Ordered a package with next day delivery. Got it THREE DAYS LATER! They say they couldn’t find my address but didn’t even call to get directions.Will not order from Office Depot anymore if this is who they continue to use.
BE VERY AWARE! Horrible customer service and lazy as heck. The 1-855 customer service rep sent three requests for a callback and nothing. I had to call their 1-855 number 6 times and request for the customer rep to call them directly in San Antonio and they STILL DIDN’T ANSWER their direct line. They are horrible. I will never do business with them again.
Rude & Lazy Delivery Driver! My husband ordered weights for his gym & he wasnt home when items arrived. The driver asked for him & I told him hes at work. He warned that the package is 900 lbs. He made it seem like he had to unload 900lbs all at once. Each weight was in a individual box like One 45 lbs plate in one box, One 20lbs plate in another individual box etc. I pointed out that he had a dolly & a lift at the end of the truck when he complained it was a lot! He layed all the boxes at the end of the trailer. I was standing there to count all the boxes & checking if everything was correct & he told me I can start carrying those boxes into my house in a very rude & unprofessional tone! That is unacceptable!!! It was very expensive to get this delivered, I shouldnt be asked to do a service I paid for!!! Im not a strong person, Im not about to do Your job & I have a medical condition. I told him I wanted to talk to his manager about this situation & he gave me a wrong # to dispatch. Also, when I couldnt find a certain box on the trailer as I was going down the list he said oh I cant help you with that! I have never experienced anything like this!
Out to get a freight option. Poor communication. Poor followup

Extremely BAD service, shipment was going to arrive Tuesday, have been waiting for it, called in the morning and was confirmed to be delivered. Called again in the afternoon and they moved for Friday without any notice. Tracking 015661645

I ordered a product from Home Depot and they used this carrier. It took them almost a week to get the item from Home Depot. I checked their website and saw that they had scanned it. I called them to confirm a deliver time so as to be home when it arrived. They couldnt confirm a time with me since they couldnt get a hold of the driver, but they left a note for him to call me prior to delivering it (I asked to be called since package theft has happened in my neighborhood). I called them again a day later and asked what was the delay. They then told me that they didnt even get the package, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD SCANNED IT IN THERE SYSTEM. WHAT?!?!?!?!? Three days later, it finally arrived. THREE DAYS! Meaning they had it in town for three full days. On top of that, I didnt receive a call and the product was left in the open on my driveway for all to see what it was. I am just lucky it didnt get stolen. From now on I will simply order the product to be shipped to the store. TForce has proven to be an unreliable company.
On hold for 17 minutes before my call was acknowledged by a human. Then, placed back on hold for anther 4 minutes while they tried to locate the order that Home Depot shows to have already delivered to them 10 days prior. ( I Called the week previous to HD and the HD operator was frustrated with their on hold wait times too. After waiting 10+ minutes on hold, only to be told that they couldnt locate the package as their wi-fi was down). Now today, they physically checked the warehouse and said the package wasnt there and they had no record. Horrible service. I had to call HD back and cancel the order and let them know what had transpired. I hope HD gets a better final mile delivery service soon.
