I was very excited to get an interview here. Girl who is at front desk is kind of rude. I called the day before and she was very rude and had attitude. I thought maybe she had a bad day but the next day i had an interview and same attitude.. As a receptionist you are the first impression of a business. Luckily the next person I talked to was super nice.

Worst place to start off, you will never get your hours, youre going to go to work and be there for 30 minutes and theyre going to tell you to go home. Commission is a joke, they will fire you for any little detail when all theyre really doing is laying you off DO NOT work for this location !!!! you will be unemployed in no time

Sweet people but 1 week after training they cut hours I was cut making excellent sales # 3 in building.

If u want 10 - 11.50 an hour to answer DirecTv calls all day this is the place for you. Sales was better than movers but now you must do Retention Collections Billing and Customer Service. I havent seen $1 in commision or incentives in 6 months so dont believe the hype or expect more than your hourly pay. You gotta be a fast learner and must possess the ability to train yourself. You learn as u go here. I give it a 5stars because this job lets me do me and u get what u give.

Communication between agents and management is not the greatest. Started going downhill. The pay is not worth all the stress. The people you work with make it bearable.

Terrible place to work. The Site Manager is a mysoginist and HR will constantly harrass you if your’re black or Mexican because they only want white people working there. They take money out of your first check before you even get it. And sexual harassment is a real problem here, but HR will side with the company. Be careful. HR here is dirty and corrupt.

They call you down for a lengthy process and schedule you to train but alot of people are turned away due to a misdemeanor on your background check! I have over a year managerial experience in retail sales and was turned down.
