Worst service in S.A. They will either follow you like your a thief, or not acknowledge your presence. I patiently waited behind a customer who was on the phone trying to figure out to pay, taking forever. They should have offered to let me pay for my one item, but there was no acknowledgement from them. I finally put down my item on the counter and left. When I called to speak with the owner, he hung up on me.

I tried to order bulk barber supplies and they cancelled the order after the shipping address didnt match, which was fine. I tried to correct it and the owner refused to refund me even after the order was cancelled. They are keeping my money and not sending me the items, meaning they stole $800 dollars from me, both customet service and the owner were extremely rude and disrespectful. In the process of pressing charges because this is theft.

Very fast shipping. They call you and let you know when your order ships which I thought was a step above most barber supply companies. And the prices are great too. I think I found my new supplier for my barber shop.

I want to begin by stating Larissa’s customer service was terrible. We made the trip from Austin to San Antonio because we cannot find these products in town and we need these products by Tuesday so online was not an option. I want to add that a gentleman with stylish hair who helped us explain the products had excellent customer service. Our main complaint is when we initially called to check if the store carried what needed, there was a cheaper price stated online for the product. We asked if they could match the price in-store with the price online and the lady we spoke with on the phone said “we can make that happen.” However, Larissa did not make it happen at check out and was rude in her response. She made our experience unpleasant and as much as we want to support local, buying from Amazon seems more appealing at this point.

My experience was great. Employees were really nice. They showed me the product that i had order and also tested it to see if it was working which made me feel more comfortable.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I would NEVER order online from them. I ordered a pair of clippers a couple of weeks ago on a Monday, I then got an email needing to verify the credit card with a picture, and a picture of the drivers license with it as well. I send it in on Wednesday, and get the tracking number and everything for it. And checked it everyday to see when it would ship (supposedly I was supposed to get same day free shipping also). So I waited for that following Monday to see if they would send them, and they didn’t, so I called and talked to someone and she said they were waiting on the email for the CC, which I sent, but we sent it again. And she said she got it, and will talk to the owner that day to be able to send the clippers, and told me I would get a call back that same day. I never received a call, so I called them right before they closed and she said “the owner has been in meetings all day, will give you a call back within an hour or two.” Once again, NEVER received a call back. We call back again the next day, and ask to speak directly to the owner, because apparently the owner is the person who is supposed to drop off the products to be shipped off. We told her we didn’t care if the owner called us back at midnight, we just wanted a call back and my $170 clippers that they have been holding. Now yesterday, which was officially two weeks, and to not much of a surprise never once received a call back from the owner AND woke up to an email with a refund????? How hard is it to just send clippers that I’ve already paid for and to give a customer a call back!!!!!! So terrible, like I said, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE!!

I experienced poor customer service by a lady at checkout for no obvious reason. Most of us that are in the hair industry are spending several hundreds of our hard earned money at this establishment and it feels horrible to receive poor customer service. Whether you’re spending ten dollars or several hundreds it shouldn’t matter, treat your customers well! That’s how this place pays you and keeps its doors open. Ive been coming to this establishment for over five years now and it’s frustrating there’s always something negative with customer service. It’s definitely time I move on from coming here, it’s unfortunate because I used to like coming here and supporting a small local business.

Worst experience ever, first of all what why would a “brand new” machine would be open and inspected if it’s supposed to be new and sealed by the manufacturer?? Well apparently whoever CM is his job before send it to me was to inspect it, did not do a good job! I open the package and there it was the cordless detailer sitting awkwardly without the red protective guard on as soon as I pick it up I knew there was something wrong the machine looked not new and I flipped it over and I see rust on the blade!!! Like whaaaat?????!!!?? For real!?????!!! I get on the phone right away and call Alamo barber and beauty..... ask for the manager Veronica and explain to her the situation, and she ask if I used it or did something to it, “I told you I just received it she ask for the order # and as you can see I just order it in Sunday so I just got it in today and it came in bad shape. She said I need you to take pictures and send them to me for an investigation and then the owner will call you.” Well I sent the pictures right away and called her to make sure she got them and I’ve been calling since still waiting on the owner to show up so they can show it to him. I’m the mean time I’m out of sitting with a used machine that I won’t used or keep. I really hope they do the right thing. By the comments here it doesn’t seem like they care.

They actually answer the phone and address your issue immediately. When a company sells their products at wholesale prices to the public, that’s where you expect the support to end. Not with these guys. To receive the type of service I have received time and time again, you would think I was paying FULL RETAIL.
