The tailor was helpful and quite good at his craft. My suit fits well, once again. There was also a curtained, spacious changing room where I could be tailored and try on my altered clothing.

UPDATE: Immediately after I posted my review, Carmen (the owner)reached out to help remedy the situation immediately and provide the full refund. Though I wasn’t able to go to the other location due to time (I can see and will end up fixing it myself). I appreciated the prompt customer service from Carmen. Though I would not recommend the tailor, I would consider giving Carmen another shot.DO NOT COME HERE! Not only was my dress late (it wasn’t even started when I showed up a day after it was supposed to be done), but it’s the sloppiest overpriced work I’ve even seen. The shoulders were taken in and it’s evident that they’re uneven. The seems where the dress were hemmed are not straight and too much was taken in at the waist. If I had time I’d insist on them fixing it, but since it was late I don’t have time. When I tried to address it with him, he told me “that’s just how it is”. I’m almost in tears because I have to figure out how to fix it and am going out of town tomorrow.

This is the best alteration place in town. They did adjustment to my true religion jeans and it was a perfect job. The origin stitching was perfect and couldn’t tell the difference with the custom made. I was skeptical about it but it came out a perfect job.

Ordered 10 face masks. They were ill fitting and used thin hair ribbons for ties and ends were fringed. I was Unable to use . When I pointed this out was told they used materials available. I waited 3 weeks for these and paid $40 based on tv and Facebook ad.

Thats being generous with the one star! Worst experience ever! I brought my daughters pageant dress and petticoat to be altered. They had it for almost 2WEEKS delivering nothing but empty promises of the dress being ready. First it was tues, then thurs, then the following monday... finally on tues, i went to pick it up..the dress was NEVER TOUCHED!

My mom needed her coach purse to have a longer strap and alterations to go did an amazing job on using same material and lengthing it. It looks fabulous!!

Pro tip: Head to the San Marcos Outlets, buy designer suits/clothes that are too big for you, and head to the master tailors and seamstresses here. Ive been doing it for years and have saved THOUSANDS of dollars. Couldnt recommend anyone else.
