I was approached by Steve about the damage on my truck. He told me not only that he would cover my deductible, but also provide rental even if not in my policy. Sounded too good to be true. He invited to the shop. I met with him and owner Igor. Super friendly staff!! They provided rental and covered deductible as promised. Had my truck back in a little over a week, no dents and fully detailed. Looks better than the day I bought it. These guys are amazing. I was so pleased, I let them do my mothers SUV. They were amazing i was given a great deal to have the hail damage from back in May fixed on my car. They took great care of my car it looks like new again they even replaced my cracked windshield saving me from the out of pocket costs.All dents from the hail are gone paint looks amazing.The turnaround was only 7 days like promised I would highly recommend these guys.

These guys are awesome. We had some really bad hail a couple of months ago and, naturally, I received a TON of flyers from different repair shops. Really glad I chose PDR ART! They made the process super easy; from communicating with my insurance to setting my rental reservation. They even drove me to the rental place and when my car finished being repaired, I just left the rental at their shop and they returned it.My car looks great. They also had it washed and detailed for me when I went to pick it up. And they cover up to $500 on deductibles!

Hi, everyone! I want to vouch for Scott and his team at PDR Art. Scott sought out my apartment complex on the Northside of town, completely across the city from his body shop, due to being affected more severely than other areas by the recent hail storm at at the end of May.Scott and his business partner (also named Scott) personally met me at an Enterprise location to help setup my rental vehicle and transfer my car to his shop across town. When repairs were complete, they allowed me to drop off my rental vehicle at their shop and have it transferred. This eliminates the need for a second driver to pick-up/drop-off throughout your repair process, which might be especially helpful for families with only one car or tight schedules. They also completely covered my $500 comprehensive deductible.The shop is brand new, and due to the lack of reviews I was unsure of their legitimacy. However, I want to dispel any claims or concerns of these reviews being false. Their professionalism and customer service has proven them worthy of my future business. I will happily vouch for them and continue to recommend them to others who need body work done.Thank you, Scott! We’re very appreciative of your service.

PDR Art took care of my hail damage and my car looks better than it did before the damage. They even covered my deductible! They detailed and sanitized it as well before dropping it off to me. Highly recommend!

Beyond the frustrations of dealing with the Insurance Company and the delays they caused, I at least had a great relationship with Scott Barritt to keep me abreast of any progress with the Insurance Company...once the approval was given, PDR Art went to work with focus and craftsmanship...every dent was nowhere to be seen and if I didnt know better, it looked the same as the day I drove it off the dealership lot - in fact they wash the vehicle on the spot just prior to your pickup...would I go back to them or refer them to my friends, ABSOLUTELY!

I really enjoyed doing business with these guys, especially Alex who kept me updated through all the process. My Audi looks like brand new again!
