This was my first time using Beyer Carpet Cleaning! My clients carpet is very very old and dirty, it actually needs to be replaced. I had an appointment at 5pm for a carpet cleaning (5 areas). Edward called me almost 2 hours early to see if he could clean the carpets early which was way more convenient for me so I agreed to meet him at the house. I ended up taking longer to meet him than I had expected, so when I showed up I expected him to be annoyed, but he had a wonderful attitude. I showed him which areas needed to be cleaned and he explained in detail what he would be doing, what he recommended, etc. I felt comfortable to leave him alone in my home while I ran some errands. He was quick, yet efficient and called me when he was done to see if he should lock the door or wait for me. When I came back, the house smelled great, the carpets looked way better and overall I am very impressed. Thank you so much, Edward!

I had my carpets cleaned in 2019. The service was not up to par, they offered to send a guy back to go over it again. That was not possible as I was not in possession of the home anymore. While I never got my issue resolved, the main reason for the 1 star is the attitude of the son of the owner. This guy flat out told me he dosnt make mistakes, in the decade of doing business, he hasnt made a mistake. What kind of attitude is that? We left the tech alone in the house, and got burned for it. Dont be fooled by their 5 star review like I was.

Im very pleased with the results that I have received from Beyer Carpet Cleaning service. I called and was given a time between 12pm and 2pm for service to be started. Received a phone call from Enrique 5 to 10 mins before 12pm saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he measured the area to be cleaned and explained the cleaning process. The pricing is very reasonable and most likely the best pricing in the San Antonio Area. Enrique did a fantastic job on cleaning my kitchen tile and grout.
