Tony and the entire staff went out of their way to fix our jeep. We broke down near San Antonio late on a Friday. They ordered parts and had us back on the road the next day and even helped us secure a hotel for the night during Spring Break when there were none to be found. They are as honest as they come and did great work at a honest cost and even threw in a discount for a first time customer. I would not hesitate driving back to San Antonio to have Bikini Offroad complete our next major upgrade.

Tony and the crew are great....yes, some the work can get pricey, but they do great work and they do honor their warranty on work and on labor. They are knowledgeable about Jeeps and WILL NOT poke your eyes out for cash. They are honest and reliable people. I highly recommend, especially if a general mechanic tell you one thing, these guys are great for a second opinion. They go out of their way to help. Again, they are honest and knowledgeable too.

We spent all day searching San Antonio for any auto shop that could help us fix a problem with our truck. We received quotes in excess of $250 or flat out refusals to even try. Tony not only fixed our vehicle, but at a fraction of what the other places were charging. The workmanship went above and beyond what we expected. There was an issue with the part that looked unsolvable, yet Tony took care of it without a seconds thought. Our truck looks great!

Installed an ARB rear air locker on my 2018 Tacoma. Workmanship and attention to detail especially around the diff housing are incredible. Highly recommend and I’ll be back for future jobs.

I have been going to Bikini Offroad for several years now. Tony and his crew are great. They have performed an engine replacement, gear swap and pretty much well have taken care of all my needs in a timely manner. Tony always looks for the best deals on parts and won’t sell you something that isn’t worth it. He gives solid advise and solid performance by everyone involved. I only go to Bikini Offroad.

Brought my Jeep here to have a rear bumper installed. It involved peeling the backup sensors out of the plastic bumper and installing/painfully adjusting them in the new steel rear bumper, then wiring the backup lights and license plate relocation bracket. Bikini Off-road did a fantastic job. Great communication throughout. Bumper looks awesome and the sensors work perfectly. I will definitely be coming back.

I went there to get pricing and it was more then that when I walked into the door. I was walked around looking at things clueless as hell ( I am into lowered vehicles ) so I was looking around for a gift for someone.. after he was done with the customer he was with he asked me if I had any questions. We talk. He treated me with 💯% respect. Educated me on some things and showed me me great products from your basic stuff to a upgrade on a full lift on my wife truck. Great staff professional, honest, hard-working,Took my jeep in for the death wobble, jeep is now driving straight smooth and most importantly no wobble anymore! Work was done quickly and labor wasn’t too bad at all$$$. I also had some AC issues took it in for that a while later, that was also fixed! One thing I like about them is that they don’t try to upsell you they just do what you really need, unless are looking for more. In my opinion Tony and his wife are running a good honest business. Wow! Fantastic!Bikini Offroad did extensive mods on my JL Rubicon Unlimited. (37” tires, 3.5” Metal Cloak Game Changer lift, regeared, front drive shaft, Metal Cloak armor, steel front bumper with winch, etc.)Amazing on and off road (Arizona Jeep trails.) Rides like a dream. It’s critical to use the right quality parts and, most importantly, use a quality shop that does Jeep work in volume and that live and breathe Jeeps in their professional and personal lives.Tony was very patient we me and VERY committed to getting the right build to meet my needs. Our first meeting was an hour long. Tony then followed up with well thought out recommendations and subsequent meetings and phone calls allowing me to confidently make choices and pull the trigger on the work.) I was also super impressed with the guys in garage and the staff in general.Its been four months since the work was done and I could not be happier with my Rig.

Paid 1,500$ and waited 2 weeks for them to fix a problem that they didnt even address, funny thing is that they made the problem worse and wanted more money to fix it. If you are an avid off road enthusiast then go elsewhere. All of the 5 star ratings on here must come from mall crawlers and communist.

Where to begin... you will not find a more genuine group of individuals to work with, nor a more knowledgeable group to work on your build in texas, or surrounding states. I recently brought my jeep (2006LJ) in for a lift (3.5 MetalCloak GameChanger). The group at bikini talked to me on the phone and through email every step of the way, as they completed a full inspection of my Jeep. (I was out at sea and had limited communication) They were honest in everything they found, and gave honest recommendations as to what to replace. After the lift was installed, I began experiencing death wobble, and brought it back a couple times, each time was right around closing and they accommodated me and helped me out as best they could big shout out to Tony and Mike. (After a lift, hidden issues become very apparent). Today I hit my 500mi point after the lift was installed and brought my jeep back in for torque testing. (This is included for no extra charge). I was still experiencing death wobble which had progressively gotten worse. I explained this to Grant and Justin. They hooked me up with Ethan and Bean who conducted another inspection of my front end. While my ball joints were good, my steering dampener, tie rod, and drag link were all stock. Ethan and Bean took the time to install each of those components after conducting the torque test. They also answered took the time to answer any questions I had. After completing this, they aligned my tires and test drove it for me to ensure the vehicle was set up properly. I drove an hour and a half home without experiencing the death wobble. There are some names from my past times visiting I dont remember, and I regret that I cant give a shout out to each and every member of this amazing group. Thank you to Bikini off road for helping me out. Tony, Mike, Ethan, Bean, Grant, Justin... Thank you for all your hard work.

As everyone knows, its extremely hard to find a good, honest and trustworthy auto repair shop, but Bikini Offroad is definitely one that you can trust. We took our jeep in to get worked on and we were having a bit of an issue as to what was causing the problem, but Tony and the guys went over and beyond to find out what was wrong and fixed our jeep in a timely affordable manner. I first heard about Bikini Offroad because my Jeep driving friends kept talking about how great this place is. I decided to check them out for myself. Bikini Offroad put a lift and tires on my 2004 LJ and I couldnt be happier with the results. It was my first lift and Tony took the time to understand what I wanted and what I needed. He went through lots of options with me. The Rubicon Express lift we settled on has been fantastic. The crew there do excellent work and are super friendly. This is the only place I will take my Jeep now.

Maybe if you’re wanting to get a bumper sticker installed or something like that...not major components! Did a leveling kit and wheels/tires. They didn’t know to order a drop bracket for the track bar and of course my truck was offset. When I brought it back in to be fixed they said it was the leveling kit manufacturer issue and I never heard back with a solution. That’s been a few months now. Also they had my truck over a week for this install...

I originally gave this place a 5 star rating after my first visit. I apologize for jumping the gun so quick! Just to update you I have been here several times since and everything they have done to my jeep has either been redone or I just took it to another shop to finish the job. Tony has the customer in mind then he hands it over to the hacks in the back. For example I asked for some parts back once and his mechanic told me he was going to put them on his girlfriends Jeep! They even have the gall to charge labor on the second, sometimes even third visit for the same issue! The stories of incompetence are nearly endless...

Also, Bikini found an issue, possibly origiating from a jeep dealership, in which they were not at fault. Dropped my 2004 WJ off for a vacuum leak. They were back logged so said it may take a while. 4 hrs later they left a message saying they found three decayed rubber elbows awaiting parts to come in.
