I was brand new, I have more sales experience than most of the staff. I already had sales under my belt with this company with very very little training. They expect you to pay for everything out off pocket, and reimburse you in a month. In theory that wouldnt be bad, but the CEOs are very cheap and pay very very little. The pay to work load ratio is very unbalanced. I was let go for reasons unknown. But some of it was due to the fact that I couldnt afford to make a 5 hour one way trip gas wise, due to their low pay. There is no incentives to work for this company, no commission and no over time. This was a very unprofessional experience. They let go of a vet salesman that would have made them a lot of money, very poor business making skills.
Great company!
This place is literally the worse. People are mean. Management doesn’t know what they are doing and were jealous of what I did. CEO what can I say .. eww!
Rita is the best! Always funny, cheerful, real, honest and polite.

The bald guy with glasses is way too entitled and aggressive. Needs to get some help with his bad attitude and shouldnt be wearing the companys shirt in public while doing so.
ArchPoint is an awesome place to work. The leadership team has everyone’s best interests in mind and balances company priorities & employee moral very well. Everyone helps when & where possible and career growth & development is fantastic. Compensation aligns with current market cost of living and benefits are excellent. I am very glad to be a part of this team.
