Called to find out another number of a different location, and was told, she didnt have it. She didnt even attempt to try and find it. Very dissatisfied with her customer service skills

Not happy with pronto insurance, the rates keep getting higher. Back in the past people didnt have to pay insurance if they didnt want. It should be like that again. I would have more money.

Prices too HIGH. We went somewhere else for HALF THE PRICE.

Quoted me over $483 for the first month and then $383 per month after because I have an Alabama drivers license.
