fuel line which exploded due to weather condition, the driver ended up in Cotulla, TX, an hour from the destination. As such, we decided to call for road service nearby. We were so happy when we find Limons which facility is located 18 miles away from the scene. In the beginning the Limons employees were very nice and helpful. The Limons employee informed us that it will cost us $391.00 to fix the problem. Due to the fact that our driver was already late with his deliver, we relied on what we were told, of course we regret that now. Four hours later, we received a call from Limons, informing us that the truck was fixed, but there are additional charges, beyond the $391.00 we were told originally. We were very surprised when they wanted to us pay another $376.28. Limons charged us $85 for answering a phone (service call), $1.91 per mile do drive to the scene (18 miles to the scene but they charged 60 miles). In addition $476 for labor and $241.74 for parts. So, what was the point of the original estimate of $391.00 and what was it for? We dont know. In my opinion, you should think twice before you get hire them for any services.

No communication or attention towards their customers, the guy in the front would give me the run around give me bad estimations, also they insist on washing my car even tho its raining and even after I asked them not to... also Ive been here for 6 hours

They looked at my truck,said it was one thing but it was something else,stuck on the side of the road for almost 24 hrs due to thier mechanic services

I am mobile joe auto technician myself when Im falling behind take vehicles to shop for diagnosis they are a big help to me always right on diagnosis I highly recommend this shop
