Since I have a background in real estate and was interested in learning more when I heard about Armando Montelongo, I attended their three-day training which was excellent. The staff and information was great, not only on real estate information, but also building trust and financial information. It was non-stop learning, not a lot of BS or time to stand around. I would recommend this to anyone. The speaker, Brian, who spoke most the time had been successful himself and had a lot of good information for us. Im headed to the bus tour in Florida soon. Armando himself is great, this is a wealth of information that anybody could use.

I had been involved in real estate for 25 years when I decided to do the three-day event with Armando Montelongo in my area. I didnt expect to learn so much since I had a background in real estate, so I was surprised by just how much I did learn. I felt that the speakers were genuine and shared from their own personal successes. I did the bus tour next and what stood out to me was going through the houses. We could very quickly evaluate how much money we would need to renovate the house. As far as other courses that Armando offers, so far weve taken the Asset Protection. We have put in several offers that have been denied, and right now we have an offer in that were waiting to see if we got the bid. With our drive and this excellent training, its just a matter of time to the level of success well achieve! We LOVE Armando! He is involved, he is genuine, humble, and stresses honestly in all that we do.

Armando Montelongo ran a TV Ad, and since I had been looking for a real estate opportunity, we decided to go to the three-day training here in New Jersey. The presenters were very professional, highly motivated and they sincerely wanted to help us. We then decided to attend the bus tour in San Diego. We are both already in the industry in some way and were able to learn quickly. We have not closed a deal but continue to work the processes. We are involved in Armandos groups in our area to stay motivated. We truly love our involvement with the group and remain personally in contact with Armando and his team in Texas. They are there for support through multiple forms of communication. Great program and value!

I was up late one night and saw the infomercial for Armando Montelongo and wanted to attend his free seminar. I did so and was interested enough to go to the three-day training. There was a lot of information to absorb but it seemed legitimate and doable for me, as the presenters were knowledgeable and quite helpful. The bus tour was also really great with so much information and lots of high energy. I realized it was going to be a lot of work as I walked though the houses and saw the classroom education in action. Im interested in taking a gap funding class and mentoring class to have more information moving forward. I am very satisfied with the training and the support Ive received from the home office.

I first learned about Armando Montelongo back in 2010 but wasnt ready to move forward at that time. This year I saw something pop up online and decided it was time to check it out. They had offered a free one-day seminar so I grabbed a co-worker and took her along with me. She was actually more interested in it than I was so we went to three-day event together, and from there Im really glad we did. I could see that the presenters had worked the program themselves and it made sense to me. I did the bus tour from there and was happy to be able to walk through the houses. I have experience as an estimator and was able to absorb the information easily. It was excellent information and it gave me the tools I needed. I met many people through the trainings that I keep in contact with, as well as a group here in Southern California. Im a mother of a big family and have to pace myself, plus the California market is tough right now. But I look for off-market properties and since Ive done the training Im setting myself up to get leads even from other states. Its a little easier that way. Ive made several offers and have great support from the home office. Its fantastic!

Five out of five stars for the education I’ve received which has been very valuable. Before I found out about this program I had been searching for something in Real Estate for a long time. There are a lot of different Real Estate courses but I wanted to go to the original house flipping guy, so I went to the free seminar then the three-day weekend. Everything just made sense to me. Education is worth the money, and you get what you pay for.I took the bus tour in Dallas where we gained enough knowledge to realize that we could go out there and do it. It gave me that fire inside myself where I believed I could do it. I am a strong-willed person and I just needed a little education and guidance to get me going. We have the mentors available for us in case we need them. I’m now waiting on two pending offers and looking forward to learning more and moving forward.

I am fully satisfied with the training I received through the Armando Montelongo real estate program, which I found out about back in the spring of 2015 while watching TV at a casino. I was interested and went to the one-day free seminar and then realized that even though I owned a few rental properties, I still had a lot to learn. So I went to the three-day seminar and it was a lot of information packed into those three days. It was a lot to decide in a short period of time, but it convinced me to go to Riverside, California for the bus tour. Again, there was a lot of information and a lot of things I didnt even know existed, but was great information though. I wish I could have retained more of it, but I did learn a lot. I have met others through the program that Ive been able to keep in touch with, also the support from the home office is great when I remember to reach out and ask for help. Ive also taken Armandos Cash Flow training, as well as a few others. Its just a matter of getting up and doing something, so Im working on it and getting some offers accepted. I have put some in but the right one hasnt come up yet. It is going to take some work but Im following the program so I cant lose.

I heard about Armando Montelongo from an ad on TV and had no idea who Armando Montelongo was or that he had a television show, so I was interested in learning about it. I had a friend come with me to the three-day event and we found the training to be excellent. Prior to the training I had a rental property that I sold, and if I would have known what I now know I would have held onto the property. The presenters seemed to be speaking from experience and they knew what they were talking about. The bus tour was great and my bus tour leader was very good. He walked us through different scenarios and gave us different options in regards to doing flips. He explained what needed to be done on the houses and what didnt need to be done. Im in Colorado and I meet with a group of others doing the program once a month to keep up to date and encourage each other. I have gap funded one property and flipped nine properties. I have also taken the Commercial class and would definitely recommend this course to others.

I was involved in Real Estate but wanted to take it to the next level, and had also been enjoying watching Armando’s show. The three-day event was very knowledgeable, Armando was there and I learned a lot of new things. The bus tour was in San Diego. Armando impressed me; he spent from 8 am to late at night on stage and he was able to keep my attention the entire time. The energy was extremely high, the information given was extremely valuable. I saw people all around me breaking out of their shells and getting to know other people. I’ve gone on to the Asset Protection and Master Mentor programs. I have a mentor that I keep in touch with on a weekly basis which is a tremendous benefit to me. The trainers and teachers are phenomenal, unbelievably beneficial. My mentor Jan is amazing, willing to give with unbelievable knowledge. I have never had a problem getting support.

I first heard about Armando Montelongo about a year ago on the radio. I had been looking for an opportunity to learn more about real estate investing, since Im a realtor and wanted to get some more knowledge and skills in my trade. The speakers at the three-day training were outstanding and were very knowledgeable in every area. The whole package was fantastic and they came across as being successful at it themselves. We also did the bus tour in Miami which was very practical and hands on and was a real-world education and way to evaluate and flip a home. We did the Tax Lien course, Master Mentors, Cash Flow and Asset Protection. My partner and I have been looking actively for our first deal, we have put in offers so far. Just heard that we have gotten our first deal accepted!! Wooohooo!!!! The support from the home office has been great and we highly recommend this course.

I would give Armando Montelongo five out of five stars and feel comfortable referring a friend or family member to them. I learned about Armandos training program about five or six months ago when my daughter and I had been talking about flipping some houses. Im a licensed architect and am involved in building houses quite a bit. Wed even talked about building some houses on the lots Id acquired. I got something in the mail about an informational seminar and we went together. Shes come to all the trainings and seminars with me so far and has been more involved in the financial side of things in this business. In the trainings, you meet all the people that are there involved and I didnt feel like anyone there was giving me a line... it was like people were talking from the heart based on experience and mileage. After the three-day event, we had a lot of knowledge so we wanted to go out and start making offers on houses. We made some offers on houses and it was an educational process. The bus tour was even more educational. They gave us the tools to find the right houses and make offers that would be accepted. We went to see six more houses and made offers one four after the bus tour. Were prepared to make our goal of a number of offers per week. The sooner we do this stuff, the better off we are. Were excited and came back from the bus tour all ramped up and excited to move forward.

I would refer the Armando program to anyone who is interested in getting into this type of business. I found out about this program through a commercial. At that time I was looking for a fixer-upper and realized that this was a company that would help me do it right. I did the one-day event, three-day event, and the bus tour. What really excited me about the training was getting plugged in with a mentor who could help me get over hurdles and plug me into a network of resources to help me with my business.At the bus tour in Dallas we networked with others who had money and wanted to be able to invest. We learned every aspect of flipping a house to do it right. The bus tour was very high-energy from eight in the morning on. There was a ton of information given in a short amount of time. They had us walk through a house and gave us a step-by-step strategy to come out in five minutes and have figured the after-repair value of the house by looking at comps.I recently put my house on the market and was more knowledgeable in negotiation and understanding curb appeal because of the program.

Like a divine intervention, I was awakened at 3 am to view an Armando Montelongo infomercial that my husband had on TV, on mute. By watching it, I was excited enough to get him to make a call and set an appointment, which he did, somewhat reluctantly. But guess who was the most enthusiastic after the meeting?!! From there, we attended a 3 day training and then traveled to Miami, from our home in Tennessee, for their bus tour...all within a 3 week stretch. To say the least, I felt like I had spent too much on college as I learned more in those 3 days than I had in 4 years. Because the company trainers did such an amazing job, we took their knowledge and not only have 1 house on the market, but have 5 houses in rehab and another 4 that we’re wholesaling, all in just 3 short months. We’re presently working on a couple of houses that we’re buying in a package deal, that when rehabbed, will be worth about 3 million! We’re finding that the key to our success is simply following Armando’s directions. Even though I have a bachelor’s degree in business management, anyone with drive will do very well in real estate investing. I’m up and going at 7 am knocking on doors and have 3-10 houses scheduled a day to visit with a few real estate agents that I work with. To say the least, we appreciate the whole process involved in finding, acquiring, listing and selling these homes because we thoroughly enjoy helping people!

My husband and I have always had an interest in Real Estate, we have family members who are involved in it. With this education we knew it would be a smarter way to go about getting started. We heard about the free event in Seattle so we ended up going. After that we did the three-day event, the bus tour, Master Mentors, Grand bus tour, wholesaling training, commercial training, and advanced re-hab training. We’ve done a lot of them!The education we’ve received has been valuable to us. On the bus tour we talked about personality types, wrap around mortgages, and the ability to help people and profit at the same time. Armando is very good at taking advanced strategies and making them simple enough to understand. We walked houses and eventually were able to come up with the budget needed to fix it up as we went. It gave us a feel of what it would be like to buy and flip houses.

I went to a conference where someone was presenting about Armando Montelongo. Since Im a broker and had an interest in learning more, I signed up for the three-day class held in Dallas. They gave a lot of valuable information and they came across as actually having done the program themselves. I liked that It wasnt just a pitch to spend more but was legitimately a lot of good information. I then did the bus tour in Newport Beach, Ca. and was especially interested in how they priced everything and how quickly they did it. I just attended their Asset Protection and am now doing the weekly webinars. Im satisfied with the Armando Montelongo education Ive received so far.

I learned about the real estate training with Armando Montelongo through my church, when they had scheduled their three-day training in our church. I was encouraged by the amount of information they provided which seemed very attainable. I had interest in the real estate industry for some time and was happy to finally find a great way to get into it. The next step was the bus tour which provided lots of information and was so high in energy. I was not expecting the party aspect of it but it was overall a really good time. I stay in touch with some who were on the bus tour and have the option of reaching out to my mentor when I need help. Im also planning on taking the Cash Flow course in the future and presently have a house under contract that Im working on. Its been a good decision and I look forward to a bright future

I saw a commercial about Armando Montelongo on TV, and even though I wasnt necessarily looking for an opportunity, Id always had an interest. It was enough information to see that the system worked but I felt that I needed more to actually do it. I did the bus tour out in Dallas and we walked through the houses which was more helpful. It was at that point that I had enough information to get me started. Ive had some activity and have been working to build up more business here in my area. Overall I am fully satisfied with my training and would recommend this if youre interested in getting started in real estate.

Id been looking for an opportunity to get involved in real estate for some time, so when I found out about Armando Montelongo earlier this year from a radio program, I traveled to Boston with my wife for their 3 day training. Even though they covered a lot of information, our interest was more in residential investing to boost our retirement. It was good information, and since we wanted to learn more, we went onto the bus tour in Newport Beach, California. There they gave us a lot of ways to quickly evaluate a property and assess whether it is going to be a rental or quick flip. It was very helpful to go through the houses and learn how to crunch the numbers quickly and accurately. Because networking is encouraged, I have stayed in touch with a few people via email and am potentially doing a deal with a couple of them. We not only listen in on the webinars but we did the Cash Flow package in San Antonio. I did the Asset Protection on my own, and my wife and I did Master Mentors together. Support has been great, so weve put in lots of offers, and have so far picked up three houses at auctions, two for rentals, and one for flipping.

I have a degree in Interior Design, and my entire family is in the Real Estate and Construction business. I have always felt like it was my destiny to flip houses, so when I saw the infomercial I was interested in learning more.The in-depth information at the one-day event and learning what you don’t know about Real Estate was great. I’m glad I didn’t go try flipping houses without any education. Chris and Tiffany were some of the presenters at the event. I went to the bus tour in San Diego in May 2015. I was impressed that Armando himself did the majority of the teaching.I have taken Market Domination, Asset Protection, Cash Flow, conference calls on Post-Selling, Advanced conference calls, and Thursday night conference calls on a regular basis. Would highly recommend the program if you want to get started in Real Estate.

I was online once working and something came across about Armando Montelongos seminar on Facebook. Intrigued, I registered my husband and I for the one-day event then we did the three-day. I loved the speakers who provided a lot of information and they had the experience to back it up, which went a long way with us. They werent talking at us, but were sharing their own experience with us which gave us the confidence in getting the money together for the bus tour. It helped my husband and I to get our heads around a lot of information and helped us be on easier ground and be more open with each other. We then did the bus tour in California, where I loved going through the houses, and it put everything in perspective for us. Im obsessed with numbers so I was able to help others crunch the numbers too. It was awesome and so much fun and I was captivated for the entire bus tour, even though the days were long. I also attend the Wolf Pack thats only 45 minutes away from me. Weve put in multiple offers and I call the mentors often and get help putting offers together. Even though I work 80 hours a week, and my husband works 70, we do this in our spare time. We just put in an offer that will probably be accepted. The mentors are amazing, they always return my call either that day or the next.

The staff and everyone involved are out of this world.. Committed, knowledgeable and patient. If you dont succeed is because You dont do your part Not because of the program. The program and the system works for those who actually work it! The best Ive ever done in my lige !

I found out about Armando Montelongo and his real estate course about four years ago when I saw a commercial on television. At that point my husband and I had two rental houses, so we thought wed go to the free workshop in our area. We were impressed enough with the free workshop to go to the three-day training. We thought it was interesting and had a lot more content than we were expecting. The presenters really connected with us. Each had their own point of view and expertise. They had each been successful themselves in real estate. And they kept the program lively. From there we did the bus tour in Riverside, California. The bus tour felt like a gigantic party - really a ton of fun, but at the same time we were working and learning a tremendous amount. Armando and the other instructors drilled certain things over and over so that eventually we knew the key pieces of information by memory. At the end of the bus tour we felt well prepared to go out and buy houses and do renovations intentionally and intelligently, and we really believed we could make money at this. Since then we have continually grown our business. Were now on our 18th renovation and have a few rentals as well. We are at the point that we need to be smart about managing our time and accounts so we can take our business to the next level. Weve taken a few other courses since the bus tour, and we have benefited from each. And any time weve needed to call in to the Armando organization with questions weve received help from someone who is experienced and really knows what they’re talking about. We think Armandos organization is the real deal, as shown by the fact that they help students to make money over the long haul.

As I look back over the last 7 years, I can honestly say that attending an Armando Montelongo seminar was the beginning of a really good investment. At a point in my life when I was ready for a career change, I got excited about an opportunity for real estate investing when I saw that with his company someone like me who wasn’t in his field could actually do. Using my expertise as a paralegal helped me get started and after flipping my first 2 houses, I decided to get my real estate license and from there it’s blossomed into quite the career. I currently lead a group of over 100 people here in Dallas, Texas who are exclusively with Armando; with their monthly meetings and their investing. I’ve also helped Armando’s group with bus tours here and in California over the years. Because you can never stop learning, I’m presently looking forward to classes in advanced rehab and tax liens coming up in the next 2 months at their home office in San Antonio.

I would give the Armando Montelongo program about a 10 out of 5 stars, as I am very satisfied with the training Ive had so far. I first heard about them back in April or March through Facebook. When it popped up I was like, Oh my Gosh, why am I not doing this? I did a three-day event to find out more and it was absolutely amazing. In those three days they taught us eight different ways to make money in real estate without even having to go forward with more training. They were absolutely helpful and knew what they were talking about. Weve worked with mentors and coaches to help get us to the next level. Were going on the bus tour in Miami, Florida soon. I cant say enough about how helpful and positive they have been. Ive been involved with a few different courses of this type and the only one that made even remote sense to me is Armandos.

I’ve looked at Armando Montelongo’s organization and have seen it grow quite a bit over the years, so I decided to join him this past year. I could relate to the facilitator enjoying himself at the training classes and appreciated how he applied his knowledge to real life situations. The authenticity of what I heard and am now seeing is what will make the difference in my success. After the 3 day, I traveled to Dallas, Texas for a grueling bus tour that expanded what I’d been taught into the mechanics of day to day real estate investing. I was actually so enthralled, I didn’t want to leave my seat for fear of missing something. Since taking the asset management class I’m now looking forward to the tax lien seminar, as it all plays an important role in one’s journey. I learned about Armandos real estate group back in 2007 from a TV ad. My wife and I had been talking about what would be my dream job and I had wanted to do real estate but I didnt know how to do it. I went to the first little free training and went on from there to the three-day training in Oklahoma City. They talked about how to find deals flipping houses, the process of flipping a house, other options like lease options etc. The presenters with Armando Montelongos people seemed to have done the process themselves. At the bus tour everything was jammed into just a few days. They kept us all alert and going from 8 in the morning to 2 or 3 in the morning. They taught us about going through the houses and how to evaluate them and were really focused on the house flipping business. We did the Master Mentor class out in California with our mentor and it was a great experience. It took us a while to get to the point that we sold our first house, as we had to learn to be detailed in following his steps. Once we sold our first house we sold four more in the next four months. From there we branched into cash flow deals, lease options, and owner financing. Were building our cash flow right now. Our last house was a 40K profit which I split with my partner and Im halfway to my goal of being able to quit my job and do this full time.

Years ago, after watching Armando Montelongo’s show in which he offered a book, we decided to order it. For different reasons, we didn’t really do anything with the opportunity until a real estate friend of mine asked to read it and we felt it was time to get involved with his knowledge of investing. Attending a few presentations peaked our interest and we went further into his courses by going on the bus tour. Since I have a teaching background in the finance industry, his ideas started to make sense so we started moving in the directions they trained on and we’re working on our 3rd house now. The Master Mentor has also given us guidance and we finally see that this is something we can run with. There is great room for improvement in the educational techniques used, and it will be beneficial to make better use of the technological advance toward making tools accessible to those that are interested in working Real Estate through this system.

We found out about a three-day event he was doing at our church that we attended. After this weekend we signed up for the bus tour. The experience we had at the three-day weekend gave me confidence to move forward with the bus tour. I knew I needed to find out what was in Armand’s toolbox and get the education I needed to be successful.I’m working the program right now, I just submitted an offer on one property and am getting ready to submit another. I have a mentor who emails me to see where I’m at and give support. There are plenty of resources for help. I have stayed in touch with people I’ve met through the program through Facebook and we also do meetups. We’ll be doing a meet up in Chicago soon with others who have done the bus tour. Im highly satisfied with the education Ive received from the Armando Montelongo real estate group so far, after I found out about them a few months ago through Facebook. I have a background in construction which helped me make sense of what I learned in the three-day seminar, as it was a lot of great information. My wife was with me at the training and she was also impressed with how open it was and how clear it was that they presenters themselves had been successful with this program. They showed us exactly what they had done, numbers and all, and we felt like it was something we could do. Hoping to take the bus tour soon and feel that we can be successful at this.

By attending the 3 day courses and the Bus Tour, Ive learned how to go into the houses and assess them. The webinars are also very informative. I was invited to take the Master Mentors course as well. There is a lot to learn and if you keep making offers eventually something will come through. I’m extremely enthusiastic about Armando Montelongo’s business now that I’ve attended some of their classes. They’re straight up real about the potential for success and really care about my winning at this. From the bus tour I took in Dallas, Texas (and I’m in Va), to the ongoing education I’m receiving, this is the most fun I’ve had in a long while. And it’s great to see other folks feeling the same way, despite having issues that have come up. One guy I met shared some challenges he encountered, but overcame them and since has purchased an apartment complex that he’s renting out to others, while living in it at the same time! Armando’s mentor line is what I also take advantage of because they’re always available to answer any questions I have and get me to the solutions by understanding the reasoning behind them. It’s also encouraging that other people throughout the country are exchanging emails to assist in any way that they can. While presently working on a group of 6 homes, this kind of networking is what will make us all do well.

I learned about this program from the TV ad and because I had been looking to get involved in Real Estate I went to the one-day introductory event in my area. From there I went on to the three-day event. The speakers showed credibility and knowledge so I believed I could also reach the same objectives and goals. I felt like I could do it.The bus tour was hands on, I applied the things I learned from the three-day event. Walking through homes was helpful. I also did Advanced Rehab. The continuing education has gone on since the bus tour on a weekly basis. The times that we have called for support they have provided excellent information and direction. I have met people from all over the country who are also doing this program. I ended up getting my Real Estate license and have gained that much more information.

Armando’s ‘Flip this House’ series years back caught my attention enough to get me to attend one of his free day introductions. What made me think that I could do this was the contractor explaining his role in the process. Without hesitation I signed up for the 3 day event where I received 5 DVDs, a book of materials, copies of contracts, etc. and with that I invested in the bus tour. This was very educational and an exciting way to get to see just how the training I’d received actually played out. Since then, I also attended the very first reunion bus tour where I met folks from all over who had become successful by following the proven system that Armando has perfected over the years. Steve Thomas has been instrumental in teaching their system as well as the webinars that I enjoy listening in on each week. I’m also glad to have been assigned a mentor and their mentor line because all this instruction is what is making it so interesting and fun. I especially appreciate the fellow investors sharing their stories on Armando’s Facebook page too.

My husband attended a one-day seminar and then we went to the three-day weekend together. The weekend event was very informative. They gave a lot of information, answered a lot of questions, and showed examples of success that they have had finding homes. They had a lady there who had been doing it for a year who had been very successful, I believe she made about 1.5 million dollars the first year.Following the three-day we did the Cash Flow seminar, the bus tour, then Asset Protection. The bus tour gave us the opportunity to walk through the homes, they talked about the things you need to look for when walking through the homes and gave us the calculations we needed to have in making decisions.We have purchased a property, done the rehab, and it is listed for sale right now. We have three other properties under contract that we’re working with also.

Even though I liked the energy level at the training, Im kind of an introverted person and some of the things we were asked to do got me out of my comfort zone. They knew what they were talking about at every step of the real estate process. I knew that there was only so much we could learn in the classroom and that we needed to see it in person, so I went to the bus tour and was able to walk through houses and put the steps into practice. Right now we have repaired some houses and turned them into rental properties. The next one were working on is going to be a flip and will be completed in the next four to six weeks. My husband and I have done this business together and are gaining a lot of experience by going into this slowly and getting the education needed to be successful. I have had an interest in Real Estate for years, and did Carleton Sheets back in the day. So when I found out about Armando’s group from a TV commercial I was ready to learn more. I went to the one-day and three-day weekends where they had really dynamic people presenting at the seminars. I’m not a ra-ra kind of guy and my ex-girlfriend is more the type to go for things right away, so we did it together. She ended up backing out, but it’s been a blessing in disguise because now I have this education behind me and it has proven to be valuable. The way this course is set up, the information you receive, the tools and opportunities are great. I have done two flips on a joint venture, I have already made my education back, in fact I’m ahead. Im more than a believer...Im happy!

After viewing an ad on social media, I attended an Armando Montelongo introduction event to gather more information. Since I was looking for a real estate opportunity, that I hadn’t yet found to my satisfaction, his business ideas intrigued me. At an additional 3 day training, friends of Armando’s spoke of their journey with him and the success they had achieved to date. This opened up a world of real estate investing I’d not considered and now I’m very interested. So I took the Bus Tour, where I chose to visit another state to see this adventure played out throughout the US. Once we covered areas like cash flow, flips, buying land and asset protection I knew this was going to be just what I’d been seeking. I’m all about education and his organization offers it through many avenues, one being with other folks that makes it fun and more profitable. Especially with the funding partners I’m working with in cities like San Antonio and Houston, Texas, besides where I live in California. It’s definitely a ‘family’ business and with their support, I know my own family member and I will make a huge ‘go’ of this prospect for success.

Because I wanted to help my sister who is in real estate, I thought after seeing a friend ‘like’ an ad on Facebook for Armando Montelongo that I’d attend their free seminar to see if it would be an opportunity for her to consider. At this introduction and their 3 day event I was impressed with the people treating me like family and felt they were sincere in sharing knowledge that had made them successful. They were all following the rules of the game to win at this endeavor and that inspired me. I then went onto the bus tour in Dallas and it was a life changer. The excitement of the tour and the information we gained was invaluable. I’ve since gone onto learning more through their Master Mentor series in San Antonio (3 times) and I look forward to great days ahead. Even teaching us how to avoid costly situations has saved me money and headaches, and is worth a lot. Accessing Armando personally has told me that this is an adventure I’ll be sticking with for a long time to come because they really care that we make it big in this business.

Because I own a duplex and have been using a friend’s help in remodeling and painting it, she told me out about Armando Montelongo’s company because of seeing a late night ad of his on TV. I had mentioned to her that we should flip a house together so this caught her attention and she signed us up for a free seminar. After seeing what Armando offered, we then attended their 3 day event in which the speakers impressed us enough to head to Phoenix, AZ for the Bus Tour. There we really gathered some hands on training from how to figure out the pricing for a rehab, the 65% rule, to lending, gap funding and repairs. It was quite the whirlwind of activity of 16 hour days and it was hard not to want to get right to work. So I bought a house, and from what my contractors tell me, I should get it listed next month! Armando’s group has also been very helpful as they are the ones who got me my funding. Between webinars, conference calls and my own research, I’m definitely making my dream of investing happening and am looking forward to a solid future.

I found out about Armando Montelongo on TV years ago. Ive been a realtor for ten years but wanted to learn more and become more successful in investing. I did a free one day event and then a three-day event training. I did the bus tour in Riverside, then I flew out in San Antonio for more training. The energy was the main thing I noticed, it was so motivating. I took my son with me and he found it so exciting as well. It was just really good because we learned a lot. I know a couple of people who got into it and have done their first few flips. I believe this system really does work if you get into it and implement your team. The bus tour was exactly what they said wed be doing, looking at the homes, walking through them, seeing what needed to be repaired and estimating costs, making sure it was a good deal to buy. We learned a lot about homes on the bus tour, especially fixer uppers and what to stay away from and the cost of different things. We learned there are different ways to acquire property. Since those tours Ive also taken Asset Protection and Commercial Renters. The home office is very supportive and I feel confident that this program works. Im happy with it, I can always touch base with Armando’s team and get help that way as well.

I had always seen Armando Montelongos show, but first heard about his real estate training program earlier this year. I did the three-day event which I thought was very good and was impressed with the instruction and thought it was very well put-together. I thought the people there did an excellent job answering questions and outlining the whole process for Armandos system. They outlined their successes and how it was working for them. My wife attended the three-day event and the bus tour with me, which is sort of beyond description...very high energy, informative event. Both Armando and his staff work long hours to make sure the event is successful, informative, and helpful. They had the ability to pull us out of our comfort zones, did a great job, and the information that was provided was excellent. I had never been to anything else like that, it amazed me that that amount of information could be given out in that short of an amount of time and be retained. I felt comfortable leaving the bus tour feeling like Id learned what they were trying to portray. Im signed up for some more courses Ill be taking through Armando Montelongo. There is also the Facebook page which offers resources and support, and to say the least, I am very satisfied with my training so far and would recommend it.

I had watched Flip This House for years before seeing the infomercial. I was unemployed and up late at night at the time I saw the infomercial and it was just the right time to get started. When I walked into the thee-day event I was at a low point in my life but I felt like I walked into a different world. The love and support that I felt there was what I needed to move forward and feel like I could do it.The bus tour was exciting and, just AWESOME, the energy and dancing…I lost five pounds that weekend! The tour was great, Mark was my bus leader and he did an awesome job. I learned so much, it was fantastic. We were given a lot of information and had the chance to apply it in person walking through the homes. For a while after the bus tour I listened to conference calls and watched the webinars, which were wonderfully full of info. I have stayed in contact with quite a few fellow students from the course and have even put in a lot of exciting hours on offers so far on homes. I am so greatful for the opportunity to have such a great movement forward in my live with so many great people. The support is just unbelievable.

I was in Las Vegas and looking for a rental property when I originally heard about the real estate seminar. It looked like a good way to get my start in Real Estate. What really stood out to me at the three-day seminar was the way people were in cooperation with each other, rather than competition. Also, it wasn’t just one weekend then we’re on our own, it was ongoing training and support well after the weekend so they make sure were successful and know what we were doing.I went out to Phoenix for the bus tour with Armando Montelongo’s group. At first it was a little overwhelming but I stuck with it and eventually really liked it. They took us through the houses and showed us how to apply the principles that we had been studying and I met some great people at the bus tour. I’m still in the beginning stages but I have put in a few offers and am waiting for something to come back in my drop zones. I would recommend this training and have been very satisfied with it.

I believe my wife found an ad on Facebook for Armando Montelongo so we decided to give it a look, and we had seen his show ‘Flip that House’. Since I’m handy it made sense to see what he offered. Once I found out I could use my 401K, and I had time to study on the train and my lunch hour, we got involved. First with the 3 day event and then their Bus Tour, which was like a frat party/pep rally/information overload seminar! The best money spent so far has been the Master Mentor program and my wife has really enjoyed the Advanced Rehab and the Market Dom. We’ve done 1 flip in our home state and we’re partnering on a couple of funding deals in Houston, Texas. We have found that when you follow their system and stick to it, especially with the group of investors nationwide that we have access to along with home office support, it works very well. The networking and mentoring is what is going to make it financially happen in the long haul.

My father called me about Armando Montelongo because hed seen a commercial while watching TV. He had always been interested in flipping houses, so when he saw the opportunity he went for it and he signed us up to do it together. We went to the three-day bootcamp in Laguna Miguel. The training was definitely different - I had never been to a seminar or educational class where they partied...but the teacher and coaches were very knowledgeable. We did the bus tour after that and were impressed with the quality of people who had actually done the system. They knew what they were talking about so you could ask them a question and they could help you with that. They ran us through different scenarios and took us through different houses and showed us different areas that needed to be fixed. I attend the weekly webinars and have had some homes into contract so far but they havent gone through completely. Armandos people are more supportive than family. They help in any way needed, for example with how to handle my specific market and how to deal with people who dont believe this works. My dad helps me mostly with the construction side of things.

Ive been following Armando Montelongo for years now on social sites, and when I saw that he was offering a 90% discount on his Facebook vidoes, it caught my attention. My sister and I then attended the three-day seminar where everything they said just made sense to us. We could see that they werent playing around with emotion and that it was strictly business which is what I liked. Ive been involved in real estate for 20 years, and since all that theyre talking about really makes sense to me, Im going on the bus tour in Miami Florida here soon. With my background, and with the market the way it is, Im confident this will turn out to be a great opportunity like Ive never experienced. BAM !!

I started following Armando Montelongo on instagram around Christmas of last year and became interested in his company. Once I went to the one-day event, I figured out how the process worked and wanted to go forward with it. I did the three-day event next and it was a good training. It was valuable how we sat down at lunch time with the trainers and were able to ask any questions we had and go over what we didnt understand. I did the bus tour next and had a blast and the energy was over the top. I broke out of my shell, met fantastic people, learned so much, and had a great time. Walking through the houses was a great learning experience. Ive been involved with the webinars and have continued to learn more and more. Ive put some offers out there and actually had one deal but in the end it wasnt the type of deal I was looking for so I backed out of it. But Im putting down offers left and right and will eventually flip a house and be successful.

I have been very satisfied with the program and would recommend it. Right around the time my husband told me he wanted to start doing Real Estate I saw an ad on Facebook for a free one-day seminar. So we went and from there we did the three-day event and the bus tour. The three-day event was very energetic and very loud! It didn’t look that difficult and it felt like anyone could do it if they just followed what they asked us to do. There were people there who shared their stories of success and it made us feel that we could do it too.We went to California for the bus tour, the energy levels were crazy and fun. We liked going through the houses and running the numbers ourselves. We created a bus tour group on Facebook and we have another group here in Houston for meetups. We also took the Master Mentor and Advanced Rehab classes which has all been beneficial to us moving forward.

My daughter called me one day when she saw training was coming to our state by the Armando Montelongo’s company. She saw him not long before that on the Undercover Boss show. She felt that his system could help us all grow financially. Because of what I’ve learned fixing up my 12 rental properties, this part of the business caught my attention. I’m always interested in gaining as much education as I can, so we decided to attend his training classes which were within a few hours of my home in Alabama. I enjoyed that workshop enough to hop on a plane to California for their Bus Tour to get some hands on experience as well. I felt I could benefit more by learning better ways of doing things rather than trying to actually do most of the work myself. I always talk up Armando’s nightmare shows because this has been a good direction for me to continue in. I learned of the Armando Montelongo real estate program in 2008 after I heard their radio ad and bought the books & tapes set.  My eyes were open to the real estate opportunities around me at that time.  Early in 2009 I called Armandos hotline to engage a mentor and they told me about their training weekends.  I didnt follow through at that time, but regained interest from their July post-card advertizing a free seminar across the bridge.  I heard Armando speak at that evening seminar... his story sounded very plausible, and his program seemed doable.  That night I signed up for the three-day introductory seminar It was late 2009.  At that three-day event I met a variety of speakers.  Each one covered different niches in the real estate market,  and various techniques that were immediately applicable.  They came across as people who were actually doing real estate in their lives and using the techniques they were discussing. They promoted a bus tour in Ontario occurring the following week.  My son, who was with me, was convinced that we needed to go on that bus tour.  We each put in half the fee and went together.  The bus tour -- three-days -- was seminar room training in a convention center with about 100 people.  We went out all three days, split into two buses, to see houses.  The bus excursions were interspersed with classroom trainings.  We would stop at houses that were in pretty bad shape.  Armando, his wife and 2 others divided across the buses for a few tours, then switched busess for another set of houses before evening, returning to the classroom.  At each house, they would walk us in, stopping here and there, explaining what to look for in the house structurally, etc, in a systematic way to evaluate the condition of the house, what work needs to be done and estimate the costs of repairs.  Weve since connected with real estate meetup groups in our area.  Ive also taken Asset Protection, Income Property and Advanced Reunions with Armando.  Ive been on 21 of the rehab bus tours.  The mentor program is very encouraging as well.  I would recommend Armandos training and have been satisfied with it and the start it gave my son & I  in real estate.

My uncle found out about Armando Montelongos one-day class so he gave me a call about it. He and I had been talking prior to this about flipping homes so we went together. From there we did the three-day event which was interesting and informative and great. We learned a lot and decided to go to Orlando, Florida for the bus tour. It was high-energy, exciting, and got you out of your comfort zone. It was fun to see and implement everything you had been learning in class by going through properties and seeing the exercises. I have kept in touch with some of the people I met on the bus tour. Ive done multiply class provided by the program. The support staff has been phenomenal. The webinars and Facebook page are both great. Ive made a few offers and talked to a few gap funders and also got my real estate license to understand the market a little bit more.
