Waited on hold for 10 minutes to talk to the operator who said the Nissan service was not available. When I did get through I was told to bring my car in by 3 pm or they would turn me away because they want to leave to go home by 6 and not a minute later. If that’s how they are rushing me I wouldn’t imagine they poor quality rush work they would do on my car if they are in that much of a hurry to go home. I would rather take my car elsewhere and be treated like a real customer who spent over $30k on my Nissan, I should be getting to quality service.
This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Service contact Van Evans was fantastic. Van answered all my questions and kept me informed during all repairs. My vehicle was ready ahead of promised time. When does that ever happen at a dealership?Would like to congratulate the entire service staff at World Car and particularly Van Evans. His level of customer service is awesome!
The customer service employees were very nice and polite. The work they provided was great but the downside was the long wait. However when I called to schedule my vehicle the time slot available was 3:00pm so I expected to be waiting due to other cars ahead of me.
I took my Nissan pathfinder in for a recall notice. Brett is the one that helped me get my appointment set up. When I arrived someone greeted me immediately and got all my information. I dropped my car off at 8:15am and I’was ready by 11:30am! Excellent service!

I made an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and a recall on my hoodlatch. When I arrived at 8:20 I was told there would be a 2.5 hour wait. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I received a call after 12pm letting me know my car was finished. I had to have someone pick me up to run errands that I needed to take care of. I was expecting to wait atleast an hour, bit not 4 hours. Definitely going somewhere else for my next service.
My most recent experience was amazing. Kristen, the advisor constantly communicated with me. Always provided updates. I didn’t have my truck from August 20 - September 15th. Kristen worked and got me a loaner in a timely manor. Nissan diagnosed my truck properly and I had a new transmission put into my truck. It no longer judders.
Brett was the greatest of help this past visit. He attended me right away and was wonderful about keeping me updated with my vehicle service. The other World Car members are just as great as Brett. Had a great experience at World Car Nissan. Went in for a oil change and brake job. They gave me a ride to my daughters and my service manager Julian personally picked me up when my car was done. I live in Rockport but come here when I need to service my 2015 Murano.
My wifes car broke down and was towed to World Car. I called ahead and was transferred to Kristen. After explaining what happened, she called back several hours to inform me of the diagnosis. I was prepared for in excess if $1000 repairs. To my surprise, it was covered under Power train warranty. Needless to say, I was happy, but mostly because it was to be done the following day! The next day came about and I was picked up by a really cool shuttle driver and retrieved my car as promised. Kudos to Kristen and the service staff for their excellent efforts! I will definitely be back, and am giving sales a shot for a new car shortly.
Kristen is awesome! She did a great job communicating status updates and setting realistic expectations for repair completion. Although there were delays in getting the part she always communicated next steps and worked to get the repair completed as quickly as possible. Great overall experience. Very poor customer service and a giant waste of our time and fuel. We had an appointment to look at a vehicle at 1600 on Labor Day I told them we were driving from almost an hour away. We showed up and got put at a waiting table. We spoke with a salesman and waited for 45 min before I asked what was going on. It took almost another 20 minutes before they told us the vehicle wouldn’t start. I made the appointment that morning so I would have thought it would make sense to make sure all was set to go for the test drive. I was told they would call me the next day. I started calling them for information about the vehicle around 1400. I was passed to multiple different people with no answer. I called 5 times until 1800 and was given excuses as to why no one had returned my call and why I couldn’t talk to a manager. The next morning the a manager called me around 1100 to let me know they hadn’t had time to get the vehicle looked at and he would keep my info and let me know when it was fixed. So I waited 11 days later and still no phone call so I called and left a message; no return phone call. So we ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else 13 days later.
Called about a 2022 pathfinder. Was told car was available and when would I like to see it. I said be there ten minutes. They said awesome when you get here ask for Brandon B. I showed up at 1155 am 8/14/2021. Walked in and told a nice lady we were told to ask for Brandon. She went and told someone and said Brandon would be right with us. My wife and I sat down. No one ever came to talk to us. We sat there till 1230. Never received a check in or a hello or anything from Brandon or anyone. Finally we just got up and left. The car we wanted to see was parked right by the front door. We were there to actually buy the car. We will be going to Ancira to buy a similar Pathfinder now. Thanks.

The best part of the entire experience was our salesman. Virginia T. was personable, friendly and a total joy to work with. She wasnt pushy and listened to what we were looking for and helped us each step of the way. She continued to be helpful and answered all our questions even after the sale was complete. I went in to give my Rogue a well-check and was done really fast. Unexpected. I thought it was going to take long so I went home in their Shuttle service and the driver was really nice and talkative. I dont live that far so as soon as I got home, they called that my car was almost ready so I went back to Nissan. Thank you so much for your services.

My salesman, Jonathan was the primary reason I had an excellent experience. He was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. Im not a fan of the whole in person car buying process as it takes way too much time. I recognize that Jonathan had no control over that process. If it were not for him, I probably would have opted to do something totally online. Big kudos to Jonathan.
Fast service. Friendly staff. But I think they recommend services that are not needed just for sake of selling. Fir example they recommend an oil change, if I go by miles since I use synthetic oil Im nearly 4000 miles away since I hardly use the vehicle, by date it would be some part of July. They recommend tire rotation, the tires are about 1 mth old, they recommended the cabin filter, I just got it replaced 2 weeks ago and I can keep going down the list. The vehicle has only 42000 miles driven and is a 2016 fairly very low mileage and they gave a list of 13 items that required my attention and other that vehicle might need in the future. Other than that I dont have anything bad to say about the service.
I just recently purchased a vehicle at world car Nissan. I love the car, but the service sucked. Our salesman did his job, but the sales manager is the worst. He mixed up vin numbers and had us financing the wrong vehicle, so then we had to go back and get the correct vehicle financed. Then the vehicle we wanted to purchase had a recall that they could not fix, so they told me that there is the exact same vehicle that we could get instead but was $100 more then the one we picked out. I told the sales manager that we are not paying that because you cannot fix the other vehicle but he still made us pay for that. Then when we went to sign the papers the finance guy messed up on a lot of things and we had to keep coming back to re-sign the papers. Between the sales manager and the finance guy messing up, this will make me really think about every coming back to this dealership.

I recently had the absolute worse experience trying to get my car serviced at Nissan in New Braunfels where I bought it. (Paid cash! Guess they didn’t want the $$ for service no communication or assistance to even set up an appointment ))BUT,I prefer to get my car serviced at the dealer. Apprehensively I made my appointment with World Car. I was so nervous.Wayne and the entire service department super exceeded my expectations !I definitely will be going back and telling my friends about them!Wayne really cared and appreciated that I was a customer. In January and February I had significant problems with service at this dealership. Work was done to fix an issue which did not remedy the problem. I eventually found adequate information in the owner’s manual to resolve that issue myself. I originally assigned a ‘1’ rating to this review. About two weeks after posting my review, I discovered that the dealership had replaced the service manager in an effort to elevate that department’s performance to be a positive opportunity for customer experience. The new service manager addressed my issue quickly and took steps to restore my faith in the dealership. The revised rating of ‘4’ reflects the dealership’s attention to meet and exceed customer expectations.
I went to World Car Nissan because it was the closest Nissan dealer to where my car died. The service dept told me I had problems due to prior improper installation of an engine air filter that caused over a thousand dollars in repair. I called my trusted oil and vehicle maintenance shop who said that was not possible. I towed my car to my mechanic. My car only required a new battery...other than that it was fine. I will never go to World Car Nissan again.

I was greeted buy a very nice young lady who brought up my vin number and got me in and out in about 45 min. thats nice. She also told me that i should change my engine air filter next oil change. Ive had numerous oil changes over the last 5 yrs at World Car and this was a real nice one, thanks World Car!
I was helped by a young lady (I’m so bad with names) but she has Hispanic with a long ponytail. She was so nice and honest with me during my whole visit. I came in for a oil change and Ofcourse Nissan does a complementary check on the car and she came back with what needs to be done now and what can wait till later. She was so a patient and gave me as much information she can. At the end of the visit she also drove my car through the car wash for me ! When I tell you this was the best service I ever had in my 5 years will Nissan, it definitely was. I will be coming back soon to get the rest of the recommendations done. Looking forward to seeing her .
My truck was brought in on June 19th to have the appearance package done. While you had it, I ask if they could check out a issue I was experiencing when driving. I spoke with Sam a week later and He told me that the technician was able to replicate what I was experiencing and there was a part on order. I waited, I call to check on Tuesday the 20th. I was told they give the message for Sam to call me with update. I didnt her from Sam. I call back on Wed the 21st waited for another advisor to call. He did call to say my truck was ready. I told him I would pick it up on Thursday. When I arrived, I ask what was done to the truck. The young lady. Stated that the Tech cleared a code that showed up that had not been cleared from manufacturer delivery. The Tech drove it 3 different time and couldnt replicate what I was experiencing and there was no part ordered or replaced for my truck.
Came here today August 16 2021 so my son could look for a car. NOBODY CAME OUTSIDE and Greeted him or said may I help you or nothing.. trash. On to the next. Thanks for nothing. Boy everybody is hiding behind covid and customer service really sucks
I always feel confident that my car will receive stellar treatment. If not for the long wait, it would be absolutely perfect. But I guess a lot of customers feel the same way about the quality service, hence the considerable wait time.

Dropped off at 9am, assured me would be ready by end of day, called service Dept > 10 times after 330, nobody answered the phone and when I got the operator she said they were all busy, called at end of day and was told they’re closed. Nobody called to update me on my car and nobody answered the phone. At one point at 4pm I let the phone ring for 8 minutes and nobody picked up, will take my car somewhere else next time
Ray was my advisor, he’s been there since our first Nissian way back in 2013. Great service! Just needed my car checked out for a problem I think is there, but couldn’t do it at that time. Always feel welcome there.

Dylan showed me exactly what vehicle I was searching for. I couldnt make up my mind which color I wanted so they let me take one home for the night to help me decide. The process of purchasing was fast and easy. I definitely recommend World Car Nissan!
I had my car towed to this dealership because it broke down on the highway on my way home. I told them that the battery light had come one before it stopped working. They told me that just the battery was dead and replaced the battery. The next day the battery light came back on and the car started stuttering again like it was going to break down. I took it to another mechanic and after testing it, they said it was the alternator. Since having it fixed at the other mechanic, Ive had no issues. I believe there was nothing wrong with the battery to begin with; I just had that replaced a year ago. Therefore I wasted $200 at Nissan replacing my battery to then have to spend $1,200 at another mechanic to fix the actual issue.
If I could rate negative stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke and has zero customer service skills. We have been having issues with our 2015 Nissan Versa shaking. Took it in for a diagnostic check after having the ignition coils, catalytic converter, spark plugs, O2 sensor and fuses replaced with no improvement. My husband explained the issue to the service tech who took zero notes, ask few questions and generally acted bored. Samuel was the service tech and it basically took us hounding him for any updates. My husband explained all the repairs that had already been done and what the issue still was and, again, Samuel didn’t seem too interested in writing anything down. Several calls from us before he would bother to call back and say no update. He then called and said they updated the ECM and the car was fine. My husband asked if they drove the car any distance as that’s when the shaking tended to happen. Samuel said he would drive it and see if he could replicate the issue. He then called to say they attempted to drive it to San Marcos and it died. They had to have it towed back. He told us they would be contacting Nissan engineers for assistance. Three weeks. That’s how long they have had our vehicle and have done nothing. After chasing Samuel down again, we were told the ignition coils had burned up when they took it to San Marcos and we would need to pay $550+ for them to continue “looking for the problem”. The service manager Bill was a total jerk and basically said if we don’t like it then come get the car. Our car was running when we took it there and now it doesn’t run at all. When asked what the Nissan engineers said, we were told they hadn’t even contacted them. We ended up calling Nissan Headquarters after the GM Leon Reid didn’t return our calls and I guess he didn’t like that because once he got called by them, he called us to tell us to come pick up the car. They have taken ZERO steps to fix the issue, they have left our car in worse shape than when we dropped it off and their attitude is beyond reproach. They repeatedly speak over us when trying to talk to them and then claim we didn’t tell them things and it’s not their fault they messed our car up more. I will NEVER do business with this dealership again.
Im usually very impressed with my experience with Nissan Service, but I was a bit disappointed this visit. I can say that Im happy with the fact that my air conditioning is working again, but I had to keep calling to get updates on my car and to find out when I could expect to pick it up. I wasnt given a loaner car and as mentioned, communication was not forthcoming. This, by far, was the worst customer service experience Ive had since dealing with this company. Im a loyal World Car Nissan customer and have bought every car Ive owned from the same dealership and had each one serviced there as well. Im hoping this was a one-off experience and things will be better going forward.
Salesman dylan lied to me saying there are no available kicks at other san antonio dealers and itd take months for a new one to come in. said this to try to sell me the sentra. went home and looked online and the other nissan dealers have kicks available. bought a brand new one from ancira. come on now. i get trying to sell cars but dont lie.

Andy was my salesman and he was very thorough with showing me everything about the Nissan Altima. Never had a salesman that took their time showing and talking about all the features a vehicle had. Every salesman I’ve dealt with just gave me the keys to test drive and once we got back, talked numbers. Not Andy. Andy took his time and made sure I knew everything about the car. That was awesome!

GO SEE SHARAF AT WORLD CAR NISSAN!!Sharaf went ABOVE AND BEYOND by creating and sending videos of side by side comparisons of different trim levels I was interested in. He even came in ON HIS DAY OFF to help me complete the car buying process. Finally, he drove 30 minutes to my house to HAND DELIVER an item I ordered at the dealership.I appreciated his expertise, patience, willingness to help and above all...his FRIENDLINESS. Overall an EXCELLENT car buying experience.

Went in for some suspension work. I felt the price they quoted was too high. But to their credit, they tried to find cheaper parts for me. Ray was very helpful and put up with my belligerence pretty well. Depending on how much youre willing to pay, these guys are great. And even if you end up doing the work yourself, theyll be plenty helpful in finding parts and inspecting your vehicle thoroughly.
I have been riding around in an old car for as long as I can remember...... Well today was the day I decided to geta newer vehicle that would last. I missed a golden opportunity for the vehicle of my dreams (Toyota 4runner) but was helped by Amanda who I would recommend to anyone looking for a car for excellent customer service and concern for getting me into the right car to meet my needs. World car Nissan gets two thumbs up from me!
Looked at several Rogues. Settled on a 2020 model. Just need to see if they can put softer shocks on it. It rides like a truck. Will probably buy it tomorrow.
Had an oil change and they did it in a timely manner. Very reasonable wait time. They take care of their customers.

Price listed online was the actual price on the car! No surprises or unwanted dealer add-ons. When it came down to it, World Cars price was better than everyone elses in town. No pressure tactics or tricks when buying. Took less time to purchase than it did for them to prep the vehicle. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and go back for future Nissan purchases.
Great experience, ask for Andy. Hes the best sale man ever, and he wont waste your time. Shes a beauty, only 22323 miles and shes a 2017. Got her for a great price that I can afford. Lol
Told them before to make sure they check the tires during the oil change did not think I had to remind them but they did not check them the prior time once I got my car drove around the block and tires were low had to go back and tell them to put air on my tires. Never checked just hope my oil was changed
